Omg! I Love this place. Very Professional and the atmosphere is so peaceful. Not to mention my nail tech Vickie soooo Nice. I have been going someplace else for 16 years prior to coming here. One person did my nails all that time. What I like about here, I’ve gone to number 5, 1, Vicki, they are all very skilled and enjoy what they do

Ive came to this place a few times and everytime I come they change their prices. This was the last time Im coming here... yes they do good work but they are extremely expensive and not consistent. They only have gel polish and then charge you extra for it. Unless you go there a lot they dont talk to you. I got a full set and my eyebrows done and they waited until they were finished to tell me the price was $50 plus $2 for credit card. They will rip you off due to Covid. Go somewhere else that will treat you better and not take advantage of you.

Awesome nail salon in Mayfair! Couple things to know (May 2021) is that they only do gel & you need an appointment. Clean facilities, friendly & accommodating staff, GREAT work!

I have been going to them for about 9 years now and I stopped getting my nails done from them a while ago but the owners husband is by far the best in waxing eyebrows I dont mind paying a little bit extra every nail salon up there prices and most of them dont even take credit cards anymore but nails not crazy about their work only good one there is the owner but shes rude and Tina if she even still working there I would give 2 stars for nails

I asked Tam (I believe that’s her name) to remove my previous nail set...this woman ripped my nails off so hard my natural nails ripped and was damaged really bad. She also filed my natural nails down so bad that there’s dents in some of my finger nails. She also did 3 of my nails crooked. Painting was bad. I left my appointment with my nails throbbing in pain. These pictures are taken 2 weeks later but you can clearly see how bad it is. EVERYTHING was horrible don’t come here.

I went to go get my nails taken off and get a regular manicure. She started to take my nails off really rough and she ripped off my real nail on my pinkie. After telling her to soak it off the rest of my nails, she started to argue with me. Turns out they don’t soak off nails! They rip them off! My nail was bleeding a lot and all she did was give me a bandaid. She still had the nerve to charge me extra for the soak off.

This was my 3rd time and I will never go back again,My gel came of with in 3 days,they are not clean and olso over priced.

They accepted an hour before closing got a pedi and gel. Lady did a great job on my feet. They were polite.

Did a terrible job shaping and painting my nails they missed a couple spots and the lady that was doing my nails did not want to give me what I was asking for. I do not recommend this place

28 $ for a toe polish change... And they dont have a design pink with glitter... Get my toes done every two weeks pay for pedicure 30$ everywhere else and they look great, THIS PLACE is DIRTY and over priced!!!!

Not only do they do Great Nails but they also make you feel safe from covid everyone is wearing masks everyone is 6 ft apart or further away. Everything is done by appointments and its never crowded. They get you in and they get you out as quickly and safe as possible I absolutely recommend this place I absolutely love this place.

Filing could have been better

Ive had more so so experience than good.Its convenient and close to home, either way its nothing special. I figured I would stop to get a regular manicure to give the acrylic a break and because there shop got busy so quickly, I was rushed. I was first shoved with how I should get a gel manicure for $20.00 all I wanted was a basic and eyebrows shaped. They cut my nails and cuticles and told me to wash hands. No lotion massage no lotion period. They almost forgot that I was waiting for my eyebrows because I was forgotten on the drying nail section. Overall there was one lady that was very good and shes no longer there. Im a paying customer and should be serviced as such. I doubt I will go back, i was too disappointed that i walked out of there without them trying to tweeze my eyebrows and moisturized hands.

Appointments are needed. Theyre taking your temp at the door. You must fill out a waiver. Only 3 pedicure chairs are being used and there are barriers in between. Manicure tables are now only on either side of the walls, more the the reccomended 6ft, not in the middle anymore. They are ONLY using Gel polish to get people in and out quicker. $65 for gel manicure AND pedicure. Had a great and relaxing experience despite the new regulations.

I gave this place soo many chances because it’s super close to me but never again. They raised prices due to COVID and still trash. People kept warning me. I always get gel but their gel comes right off.

Worst nail salon ever. Went there for the first time on a few days ago, they clearly care more about quantity than quality. Paid more money for gel polish and my polish is already chipping after 4 days. Shop is located on the corner, underneath a house. They offer piercings in addition to nails and waxing. I went there for a pedicure and refill. First off, the pedicure was $20 which isnt bad but during the pedicure, they didnt use new or recently sterilized instruments. They simply sprayed them as they went along. And they used dial hand soap to scrub your feet during the pedicure instead of an actual exfoliating scrub. Its an extra $15 for the exfoliating scrub which is standard at all other nail salons Ive ever been too. The whole pedicure was over in about 10 minutes. And then they decided to start on someone elses pedicure before someone even started on my nails. I had to ask the owner why did they start on someone else before finishing with me and then he quickly drilled off my polish and then told me to wait for someone else. I have never received such bad service and poor quality of work. I could have done a better job myself. I will never go back there and not would I recommend this place to any of my friends.

