Excellent dip powder and pedicure! The ladies are so sweet and helped me pick out the perfect color based on a picture I showed them. The salon is always super clean and they have great covid protocols in place to make you feel safe.

Myself and a family member went here for pedicures and dip powder manicures on Friday and absolutely loved the experience. Both of us agreed this was the best nail salon we had been to and the service, professionalism, and cleanliness were top notch. We were both thrilled with the results and Im still getting compliments on my nails. The staff are extremely knowledgable as well as pleasant and made it a very comfortable, relaxing experience. The mimosas were an added bonus to an already lovely mani/pedi session! They do accept card payments but it isnt possible to tip using that method. Venmo was an easy way to tip and cash tips are also accepted. There is an ATM onsite for added convenience. Next time I go to Philly I will gladly use their services again.

I have been going to the Nail Bar for over 2 years. They are by far my favorite nail salon in Philly. The salon is always impeccably clean, and my nails always turn out gorgeous. I get so many compliments on them. I would highly recommend that you book the Nail Bar for events. This past weekend, I had my birthday at the Nail Bar. All Covid safety procedures were followed, and everybody had an amazing time. Jenn, Jess, and Jeanie made the day unforgettable. I highly recommend The Nail Bar!

Overall okay. Felt pretty rushed despite no one else waiting for an appointment and being a weekday evening. Nails were kinda messy and slightly lopsided. Look good from far away.

Philly Nails Bar was friendly, funny professional, safe, and clean! My nails look AMAZING with a perfect attention to detail - and it had been awhile since I had my nails done 🥰 they gave me a bottle of wine (since they couldnt serve me a drink due to new rules) and made me feel perfectly safe and at home even in the midst of a pandemic. I will definitely come back here, and honestly cant wait to!

The place was very clean and intimate. I went today with my sister, boyfriend and brother in law for a spa package. I loved that there was no one else in the salon and the gave us sanitizer as well as checked temperatures as we got in. It was very professional and timely from the start. What i liked most is usually when i get my nails done the ladies doing nails are speaking only to each other in a different language which would lead you to believe they are talking badly about you, they were genuinely concerned about our well being and lives. Extra friendly and extremely pleasant with hospitality. I live all the way in NYC and am visiting for my sisters bday for the weekend but i can definitely see myself coming back

I called when they opened and got an appointment for the next hour. The staff was friendly and the manicure and pedicure was amazing. The business is covid conscious and they do their best to prevent the spread of anything. Definitely a recommendation😊

I went to a Nail Bar on Wednesday! It was my first time. The store was clean and very nice. My favorite technician was Lynn. She was doing my pedicure and gel manicure. She took her time and did a great job! Lynn is also very sweet. I had a glass of mimosas and it was awesome! I will definitely go back there to try a body massage from Lynn!

Amazing place, very nice clean and upscale. The employees care and are very nice and friendly. They offer a variety of pedicures both Lynn and Jessica were friendly and took there time, best part they offer complimentary wine or mimosas which were amazing definitely going back!

The website is misleading. I paid $45 for a gel manicure and it did not come with a neck massage. For the amount I paid, I could have definitely gotten a better manicure elsewhere. The employee did not tell me upfront that a gel French manicure was $10 extra instead of $5. Definitely won’t be back, waste of time and money.

Just moved to Philly and this was the first nail place I tried and I’m hooked! Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. As soon as you walk through the door they are very welcoming and make you feel relaxed and comfortable. The quality of their gel manicures are great and they really take their time to make sure It is perfect. Very clean place and all the instruments are properly sanitized as well. Prices are very reasonable and they even offer beverages. Will 100% be returning and recommending to my friends! Dzung, Lynn and Jessica are great and so friendly (I’m sure the others there are as welL, just haven’t met them yet!)

This is the perfect place to get a quick manicure on your lunch break! The salon is clean, comfortable and everyone is super friendly. They are always great about offering you a drink of champagne, water or whatever youd like. I like going here because I know Ill be done in 40 minutes with a gel manicure that lasts for two weeks!

My girlfriend loved her experience here!! I set her and her friend up with some usual salon services as well as some extra add-ons for her birthday. They almost spent the whole day there! She said the service (and services) were exceptional, the employees were happy and helpful 100% of the time, and of course you can enjoy some drinks or cocktails as you are pampered. Not only was SHE happy, but as their packages and services are very reasonably priced, I was happy when her day out did not clear out my wallet. Next time, Im getting the couples services so I can go with her. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a well planned or even last minute gift idea. Service is great!

My bff and I went here for a Valentines treat and what a treat it was. The manager was so courteous and as soon as we decided what we wanted, they sat us in their super comfy pedi chairs and offered us either a water, champagne or wine. I chose the water and it came with mint and lemon. My friend got the champagne. It was such a delightful way to start our experience. We got the Philly best pedi and that came with a foot and leg masks, a massge and of course painted tootsies. The ladies could not have been nicer. Then we got the signature manicure. There was only a $5 difference in price between the regular manicure and the signature manicure. When we asked what the difference was, they explained the signature massage comes with a shoulder massage. So of course we upgraded to that. That massage was well worth the $5. I highly recommend this place and get the signature massage.

