They found me a house very quickly but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them. Just like any other realtor they are more concerned about commission. During the home inspection report there were few issues that I felt like were major and they kept telling me they were minor. I was also told that my heater was perfectly fine and that will need to be replaced. I basically have to pay $1,000 of dollars. When the matter was bought to his attention he mentioned to me the sellers assist. I am basically paying more than what was offer to me in seller assist. A new home owner shouldn’t be dealing with this much frustration.
