Very friendly and accommodating service. The owner greeted me as soon as I walked in and made me feel comfortable. I didnt have to wait long to be serviced. The massage chairs are so much comfortable then most other salons that Ive been to. I was happy with the end result of my service they did a great job

This is an exceptional nail salon, everyone working there does excellent work! I came in today to get a mani and pedicure it was done at the same time which I thought was awesome! They also give you a shoulder massage which I very much needed and enjoyed! It was awesome! Next week I will be coming in just for a massage! Thanks for a great experience!

Got a gel polish that came off in 2 days. I went back and they fixed it only for 3 more nails to lose polish. The 3rd time I wanted new gel and they wanted me to pay for the service. I walked out! I work a few doors down with many females!!! Take note, be prepared to lose your money!!! And the nail polish on my toes chipped within 4 days! Never returning there again!!!

I only got an eyebrow wax but they did a great job for a great price.

I got a pedicure. The woman that did it was very nice but was not experienced. Looks like I did it myself go somewhere else if you want anything more than 1 color.

I came here a few years ago and I was not satisfied at all I felt my nails 💅 were rushed and they were cutting my cuticles. My best friend came here today and though her nails are cute they wouldn’t dry them.

Unless youre really really really really desperate and so happen to be downtown, dont go. the guy there is terrible on feet and the lady that did my nails had glue all over my fingers and the paint job was shabby. my cuticles look a mess right now btw1/5 and the 1 star is for them being open during the pandemicother than that? AWFUL EXPERIENCE

First time ever and I will be coming here from now on! Came in on a Sunday for a gel mani and was seen right away. They were SO NICE and paid attention to detail and didn’t rush at all. Very friendly, clean and followed all Covid protocols. Very lovely experience and will not be visiting any salon but this one from now on.

The SPA pedicure is lovely. Very thorough (leg treatments + 15 min massage with hot stones) and well priced ($40). Ill be back when Im back in Philly- it was a nice pre-marathon treat. :)

The most professional nail salon I have ever been to. Their energy is amazing! When I walked into the salon with a smile on my face and left out the salon with an even bigger smile. They take their time out for your nails to come out exactly the way you want them too.

I enjoyed coming here up until yesterday. The lady that did my nails did a HORRIBLE job at shaping square nails and cut my each of my fingers and cuticles each time she used the file drill. I had to ask her to fix the shape numerous of times, just for her to barely do it correctly. Two of my nails looked like they needed a refill the same day. THEN, after it’s pretty clear I was not happy with my results she basically demanded/begged for a tip. Lol. How do you give bad service and beg for a tip? I had to go somewhere else the same day and get my nails done over.

The owner was rude and service not that good. Also she pulls your finger and say you have to be looser. And hits your hand.

I come from Chicago to get my nails done here. I happened upon this place by accident but found it to be a hidden gem.My nails lasted the full three weeks with no chips or breakage. I had different nail techs each time I went and both are skilled at what they do. No complaints. Plus, they are one of the few shops that do SNS (gel powder dip) and reasonably priced. Planning my next Philly trip because I need a new color. Yes, they have the best colors!!

I went in and got a powder dip & pedicure. They waited on the clients they know, and left me sitting with my toe nails to dry, thats one strike. Next my middle finger nail cracked in a couple of days. Just one week and I have three nails that are chipped or crack. Need to get my nails done over, but Im not going back. Plus color I wanted they disnt have.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I have been here numerous times for powder dip manicures which for the most part, have been positive experiences. However, the most recent time, there was an issue with the products that they had just purchased. The company they purchase their products from made an error with the sealer they had sent. The technician couldn’t seem to find one that worked correctly. I spent 2 hours sitting in the chair with my nails being re-buffed and re-dipped trying to find one that worked. I left with sore, raw cuticles and the WORST looking manicure I have ever had. They were apologetic and admitted that the work did not look good. The reason I will not be going back to this salon is because they charged me full price! I was able to find another salon to re-do the manicure but won’t spend my money at a salon that doesn’t own up to their mistakes.

Took me as a walk-in during lunch hour, no wait. $25 for a gel manicure, hand and back massage during final dry-time. Nice thin coats of the polish, technician was very careful. Ill be going back.

The older lady did my nails and first of all she was rushing. She filed the gel off my natural down to the point where it started burning. She then started applying the acrylic, but she messed up like 5 times!! She kept looking down at something I couldnt see. She burned my cuticles on 3 different nails, and did a sloppy paint job. I left with 3 sore fingers, ugly paint, glue all over my hands, and unsatisfactory feeling. Never going back, and I would never recommend!!

This place is not worth your time or effort! This is the first time I have posted a review and I am doing it because this place should be exposed. My experience was not good at all. I dont know if the 1st technician was having a bad day but she was very harsh in handling my refill and gel service. When I told her she was hurting me, she tried to act like she didnt understand. The Male owner had to translate to her. I allowed her to continue with hope that everything else would be fine. I wasnt completely satisfied with the shape of my nails, but decided not to fuss. Paid and tipped her $10 cash. Well I was in disbelief when my gel polish began to peel after one day. I went back to get it fixed. They said it was because the polish didnt dry completely and polished with gel.But I brought up the fact that the gel prep was not used. They said because you have acrylic you dont need. Okay, I dont usually wear acrylic but trusted her word. When I got home that evening and took a bath the polish began to peel. I went back the very next day and these people made up all kinds of excuses and wanted me to sit again and said to me You shouldnt have been cheap and pay for the Dip and I will add all in front of the 3 other customers that were being serviced. Well that is what made my top flip. I did not want them to touch me and the insult for stealing my time and my money warrants this Warning. Do not service this place. Unprofessional, irresponsible, incapable of quality work and just plain rude!Yes I paid more to have another place fix their ratchet work!

The 1st Tech,made me bleed trying to take my overlay off with an transpass. I told the guy tech what happened. And the other 2nd female Tech,trying to said the 1st Tech didnt do that & my nail was soft! So me & the 2nd Tech was going back & forth.

I noticed that the nail technician working on my eyebrows was taking to long, she didnt know what she was doing. I think she doesnt have enough experience in shaping thick eyebrows, and then had the nerve to charge ppl $8! I should have stuck with my original nail salon!

The first time I came here I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. After a week the gel polish started chipping off. I came back a couple weeks later and got a full set and pedicure. The woman cut my toes down entirely to short and then she got an attitude with me because I wanted my nail shorts. Due to her horrible attitude I will not be returning to this place. They need to get rid of the older woman shes bad for business.

I got a refill and coffin nails with ombré on it and designs and a pedi. The total was $55. The price was a bit steep, but the quality of the pedi is the only reason I will recommend this place. My experience there wasnt horrible but it also wasnt great. Im not too crazy about my nails or how they cleaned them up after they were done. The nail salon is beautiful but the techs arent very skilled and a great nail salon should have great techs, reasonable prices and a great atmosphere. This place only had one of the 3. I am regretting the $55s spent not including the cost for parking.

Pedicure cost $ 75They didn’t clean anything, didn’t polish it, did a massage on our feet (they beat one leg, the other just stroked).The cuticles were not removed, nothing was done. Painted at least more or less normal. We wont go there anymore.
