Staff was friendly, but not professional. Work was sloppy and rushed. They did no prep work (pushing back of the cuticles or cleaning the natural nail). The nails were not filed well after and grew out very thick near the cuticle. It was pricy for poor quality work. Will not be returning.

I have been a customer for over 2 yrs and just went in today. With all the new requirements let me say this shop is ready! With signs posted at the front door to hand sanitizers at each station. I had a pedicure and my station was cleaned before I sat down, afterwards I was asked to wash my hands before sitting at the station for my full set and SNS powder dip. When my set was done I was asked to wash my hands once again. Then I sat at the lash station and had gotten my lashes done. The salon was well managed, I didn’t feel overwhelmed and if someone walked in without a mask they were asked to wear one. Only people getting services were allowed in the salon which made provided space for social distancing. Thanks NANA for a great experience! Highly recommend!!!!

Friendly staff, they do good work but its always crowded and you will have to wait. Its worth tho, I think. They do nails, brows and lashes. They hooked a sista up for my trip to Jamaica.

New to the area and looking for a new salon. After many other trials and searches, I stumbled in here today. This salon is one of the best I’ve been to.-every single employee was interacting with their client as if they were close friends or family-it’s an extremely clean & professional environment- the prices don’t give away the fact that they’re in the city, it was the best-priced salon I’ve been to since moving to Philly.-the work done was clean and probably the best set I’ve ever gotten.I’ll definitely be back!

Did not feel like a valued customer. It was my first time and my nail tech was ok until one of her customers came in and wanted a nail fix. She stopped doing my nails without saying anything to accommodate this other lady. Then when I spoke up about it she came back but rushed through my nail service and kept focusing on the other Customer while I was getting my nails polished. She rushed and didn’t do a great job and I am very disappointed bc had I been as important as the customer that came in after me was, and she put love into my nails....they may look beautiful and I wouldn’t have left feeling slighted. She didn’t know I am a loyal customer and great tipper and I own a hair salon myself. I tell everyone about great places with good service....their loss! :-(

I’ve been consistently coming here for about a year now. I get a pedicure and acrylic overlay. Very good salon, rarely disappoints, accommodating, clean facility. I go to Lin & she does a fantastic job every time.

I came here on the recommendation of a co worker. I am in a wedding over a holiday weekend and I needed to get my nails done but juggling all my MOH duties and work left me zero time. I saw East Falls Nailery on a Yelp search but the store closes at 7:30pm. I end work at 7pm. Cue: full panic. I called the salon and explained my situation then left work at 7 on the dot and drove like a demon to the salon. I got a beautiful gel manicure with crystal adventures at a very very good price thanks to the wonderful Nana and she stayed open later than closing to accommodate me. I would highly recommend to anyone and Ill be back again!

Recently moved to East Falls so I made an appointment here. Waited 50 minutes and was barely spoken to, let alone updated on a timeframe for the wait. After 50 minutes I got up and left. There were two techs with one customer each. It would’ve been nice to just be given an updated or even been able to sit in a footbath while waiting for my pedicure. I will not frequent this business due to the lack of time, respect, and courtesy.

Coming back to this nail shop was a mistake. The protocols to enter into the shop was not safe. No temperatures was not taken for people who had appointments. They allowed walk ins and my services was rushed. After being rush, they talked fast and over charged my services. I was not pleased about and nail that did not line up with the other nails and they made excuses for the nail that did not match with the others. I saw favoritism with other clients in which they received better service than I did. Not a good place to go if you quality service and not rushed.

I am so disappointed in EFN. I went today for an appointment after they reopened. They were not strict with safety precautions at all. A woman walked in with no mask, they said nothing. Multiple clients took their mask off during their time there and nothing was said. I felt so unsafe I could not get out of their faster. The owner allowed so many people inside the tiny space. They should be doing appointment only. They allowed too many walk ins that clients were being ignored and I was rushed. They did not sanitize their hands in between, the owner jumped from one client to the next. I love the owner and her employees but I will absolutely not be returning until this pandemic is over.

