Mom and Nephew are the greatest! They do a wonderful job and they are so kind and friendly. They make you feel appreciated and welcome! So much better than the other stores I have tried on 5th street as well as the area. I get off work right before they close if I calk they even accommodate and stay open a few extra minutes for me. I love them& gladly refer people to them frequently.

Just bad customer service and they take a advantage of children and young adults!!

I made an appt today at 11:00 am for 3pm I arrived at 3:00 was told be awhile cool. My girlfriend and I went to get slides and some shoes. He calls says comeInside 15 mins. I go in and they were very rude still had me waiting by 4:26 nails were started as the nephew gets smart n the aint says she will do I decline service and told themWhere they can go which is back too yhwre country where they can treat anyone anywayThey want but they won’t treat me like when I’m spending money

I have been patronizing this nail salon for some time. I had great respect for the owner, Tracy until my experience yesterday when I realized she and her coworker sat right in face and carried on a 20 minute + conversation in their first language as if she doesnt speak english. I spend on average $60 every two weeks faithfully and Tracy does good work (although, there might be a long wait) however the need to speak Vietnamese through an entire conversation when she has an english speaking patron in her face, I found very rude. Im pretty sure they were talking about me based on the eye contact and body language which made it worst. Ill never spend another dime here neither will anyone I referred. There has to be atleast 25 salons in a 3 mile radius. Ill find another one. Your lost Tracy

Rushed work. When they applied the acrylic, it over flooded my cuticles and I was cut by drill twice.
