Always happy to visit Andy and his crew at Emmas nail salon!!! It seemed strange to see the waiting area empty but they took all safety precautions and I felt very comfortable. Make an appointment and leave a deposit for in and out service.. love my nails... thanks to the owner Andy 💅❤

I didnt like my toes but my nails were done by Andy and I love them. My eyebrows were awesome too but too pricey $12 & their prices overall are too high

I used to come here all the time. They gotten so busy and their quality went down. I love the employees nonetheless but it’s just not worth the hassle for mediocre nails because at the end of the day, it is money that I am spending on my nails.In defense.... They require a $15 deposit. Be considerate that if you book “multiple appointments”. They require a $15 deposit to HOLD that spot. If clients don’t show up like their suppose to, that appointment would’ve been given to someone who really needs it. It’s not fair for the technician to reserve that time slot and clients didn’t show up for that time reserve. Some places would charge the full amount, at least here is only $15.

This place does nails very professionally. Everything is always beautiful. The only downside is that its always very busy, they dont take appointments, and they can be pricey. Sometimes you can wait up to two hours just to get started on and can be chaotic. However, theyre are very clean and do an amazing jobs.

Very Professional and takes their customers on time. That means, be on time for your appt. Theyre very creative.

I love it here!! i moved to Philly not too long ago and this was the first nail salon i went to. needless to say this is the ONLY nail salon i go to! they’re affordable, unless you’re wanting a time-consuming design on your nails. but even then, it’s worth it. i see monica. she’s the best and does amazing designs!

They did a good job with my gel nail manicure. I’ve known them for doing really good nails. I scheduled an appointment for 2 which to reserve means I pay 15 per person. Since one of those two people could not make it, I would just use the totaled $30 for my gel manicure. I go to pay and I end up paying 45 since the other person did not show up, they would not let me have my $15 back for the one person that did not show up. They kept the $30 that I used to reserve with and made me pay another 15. They are not very lenient and don’t care that the money was yours to begin with. So they just decided to make me pay more. I won’t be going back because I don’t know what other prices they will throw in.

Very updated design super professional they really do great nails and what I love the most is that they don’t judge my feet when they doing them.

Did my eyebrows there for the first time and was well taken care of. The young lady that did them took her time and was gentle (gentle enough for waxing). The place is clean and spacious as well. Would recommend.

I used to go to this salon years ago, then found a salon closer to me, yet had to go back to this salon for their quality work!! I went in today with jacked up nails and left feeling like a new person! They can be a little pricey, but you always get your monies worth!

New nail tech Joanna is very sweet and talented. Ive been following her nail page for a while and am excited to see her creativity blossom here.

Great nail salon! Ive been all over the northeast to find a good nail salon and im so glad i tried Emmas! Andy did my nails and they turned out great!! The salon is very clean and you dont feel rushed like at some places!

Excellent service, easy parking space however quite pricey.

My Mani pedi was quick and beautifully done. The girls were friendly and professional. My fingernails are natural but look so perfect that people think they are acrylic.

I had a gel manicure on Saturday with Kimmi, and it is Tuesday and my nails are chipping already, it been four days, I paid 30 dollars and I normally pay 20 dollars for a gel manicure. I have gone they before and never had any problems with my manicures or pedicures. I am not happy with the service this time.

Love love love this place you can’t go wrong with any one there (of course I don’t go with anyone new. I have twice and was not pleased ) I just stick to the veterans. They have a lot of different colors, they do an amazing job I always take a pic of what I want my nails like and they always are able to make it happen. They recently remodeled and it’s beautiful they did also put up their prices :( but definitely recommended !