I’ve been going there for years and there’s been plenty of moments when I’ve thought not to come back, but today was it for me. I went to get a gel refill and was charged the amount of a full set, even after being told it was going to be $15. After asking why a refill was costing me $27 I was told “because it’s Gel lady!” It’s very disappointing that this is how loyal customers are treated

The lady took so long doing my nails. And she cut them to short, I asked if she could if she could redo it. She said no they are fine, but I paid $20 for ugly nails. I’m not happy with what happened.

I went there today and got a gel manicure from a guy that works there. He was nice and did a really good job. I use to go to a salon a little further but this space is closer and better!

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!Nails came out OKAY, At best. The service on the other hand was absolutely HORRIABLE. There is no reasoning to the order they take people. they are located in mayfair where nail salons are on every block. So you think they would be friendly and professional. THEY ARE NOT. All of the employees are very rude and make you feel very rushed as they are providing your service. The more crowded it gets the sloppier and less time they spend per customer. They are more concerned with quanity then quality.

My favorite nail salon in the northeast area I must say!! The customer service is outstanding and they are great at what they do I have never left this place unhappy.

Been going there many years. I go to Jany. Love it but owner can be testy at times. QUALITY WORK.

Asked for short almond-shaped nails. I got very short pointy nails (shaped more like triangles because she filled way too much). When another customer came in, the lady doing my nails tried to rush me. Had to have someone else do my nails, which did a better job. However, she made my nails way too long. At that point, I just kept it because they couldnt understand what I was asking for. They didnt clean underneath the nail, so it is full of acrylic. Terrible paint job, especially for gel polish. The first lady charged me one price and the second lady charged me more. On top of that, they charged a $2 credit card fee and there were no signs posted about them charging you a fee for using your card.

They never fail me. Go to Tamy or the owners. Ive been coming here for 6 years. I will not go anywhere else.

They are ok. I just feel rushed everytime I go there. They are not consistent. Sometimes they do my nails and theyre great other times they do my nails and they end up chipping right away. They move too fast. The whole point, for me of getting my nails and toes done is the experience. I dont like feeling rushed. They should have a place for people to be able to sit and wait. Waiting is ok especially if you want good quality work.

Love coming here cannot complain something’s confused because everyone gives a different price. Quality nails, look great not exaggerated and the staff is very welcoming and understanding

Extremely pricey now. Gel only. My one nail came off two days later and my Gel nail polish on my feet came off the very next day. Not worth the 100 dollars I spent.

First of all I would like to say I love the lady who do my lashes shes so sweet and makes me feel beautiful. I do notice when caucasian people come in they tend to act more helpful and excite for them. One day I was in there and caucasian people came in the way they greeted them was like star status. Everyone deserve the same treatment when treated at the door. I was like wow I didnt get that type of greeting when I came through the door. I only get my lashes Done And thats it.

They were open on xmas!! 8 was in and out in no time and the lady did a pretty good job

This was my first and last time at this nail salon. I went with my two nieces and nephew. My nieces and I were getting manis & pedis. My nephew also wanted a basic manicure. The woman who was doing my pedi asks me, are they your friends? To which I reply, no theyre my nieces. Shocked, she responds really? I chose not to respond. The shock was because they are black and I am not. After our nails were done, when my younger niece and I are under the dryer (I got a regular mani and pedi totaling $28) my older niece was paying and I hear them tell her $40. She came over to where we were sitting and I asked how her total was $40. She said $20 for gel mani and $20 for pedi. There was a paper hanging with basic pedi for $15, so I had assumed thats what Id been charged, and that my nails were $13, because how else was my total $28 right? So as we are discussing this, a man that works there walked by, touched my nieces nails and said gel manicure $20. I said ok, but the pedicure is $15 so it should be $35. He responds, its not hard. Pedicure $20, gel manicure $20, total $40. See simple. Lets just say I got rude from there. He never could explain to me how my total was $28 if the pedicure was $20. Unless a manicure with color is $8? Oh and to top it all off? They never did my nephews manicure. He sat for 45 minutes while they took other walk-ins, when they knew he was waiting for that manicure. We took him to Golden Nails across the street, where we will continue to go moving forward.

I was here 8 days ago and I went for a French manicure and pedicure before I left on vacation to Punta Cana, the following day my nail polish was chipping. I didnt even wash a dish for this to happen. Now 8 days later you would never know that I had my nails or toes done. I will never be back. What a waste of time and money.
