Dealing with McSherry Property Mgmt Company is quick and easy. After requesting maintenance service online, someone always follows up promptly. For the past few years I usually deal with Maureen. She is the absolute best person for the job! Always kind. polite and professional. I really love that she does her best and always follows up to make sure the task has been resolved. She actually listens to you and makes sure youre a happy resident. Someone who actually cares, cant ask for anything more. Im so glad not to have to deal with someone rude. Customer Service really makes a big difference. Nothing worse than spending your hard earned money and having to deal with peoples attitudes. There are many places to rent from, I know I feel respected and appreciated with Mcsherrys. Thanks guys!😊

This is a great place to call Home. The entire staff alway greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean everyday by friendly courteous workers. It quiet and peaceful. I feel safe and this beautiful neighborhood...Nancy Lewis took her time to make sure that I had a home I wanted and needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected and I could trust. Nancy was nice,polite,honest making sure she go over every detail without leaving anything out. She was the best. My girlfriend and I have been looking for an apartment together for the longest time. When we came across the Mcsherry apartments and we quickly applied. We were able to complete paper work and move into the apartment in under a month!! Nancy Lewis the Account Manager for Leasing who assisted my girlfriend and I through the move in process was amazing!! She was very professional and informative about the property. Whenever we had questions she was quick to respond. We have lived in our new apartment for about two weeks, and we couldnt be happier. The area is very safe and quiet. The condition of the apartment when we moved in was amazing. We have brand new carpets put down. The apartment smelled clean and fresh. We are so excited. The only thing left to do is finish setting up our new home! We both have leased past apartments and we both agreed Mcsherry property has definitely been our best experience!! We both we 100% recommend Mcsherry property to anyone looking to lease apartments.

Landlords, if you are looking for a PM that is communicative, prompt and doesnt drop the ball, I can not recommend McSherry. Im not sure how they are generating all their positive fake reviews.

Found my 1 bedroom apartment during a pandemic. And the response was incredible. Had my social distance viewing and lease in about a week. The place was so nice that it was worth going out my budget. Incredible location. Other neighbors are very respectful about sound. Up to date location.

McSherry is an excellent property management company. They manage the detail that I just don’t have the time to do. I absolutely trust that they have my best interests in mind as an owner. The amount of time and aggregation that i used to spend managing these properties myself was just way too tolling and so expensive. McSherry’s cost is extremely fair for the work that they do. When a repair is needed, i never worry about the cost. Their maintenance team is very mindful of expense without compromising the repair. Additionally they are exceptional at the real estate game and have shared insights that are invaluable. Best of all, i get a detailed record of expenses and revenue for tax season. Since the date I signed the contract, I never looked back.

McSherry has been very professional as well as responsive to all my needs as a owner of multiple properties under their management. Both the communication and interaction with the office staff has been stellar. During such a trying time with vacant rental units during the pandemic, McSherry secured both tenants and rent increases during the renewal period. The have been nothing short of outstanding.

I have lived in a property for over 7 years that was managed by Mcsherry, I had the best experience with them. Maintenance was always up to par, Ms. Maureen always made sure that the maintenance team was on top of things and the guys were always professional and friendly. The property managers were very professional. Nancy has been super helpful with trying assist me with finding another apartment. I’d highly recommend McSherry Real Estate to rent from or have as property management.

McSherry Property Management has been taking care of my properties for 10 + years now. While I’m nowhere near their largest client they treat me as if I were. The ladies in the office are always pleasant and polite when I call. I really appreciate the direct deposit and the monthly reports.Over the years they have also help me in the purchase and sale of properties and make it a simple process.To sum it up, they keep my properties rented, Handle all the maintenance at reasonable rates and make it easy for me to own investment real estate.