I have been coming to this nail salon for years. However this time, I decided that getting gel on my nails and feet was not in my budget. Andy (the owner) asked if I was getting gel on my hands, I stated no. He proceeded to state they don’t have “regular” polish at the stations.. I originally had stiletto nails, however it broke 2 days after my original set. I decided to cut them. He stated he has to charge me $5 for reshaping my nails.. Really??? I felt he was trying to pressure me into getting gel. He wanted to debate with me. Then he stated that’s fine I have other customers who want gel. He didn’t even lotion my hands which is a part of the process once your nails are complete. Needless to say I will not be returning. His customer service was horrible after I told him I would not be getting gel regardless of what explanation he provides.

Im a new customer and I have been coming here for three months now. The staff is friendly and service is very good. Its a very busy place but not overly crowded and worth your time. I was impressed to see men come in as well to receive Emmas services. I have already recommended this place to my family and friends.

Love this place. at the end of the day it’s the best and if you are into something simple or something extra like me. with crazy designs and a lot of stones big and small then this is the place to go. And for once you don’t have to go to just 1 person that’s good everyone there is good. Love it.

This is my favorite salon in the northeast. Everyone is personable and always laughing. I always love my nails, although I keep them very simple. I love seeing the artistic and creative designs they come up with for other clients.

I went for the first time on Saturday 4/20/19. I had a wonderful experience. I nails looks great! My nail technician was very friendly and helpful. She also did my eyebrows Exactly the way I wanted them. I will go back to a second visit.

Ive been going to this salon for about 4 years. All the techs there are talented and professional. I never know what I want and I give whomever is doing my nails freedom to do whatever. I havent been disappointed yet.

They are so expensive now. they used to be more affordable but ever since they decorated the place, the prices have gone up dramatically. My nails are already chipping after one week and its gel. They pressure you to spend more money and all this stuff. If youre going to go up on prices then at least give good service and my nails should not be chipping in one week!! Now I have to find another nailery..ugh!!

Let me start of by saying this salons service is HORRIBLE! I was waiting for about 1-2 hours, & they were just sitting there on their phones. People would come in and get their nails done before me and I was there for about an hour or two. Fast forward to me FINALLY getting my nails done. And the man doing my nails didn’t even ask me the shape I wanted. He cut my nails super short, & kept pressuring me to pay more for the nails. They were painted kind good but not worth being spent for. This was my very first time being here, & I’ll never EVER come again. 3 stars just how pretty the place is. & that caught me by surprise.

I love this nail salon, everyone is so friendly and helpful. This is a thriving business, still the nail artist manage to give each of their clients their full attention. They do a wonderful job! My gel nails not only look great, but they actually last a full two weeks.

I have been a customer of Emmas Nails for almost a year now. The environment is friendly and clean. The staff is professional and courteous. I love the Gel Fill Manicure. My nails can last anywhere between 2-3 weeks with NO LIFTING. This is the only nail salon in my area that offers Gel fill manicures.

I am an amputee. I wanted to get my nails done for a work event. I asked for half off since they are only doing 5 nails. They said only $5 off. So Im paying for work their not doing. Thats unacceptable. I would never go there. Horrible service.

The wait was way too long, I was told 5 minutes and waited almost an hour. When I finally got into a chair (pedicure) the girl that was supposed to do my toes put her previous customers tools on the station where I was sitting and she disappeared. Someone finally came over and asked me if I was being helped and I said no and the other girl next to me doing another customers toes said I was being helped and the lady who asked me if I was being helped said the girl told her she wasnt doing my toes. Fortunately the lady who asked me did my toes and she did a great job! Next time Ill make an appointment first!

The staff is very courteous & you never wait very long even if they are packed which they often are. That should tell you how good they are.They are willing to hold a conversation with you not just talk around you I like that. Thask or make suggestions but never push you for more than you wanted to get done..

I love this salon its right across from where I get my hair done so this is a win win for me. Prices are fair, very clean ( I used the bathroom and I almost never use public bathrooms) and let me just say that the woman who did my eyebrows and nails was excellent I dont remember her name but she has brownish hair with highlights. I have never went to a nail salon and gotten my thick eyebrows waxed and liked them BUT I LOVE THEM ! Usually when I say clean up with a small arch they take my whole eyebrow off but this woman did them literally perfect. Ill be back!

