Really liked this place! My friend and I never get our nails done and came here today to try it out. The woman who scheduled our appointment on the phone was super nice. I got a gel mani pedi and I’m happy with the service the provided. The staff was really nice and helped my friend pick the best option for her nails. Excited to come back again in the future!

Best salon Ive been to! They gave me a massage after all of it, and kept asking for my opinion during the session. The nails came out super cute and theyre friendly. Definitely pricey, but worth it for the experience.

Very ugly nails, they were rushing cause they were soooo “busy”. When i complained and kept asking ppl to fix them they want to have an attitude. Its high priced for nooo reason. I will NEVER I repeat NEVERRRR go there again!!! Its only cause I am new to the city thats why i am still trying new nail techs out 🥴

Called to schedule appointment and asked for quote on the service I wanted for my daughter. Upon arrival was asked AGAIN and told them the same as said when scheduling. When I went to pay, I was charged MORE THAN TWICE THE QUOTED PRICE! No explanation just yelled out the price again.They took advantage of my daughter being so young while I was off to side and kept doing extra things without asking me. Highly unprofessional and abusive to clients. Never ever again would I go there.

Nails are pretty & Nice messages. However, they are wayyy overpriced. A white simple acrylic set shouldn’t cost a total of $80.

My experience there was great! Got SNS ombré for the first time and the results exceeded my expectations! From the beginning, the process was wonderful and then they ended it with an amazing massage! Would highly recommend this spot!

Whenever I go there, they’re always so nice. I’m a very picky person when it comes to my nails and they’re just so patient. They’re also understanding whenever I tell them I’m pressed for time when I go there during my lunch break. I always go to Jolin and she’s the sweetest and she really cares about the health of your nails which is always appreciated.

Such a sweet salon with a kind and talented staff. My SNS dip nails were done by a younger woman (I didn’t catch her name). She was so friendly and patiently removed my old dip manicure from another salon for no extra charge. They have a wide selection of every color you can imagine. She even did a quick back massage while my nails were drying. I totally recommend dip nails because they are thicker than gel, last longer, and seriously make your nails grow! I’m a nail biter and my nails have never been so long. For $35, I got a nice hour of relaxation, a long lasting manicure, and beautiful healthy nails! I will totally be back!!!!The first photo was taken the day of the manicure and the second was taken 1.5 weeks later (I also filed my nails down a bit). My nails are still glossy and they definitely will last a few more weeks as long as the grow out doesn’t drive me crazy :) hoping to get a full 4 weeks out of this manicure which is amazing!

Went with the intention of getting a refill during my lunch hour. Waited for an available technician to finish.. two finished while I sat there looking for my color. Two women of another race came in and were seating and taking care of by the two available technicians while I sat there invisible. No explanation, no mention of them having appointments. As I left I was asked if it were my lunch break and if I wanted to make an appointment for after work. NO THANKS. NO APOLOGIES. NOT EVEN A GOODBYE. They will never get my money again.

Elaine nails is unassuming on the outside. Once you walk in your pleasantly surprised by the clean smells and overall look of the salon. It was busier than expected on a Friday morning. I had an appointment at they took me immediately the woman who did my manicure was pleasant and thorough. Will definitely be back in the future

I was in from out of town staying on Quince Street. I needed a pedicure and full set of nails and researched salons in the area. Believe me, there are plenty of salons within walking distance (near Jefferson), and I chose Elaine Nail Salon based on their reviews. I highly recommend this salon. It is clean and has an attentive and professional staff that delivers quality services. I placed their business cards in the Airbnb folder where I stayed to provide future travelers with a referral to a top-notch salon. Thank you Elaine Nail Salon for making my visit so pleasant.

Jolene has been doing my nails for years now. i knew her when she worked at different nail center before she opened Elaine. she always does an excellent job. my manicure is perfect every time. The salon is clean, the staff is nice and the price is reasonable . I am never disappointed

This place is absolutely wonderful. I went because it is very close to my husbands job. I tried with just my brows and then returned last night and had a pedicure and my brows. The service is outstanding and all of the perks that go along with it such as the hot towel, the mini massage and the wrapping of my toes to make sure they didnt get messed up when I put my shoes on. I will definitely be returning!! Nothing like great customer service.

Decided to try this place out as a walk-in because my usual place was packed.I was pleasantly surprised, the woman who did my nails had the chair ready right away, was a total sweetheart and kept a conversation going, and did a wonderful job on my nails.Would definitely recommend!

Went in to get an acrylic fill and a new gel coat, I was sat immediately and they took great care of my nails! Good price and Im super happy with how they turned out, Ill be back for sure.

Meh. It was a fine place, and seemed clean enough, but I didnt think the nail procedure was particularly well executed. My thumb nail is crooked (filed that way), and they only did one coat of my polish...its a fine place, and cheap,but you get what you pay for.

Simple salon but it’s clean, cheap, the people are friendly, and they are fast. Took me as a walk-in and efficiently got my manicure done. Only $12 for a regular manicure. Amazing.

The first time I went into this establishment, didnt like the service. The people were rude. Then I went in again like a week before the grand opening for the new management. Loved their service. They explain things. Their nice and sweet and they dont rush to get you in and out. They take the time and do it correctly. Thats my new spot.

I used to go to this salon several years ago - went back yesterday for the first time - new owners - bright, clean, wonderful experience - cant wait until my next mani-pedi. They did a marvelous job. I really felt great and relaxed when I left.

Elaine nail salon, quiet an experience. The staff super attentive. However, my experience was not one to make return. The nail tech that worked with me was patient but cut all my cuticles( bleeding) burned my nails ( actual nails) with the nail filler. The color option is limited. The staff was very sweet, but i wont return.

Nice, clean, friendly, efficient.They seem to have a problem with hot water but we were there at 7:00 pm on a Friday.No Frills, No Fuss.

The worst nail job I have ever had. There was only one person working in the shop on both days that I went, an older woman who completely rushed through my refill to try and get to the next customer. Her painting skills were terrible and it took forever for my nails to dry. She apparently did such a bad rush job that one of my nails broke later that day. When I returned the next day, she was still there by herself, and rushed through a pedicure on another customer to try and quickly do my nail repair. The second paint job was just as bad as the first, and while she did repair the nail for free, she said the breaking was my fault, that I wasnt careful. I never write reviews. So know that if youre reading this, I was was so upset that I had to post this. Avoid this place like the plague!