I love this place. The ladies there make you feel so nice and welcome. My nails always look good after going and they last a while.

The staff listened to what I wanted, the business was clean and had hygienic methods of service ( I have a keen eye for this as a licensed cosmetologist). I found my new salon home. Lynn was great!!

I was a walk in and they made sure I was taken care of and seen quickly even though they were busy. I was very impressed!!They also gave me my first gel manicure and it turned out GREAT

Coming from a bad nail salon, I had searched around to find a new one in my area. This was my first time here and I must say, the service was excellent!!! All the staff members were very pleasant and I appreciated the fact that they spoke ENGLISH. It made the experience very relaxing. The wait was not long and my pedicure was very well done! The hot stones and sugar scrub on my feet made me a returning customer. I tried the new dip gel nails for my hands and they were perfectly shaped and done in half the time as regular gel acrylic nails... Worth every penny spent !! And they made my daughter feel comfortable as well. Thank you again!!!

Appointments were not respected and Covid safety measures were ignored with multiple walk-ins and over crowding as well as not sanitizing between customers. Went in for a dip manicure and pedicure. Manicure was extremely rushed and as such nails were not properly prepped. Barely been a week and dip nail has already begun to lift off almost every finger. Very disappointed, was my first visit and will not be returning.

My nail tech was so sweet and understanding. She genuinely wanted to help me achieve the look I desired. Her mom and the other nail techs were nice as well. Will definitely be getting my nails done at this location for a while.

The owner and staff are friendly, however the salon does need to be cleaner. The lack of cleanliness this time has turned me off and I don’t know that I will be going back. This is an easy fix and I hope it improves.

This salon needs to train their workers on customer service! I just called to schedule an appointment and I was rushed off of the phone because the worker said she was too busy to take an appointment. So I will be going to another salon. My last visit, the nail tech messed up my nails but I was willing to give your salon another try. I will also be letting my close friends know not to attend this salon any longer. Customers are the reason why you are in business!!! Therefore we should be treated with respect and kindness. There are several other nice salons in that area that I prefer to give my money to!The filing she used on my dip powder/SNS was too rough and it’s showing through the color. It looks horrible but I did not have time to wait to get it fixed! Do not attend this salon!!!

Never again.... I went to this place and receive a full set gel polish and pedicure. The pedicure was OK but when Came down to my full set it was a Nightmare. The technician did not know how to shape nails and had to have Another technician shape my nails due to her shaping them crooked. Now my nails are popping off and it hasn’t even been a week yet. I called to see if they would Honor me just getting my nails done and replace and fix and I got a whole hassle. I would never recommend this place nor would I ever go back there again!!!!!!! Horrible if a nail pops off that means that it was not glued down correctly...

Honestly the WORST nail shop I’ve been to! Had a 1:30 appointment for a pedicure but they didn’t start until after 2pm! I was on my lunch break and told them I only had 1 hour! They rushed my pedicure and still made me late for work! Also there were flies flying around the shop...so gross! I’ll NEVER go back to this place!

I went to east falls nailery today and it was by far the best experience I have yet to come across. As far as nails eye lashes and waxing I have no complaints, the lashes OMG. I have had some fails b4 on my lashes lol but not here I love this place. When I left here I knew this was my new place from here on out everyone was so friendly it is so clean and for some reason it didnt have that strong smell other nailery has. They even treated my daughter great... I would definitely recommend this place get your nails done eye lashes done eye brows done I promise u will go back over and over...I know I will

I have referred so many people here spent a lot of money myself after complaining about one service I had here no one have treated me the same if your paying your money anywhere it shouldn’t feel like a crime to tell someone about a service you dislike than I went here and asked for individual eyelashes and paid $30 I was given a Combo of strips and individuals lashes which came off the same day I never get strips after that I didn’t return for a month I called and asked for lashes and eyebrows I was told to come now when I got there they tried to act like they didn’t know what I was talking about I can not believe a place I use to brag about became this unprofessional several thumbs down 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