I Usually don’t take the time to write reviews but I had to for this place. I went today to get my nails done (referred by a friend) for my graduation portraits this week & right when I went in, I was cared for right away. They took their time with my nails and I love the end result ! Nice clean environment and the costumers had a bond with the employees. Definitely will be returning!

I would say the staff and atmosphere is great. The biggest downside was that I came in to get a simple full set and chrome color. Took her an hour and 20 minutes and the total came to $56 including eyebrows. Only for several of the nails to begin lifting less than a week later. Im writing this exactly one week after I visited and 5 of the 10 nails are lifting. Extremely expensive for less than 7 day wear? Never again. Love the color but not worth the price and time.

First visit was great! then when i needed a refill, i got the owner of the salon to do my nails. He was in a hurry and was giving me hard time because i was 5 min late. I felt like i wasnt reached a customer and all he was concerned with is getting people in and out of the salon.

High quality and theyre so nice. They gave my 3 year old a pedicure and treated her like a princess it was so fun!

Of every experience I’ve had here my last was the absolute worst. I keep trying to give them a chance because this place is close to my house and some of my friends like it. But not all my friends get what I get, Gel full set or a refill. The man who did my nails was very irritated and had to FaceTime twice with his mother while doing my nails. I could feel how angry he was because he was taking it out on my hands. I wanted to cry. This experience was so bad and my nails came out so SHARP, the shape was coffin, not pointy but my nail tech did absolutely nothing to help make my experience comfortable. The whole time I felt like he was angry at me & my set only lasted a week because of how thin the nails were. I’ll never come back to this place again.. everytime I’ve been seen here the nail techs talk on their phones while they do the nails.. it seems like this place only cares about you if you go there once a week. It’s not right and at this rate you’ll never have any new regulars. Consider changing your staff and I might come back.

The technician, Lynn, was awesome the first time I came there, two weeks ago. However, the wait is horrible! I came back again, this morning, waited for 45 mins, and left due to the long wait. Emmas Nail and Spa needs to have a better system because I saw several other people that came and left due to the wait.

I love it here. They have great customer service and Im always please with the gel nails and pedis I get. Plus the prices are great and the environment is clean.

Shady over priced mediocre nail techs

They get 3 stars because they are very good with their work ... But they make you wait for no apparent reason while all of them not doing anything by the way just stand around laugh joke and play around smh. Horrible service but they do great work .. They act like nobody has plans and we have to wait its sickening ... 2nd and last time here

My experience here was horrible I went back for the second time thinking maybe my first experience was just me over thinking but, I went again the owner did my nails both times hes rude rough and dont know how to talk to his customers. I assume because its a busy place he dont mind losing one or two customers, I had to come home In Touch my nails up (unbelievable) the professionalism at this place is horrible if you like ghetto places loud talking across the room and cursing then you would like this nail salon. I would never recommend or go there again a waste of my money also time twice.

I will not go back.First thing they dont tell you is they charge you $5 more if you pay debit. They also dont have their prices posted.I paid $53 for a gel full set and eyebrows.The nails came out ok. But not what I would expect for $43. No designs or anything, basic gel full set. Way too high imo.Second, when it was time for my eyebrows, I said to my nail tech i take my eyebrows seriously i need the best person. Smh my left eyebrow is way thinner than my right eyebrow. Im so annoyed because now I have to wait forever for them to grow back smh.The people were nice. But the quality of service is very mediocre.

I went to get my nails done at this establishment where I normally go and normally love their work but unfortunately the last time I was not happy my designs looked like I gave a black sharpee to a child and let them do it, so disappointed . when she asked if I liked it I had to ask her wth is it 😯 guess she wasnt a morning person and I was her first client that day other than this day I usually love my nails.