No one ever answers in the office if you have an issue, and no one returns your phone call. There are not enough parking spaces and they allow people with 3+ cars to park wherever they want to, leaving me, with one car unable to park on the property. I have been parking in the spot that they call a loading zone, but is not marked as such. No signs, nothing. Maintenance rings my door bell and tells me that I am too lazy to park further away and walk, but there were no spots available. Had an issue with an elderly neighbor who was hard of hearing and literally had her TV on full volume. This went on for 10 years and nothing was done by management. Today they are replacing the boiler for my building and received notice that we would be without hot water for 2 days but we would still have cold. Nope!! No water at all. No notice, nothing. I called the office twice to inquire, only to get a voicemail and no return phone call whatsoever. Decor is nice if you like chipped paint and 1970s bathroom fixtures and kitchen cabinets. Light fixtures are from the 70s also. Very outdated. Central air conditioner is also very old. One month my electric bill was over $400 due to the inefficiency of the central air and a refrigerator that runs 24 hours a day. I have a one bedroom and my average electric bill is $155 a month due to the outdated things that havent been replaced once, and Ive been there 14 years. Wish I could move, but its hard to save when your rent goes up $25 a year and your utility bills are through the roof due to old inefficient appliances and air conditioning.

McSherry does a fantastic job managing my apartment(s). McSherry handles billing, repairs, tenants and paperwork well. Unfortunately McSherry is often difficult to contact by phone. Overall, they do a great job. I would recommend McSherry as a realty company to everyone who rents or owns property.

I have had McSherry Property Management handle my property for a few years and everyone was helpful and attentive ( Karen, Nancy Maureen John etc). The only minor complaint is that it is hard to reach someone by phone when calling them directly therefore I should give a rating of 4.5 stars.

Stood outside with my infant daughter from 8:25-8:39 for an 8:30 am showing. Never showed. Never got to talk to a real person. When the office finally opened and answered a phone call, said the agent was there with “ten” people. There was no one else there. No help rescheduling. No remorse. Tone made it seem like I was lying or late. I was standing and ringing the bell with my infant! Not renting from this company.

I rented a 1 bedroom apartment for about 3 1/2 years from McSherry and I really loved their property located in the Rhawnhurst section. Their staff was always pleasant especially Ms Maureen whom I frequently contacted. I do really wish that I could have stayed at this property but I hope that the new tenants feel as welcomed as I did. Best of wishes to J.G McSherry!!

Everyone in the office is nice and helpful. They have a cool online portal for maintenance requests. We had a few mix ups getting the wrong keys when we first moved in but they resolved the situation before our move in.

Currently renting an apartment from them at fox chase place. It’s Horrible walls are paper thin. Maintenance sucks they do half a job. You can never get anyone on the phone. Other tenants allow their kids to play in the hallways making it difficult to walk to your door after a long day of work. Apartments are very outdated. The price is reasonable but you could have better amenities.

Just moved to Morrisville, PA recently and needed a place for rent, found this company and they were quick to get me approved.Beautiful place to live in and property management is good too.

Terrible property management. I had high hopes but this far have been extremely disappointed. Follow up and maintenance requests are not always honored in a timely fashion. We have had many issues with our place since the very first day. Not good at all.

Apartments are dated and they will rip you off when it’s time to get your security deposit back. For example when I moved in there was a drawer in kitchen full of screws and other junk. When I moved they charged me for it. The blinds were in bad shape when I moved in and my bedroom didn’t even have blinds. They charged me for blinds when I moved out. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

I wish I could give no stars . McSherry PM. They took over for my troublesome landlord and i hoped things would get better. The only good thing was the 2 maintence men they send over once .The ladies are nice on the phone but it leads to nowhere . First of all they claim to be smoke free but will not do anything to confront my pot smoking neighbors unless I call police and send them the report (25 dollars on me )Being a senior and alone who would the relaliation be on.? Then they bill be over 50 $$ for trash removal that was put there by the owner of the property .There bill pay app still has me owing .Dec rent that was paid to owner directly. I dont have enough room to tell u everything that has transpired here but if u have questions.PM me on my facebook page ..munch alexa reiss for details. I will update if things change. Update**** I added a star because the portal was updated and the trash charge removed. I will update again if the drug issue is resolved.

We are an extermination company that does work for other apartment complexes, but J. G. McSherrys scope of service far exceeds most. Eds Pest and Wildlife Control would highly recommend J. G. McSherry to anyone looking to rent.
