We purchased our first investment property on March 4, 2021.If I could give Ryan 10 stars I would. He was super accommodating, knowledgeable and patient. With his construction background he was able to provide superior insight into the prospective properties. Something which I find invaluable in an agent.Communication between Ryan, the mortgage and the title company was always timely and accurate. If you’re looking for an agent with insight and structural knowledge and one that will be by your side and have your best interest at heart, I highly recommend Ryan. You won’t find better.
Amazing service and experience. Truly honest and trustworthy. I went through 2 different agents before a friend recommended us to them. I would recommend them to all, you will not be disappointed.
Would you believe me if I told you that buying a house in 2020 was easy? Thats all thanks to Ryan. The only thing I had when I fortuitously walked into one of Ryans open houses was a dream with no clue how to execute. I didnt even know my price point. But Ryan was so genuine and easy to talk to. He wasnt pushy or aggressive; rather, he was patient and listened to my concerns. It was clear that he wanted to help me, even with only the first step. There are a million steps to buying a home, but I remained confident throughout the process, because Ryan was there every step of the way. I could text him day or night with questions. He even offered to drive my deposit to the title company himself. Buying a home is a daunting experience and even more so for a first-time home buyer. Im so grateful for the support of a real estate agent as conscientious and responsive as Ryan. I could not be happier with my new home and my first home-buying experience.
I had the pleasure of working with Steve for not only the purchase of my new home but also the sale of my existing home. Steve was extremely knowledgeable about the entire buying/selling process, which was extremely reassuring. Although there were a few curveballs with the transaction, Steve was able to talk us through all our options in order for me to make the best decision. I felt like Steve had my best interests in mind during negotiations, and Ill walk away from the experience knowing that I was in good hands.
Working with Ryan and DRG was an overall fantastic experience. His tactful negotiation and knowledge of the local market enabled me to obtain and amazing property at a great price. As a first time buyer looking for an investment property I knew I had to find someone who could understand my needs as a rookie. Ryan far exceeded my expectations. He was happy to walk me through any questions I had and would keep me informed of the buying process with constant updates.I will have zero hesitation using Ryan and DRG Philly on my next deal. Wether you’re a first time buyer or seasoned investor look no further !
I’ve done multiple transactions with Steve and will continue to use and recommend drg. Very reliable honest and professional, great knowledge of the Philadelphia area real estate market and always helpful. Thanks as always
My experience with a real estate representative named Ryan with this agency was a complete waste of time. It felt like negotiations were all one sided for a rental. All I wanted to do was meet, sign paperwork, hand over the deposit, get a receipt, move in, not difficult. I make decent money with verified income, more then enough to afford this place without issue, my credit score is excellent, Ive been with my employer for years now with good references and a great reference from my former realty company that can state Ive never been late on a payment after being at my apartment for years. All they kept pushing for was money to be sent ASAP in the amount of over 4k combined in the form of cashapp and a cashiers check to the renter even though Ive only met them for 10 mins. I understand that the timeline was short for this deal, but things need to happen that makes both parties comfortable. I know COVID plays a HUGE part in face to face meetings, but when you are closing a deal with people you dont know, would you send a combination of a cashiers check and cash app to people youve only met for literally all of 10 mins? I cant make this stuff up! They only have 1 other online review which has absolutely nothing to do with real estate, their main office at 1616 fairmount looks like a small apartment building that is actually for sale by their own agency!!! Why are you selling your main office that has no business signage what so ever? Just a for sale sign in the window, google map it I cant make this up! Ryans cell phone number has an area code that is from the state of Colorado but yet he told me he was from New York? If you google their other offices other real estate agencies names pop up like KW reality like their office at a suite # 500 which I had to google. Again I cant make this up. Also we all know that beaches are literally horrible to go to now a days due to COVID, but when asked if we could meet in person to finish the deal, he didnt really want to meet in an office setting due to risk of COVID but he was going to the beach for a vacation and asked me to meet with another guy who I never met before and hand over 4k since he was leaving at 10am? O, and not meet his guy in an office no no no, but on the street in front of one of their offices. The whole situation was shady at best, be careful with this agency and do your due diligence!!! And if they try to even say that any of this is false I have the whole text transcript to prove everything I am writing!
I havent seen it yet but Im sure my Mother will love it.