Went there for the first time tonight! I brought my 5 year old daughter for a manicure and Christmassy nail polish and i got a full set of acrylic nails and gel polish. They were SO good with my daughter and amazingly sweet all around. Our nails both look great and it was extremely reasonably priced! This will definitely be my new nail spot from now on! Best place in the city for pedicures!

I recently went to the nail bar with my girlfriends for a small party. The staff and manager were so friendly and courteous. I highly recommend the Nail Bar if you are looking for a good nail salon or if you are looking to book a party.

By far the best & my most favorite nail salon Ive ever been to. At the Nail Bar everyone that works here is so friendly & accommodating & every visit Ive had here, Ive been helped very quickly & treated exceptionally well. The best part is that you know exactly what youre paying for--a great job!Even after my very first visit here a few months ago, I remember thinking it was the best Id ever seen my nails done before. They were nice that everyone thought my acrylics were my natural nails :) & the gel manicures are AMAZING. I literally cant stop admiring nails for a good 30 minutes after every manicure/set. I havent gone back to any of my old nail places since.All of the nail techs are very sweet & always provide a pleasant & fun experience opposed to other nail salons I used to go to where they completely just alienate you & just talk to each other in their foreign language. Thank God those experiences are finally over.

I went to this place first for my friends bachelorette party. we had a great time. the staff were very professional and handled our fairly large group well despite being short-staffed. My pedicure lasted for a couple of months. So I went back to get a gel manicure. They welcome walk-ins but I prefer making appointments beforehand. I didnt have to wait even though I was 15mins early. The massage chairs are awesome. Its a clean place. Im contemplating getting a membership now.

I was looking for a spot near my office where I could go during lunch. I read some good reviews, so I decided to give Nail Bar a try. I was so pleasantly surprised. This spa was clean, newly renovated and everyone was so nice. They offered me complementary glass of champagne (whoops did I say the not during business hours), which I took them up on and it was wonderful. This is the best lunch hour Ive had in a long time!

I never write reviews (good or bad), BUT feel like I have to. My nails are good but I also got a lip and brow wax. My skin is normally sensitive but after the wax my skin was on fire for hours. When I got home finally, I saw that the wax had burnt my lip and brow (literally looks like I have on red/pink eye shadow). Over 12 hours later, and I’m still in pain. I’m just glad I didn’t get the brow and lip wax for an event (I would be mortified). So, sure, get your nails don’t, but for your skin’s sake, don’t get waxed there!!

Nail Bar is awesome and I def recommend it!! I run a lot and my feet/legs get sore from time to time so go there for pedicure. After my pedicure I feel new and rejuvenated!! Their massage chairs are soothing, and the place is super clean. This place is the best!! A+++++

We had a party at the Nail Bar in Rittenhouse Square and had a great time. The technicians were so nice and very accommodating with all of our needs. If your interested in booking a party I would highly suggest doing it here.

I had Rose, and she was great. My polish lasted for 2 weeks with no chipping! Nice atmosphere, clean, and good service.

Just got my Gel refill and it was very painful. I was uncomfortable with the chairs and there is no personal space. The staff was friendly and they offered me wine. My nails look horrible for a $40 gel polish refill. My nails were not cut down even and it was just really rushed. I must say, It was not worth it. My skin was destroyed around my nails. I did not complain. I even tipped the young lady for her being kind and squeezing me in on this busy day. But I will not ever be back. The quality was definitely not there. I dont care how much time you have to work with you should always put your best foot forward.

Wont be returning. I came here with my bridal party (myself and 5 bridesmaids) to get my nails done for my upcoming wedding. I was running 20 min late for my appointment (only because of Philly parking) and when I arrived, the girls had already started as they were instructed to by the owner. This was upsetting, but somewhat understandable. Upon arrival, the place was jam packed with people..seemed very chaotic, unorganized, and not relaxing in the least. I finally got the attention of an employee and explained that I was the bride for the party who had already begun their services. I had an exact idea of how I wanted my nails, but they were unable to execute it whatsoever. The color was much too light, which I stressed to the girl doing my pedicure. She agreed and went to select something slightly darker. She then called a woman over to do the light design on my toe, which she couldnt do..she offered me a silver line of glitter instead (?). I totally hated them, but was more eager to get my manicure done since people would be seeing my nails, not really my toenails. I had informed them on the phone that I would be getting a full set, yet when the owner heard this he exclaimed A full set? I only set aside an hour for this group..theres no time for a full set...Really? You set aside an hour for six girls to get manicures and pedicures? I was about to leave when he stated that he could squeeze me in between other appointments, adding IF you come back on time..Nice customer service skills! At this point, I really wanted to give him no more of my money since he had talked down to everyone that I could see, but my wedding was the following day, so I really had no choice. The full set process was the most painful i had ever received. I had to pull my hand away a few times because of the pain. I had showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted (a very small asymmetrical heart on my ring finger) to which she created an odd shaped heart at the top of my nail. I informed her that I didnt like it and she said I will add glitter..then she proceeded to add lines that looked like grass along the bottom of my nail. It was just awful, but they began to close as I was finishing, so there was nothing i could do. This is a great concept for a nail bar, just not properly executed whatsoever. I wish someone would open something similar with a friendly owner and staff that knows how to do more than open a bottle of nail polish apply a coat of color.

I have never written a negative review about any establishment online despite how negative of an experience I have had. I feel compelled to do so this time, given that I picked this place based on the positive online reviews. First of all, when I walked in my first impression was that the place did not seem very clean and was up at the top of a dirty hallway. We were there for a girls weekend and our experienced was rushed despite making reservations over a month in advance (manicures and pedicures done at the same time in less than a half our). We were rushed out of our pedicure chairs to sit and let our nails dry on a couch with a fan (no drying station). The worst part was who we assumed to be the owner, my best description would be a total creep and that seems to only be in this business to hit on young girls (as this is what he was doing after we were rushed from our chairs -- after they were provided with champagne despite seeming underage). He spoke to the employees with very little respect in front of customers, which I thought was disgraceful. I found out that all of the technicians had been there from 10am until 6:30pm with only a 10 minute break for lunch. I am sure that is not the only labor regulation that he is violating. We were appauled by our experience here! Stay away, there were other places on our walk back to our hotel (a few blocks away) that seemed much nicer.

Nail bar is a great place if your looking to destress from your work day! They have the best nail technicians and they are very flexible with appointments!! I will never go to another nail spot in center city again !!!

They owner lacks profeshional customer service. The workers are nice and it was a good experience. I felt like it was worth the money until I noticed my nails only stayed in new condition for 2 days. Never again. The nail tech left acrylic under my nail so it kept snagging on my hair. Then in 5 days the acrylic started lifting the day after that the nail started chipping. I would never ever not even for free.

A fun and different nail experience! Ive never been to a place that serves alcohol while youre getting your nails done. I got a mani/pedi and the quality of both was ok, it just took a very long time (I was there for over 2 hours)

Had a manicure at 3 pm. Its 6 30 and nailpolish is already chipping. The lady who did my nails did a horrible job. I paid for a manicure but it was a nail polish change at best. I started with one technician and was moved to a different one as the first ladys regular client walked in. Second lady did not seem to care much about the manicure. Asked me to pay in the middle of it and forgot to treat the second hand after I paid. 3.5 hours later and I desperately need a new manicure...

A $50 gift card brought me there and Ill never ever go again !!!I got Brazilian Wax (Ive been waxing for 10years) and they clearly had no idea how do it. She was pinching my skin while trying to get the wax off. I was about to tell her to stop and leave but then she used another wax that wasnt as bad but she left so much wax on me that I had to take off myself.She applied cream and then got another kind and when I looked at the other cream I saw that she applied antibiotic/pain reliever cream. Thats inacceptable !The lady was nice even if she had no idea how to do her job so I stayed calm and she gave me a $10 discount because I think she realized how bad it was.. anyway. DO NOT GO THERE FOR WAXX !!!

Best spot to get a manicure during the work day! Super easy to call and get a same day appointment, and a regular or gel manicure is done in 30-35 minutes (plus a few mins to dry if youre getting a regular mani), so you have time to walk to and from and get your nails done all within your lunch hour. Ive been a faithful client of Savons for over 6 years. She is THE BEST in the city. My regular manicures last a full week without chipping. Shes a miracle worker. The salon itself if clean and cute, and the staff are always very friendly. I highly recommend if youve been having trouble finding a good salon with good prices in Center City!

The service was great but not worth $45. They did mm but scrub the calluses off at all.

I scheduled a party there recently and my party and I were rushed and told by the host who booked the appointment that we couldnt get the services we wanted because it would take too long and another party was booked 30 minutes. They didnt let members of our finish drying our nails even when asked for fans to finish drying.The party was booked 2 weeks we gave the salon the $50 deposit for the party and we told the salon what services we wanted done prior to the day. All in all the salon and more specifically the host ruined the special day we had planned. Also the salon was a bit overpriced for what we did have done manicures, pedicures and, acrylics and the drinks dont make up for the poor customer service.

My pedicure is still perfect after three weeks.

Asked for a polish change and was charged for the polish change and another $10 (unexpectedly) because they had to remove my old gel polish. Am I the only one this doesnt make sense to?

Ive only had my nails done a handful of times (ha), but based on no comparison, this place was okay.

It was expensive, I was cut, and my nail broke 2 days after.

Went to get my acrylics filled in, spent almost two hours there, was cut by the file several times, tried to remove existing acrylic nail by ripping them off, and they’re already lifting.
