I love this place! The owners are really nice and every time I visit I’m greeted with happy faces. They use individual pacts of new utensils for each customer! The pedicures are awesome! They use a solution that turns your water into what feels like clouds!! It’s worth the money when you are being well serviced.

Don’t come here. The lady was being too fast and took my whole nail off. I started bleeding and she didn’t own up to the fact that it was her fault. Go at your own risk!

Please take your money to one of the other nail establishments just a few blocks away.Let me start out to say that I really wanted to like this place, and I gave them a fair shot. Since I moved here, I have been a few times. It is the only place near me open on Sundays and from the outside, it looks bigger and nicer than the other salons down the street. Dont be fooled.(1) The place is dirty. It seems like it has gone downhill in the last year. There is clutter and dust everywhere, random open nail polish bottles, and trash on the floor. Often the technitions are eating next to people getting their nails done, which is unsanitary much less during Covid. The last time I was there, I never saw them sanitize any instrument or wipe down the tables with any sort of cleaner. I also saw a technician drop a used buffer on the floor and then use it on the next client.(2) I have been less than pleased with the customer service. Everyone seems rush and angry. I dont expect Spa level quality, but it would be nice to not have my hand swatted away. No lotion, no massage.(3) I have seen the technitions do very beautiful work, but it seems they are only interested in doing full-set acrylics with designs. I have heard them pawn off people who come in asking for regular manicures or gel manicures, and when they get one they rush the service or try to do multiple at a time. I once was left to soak in pure acetone for 30 minutes getting a basic gel while my technician took another client.(4) My manicures have been so bad that I have had to have them redone twice. First, I had a dip gel that started to chip off completely after 12 hours. If you know anything about dip gel, you know that shouldnt happen. Most recently, my technician applied the wrong color dip gel and left it looking so thick and bubbly that I could not wear it to my professional job. I quietly expressed my disappointment to the front-desk manager when paying (but of course still paid and tipped). She offered for me to come back and have it re-done the next day, which I initially appreciated. However, when I returned they made such a big deal out of it, making me point out the person who did it (in front of her) and the technicians loudly fought over me and who would re-do my nails. The technician who took me then refused and told me that it was my fault the nails were done badly and told me he couldnt do a short professional manicure.Again, I wanted to like this place and tried to give it a real shot. The only plus is that if something is terrible and you approach the manager, she may allow you to have it fixed. But, it is such an awful and embarrassing process that it is not even worth it.Go elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people are scammers & crooks. They have a hold on the community because of the walk in 7 day a week availability but they do not do quality work & make up random prices. My last visit I was charged 200 plus for a basic set. My nails are lopsided & acrylic was stuck to my cuticles. When I questioned the price I was met with hostility from both the tech & the owner. Worst nail experience ever & less than a week later I had to get my nails done elsewhere because the work was so horrible

Relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The nail tech gave me what I wanted and it is a beautiful color. The only let down is that a couple of my nails on the right hand were seemingly rushed with an inconsistency in shape and now I’m obsessing over it. I will return though, and hope for more attention to detail.

This place is the best! We came here at the very last minute. Thank goodness we did! We had a trip to Jamaica the following morning. My daughter wanted a special design which the other “Nail Salons” could not do. This salon specializes in nail art! So ppl may think it’s a little pricey but trust me, it’s well worth it! You will not be disappointed!!!

I use to love this place, unfortunately, Not so much now! The technicians have poor attitudes and do mediocre work. There is a small Nail salon right down the street from Red Lotus and their wk is amazing. Fortunately and unfortunately they are by appointment only... my new go to!Definitely a hidden Gem.

Leo did a good job on my pedicure and full set. They are expensive but my nails should last a month so not too bad.

I have been coming in red lotus for the last few years and i am satisfied with my pedicure and manicure. Nice and beautiful staffs. They always tell me how much is my service before i am okay with it because my husband paying for it...lol. I am here every two weeks. I dont care what people said. I love red lotus salon. They open late hours. I am strongly recommend.

The spa pedicure was $52 plus $10 for Gel. The nail tech asked me at least four times if I was comfortable paying the total amount. I felt a way about that. Also I’ve had better spa pedicures with way more amenities than just a hot rag Luke warm stones and an electric nail filer. This is my first experience and I won’t be returning.

They started out wonderful but now theyre slow with new colors and the work is inconsistent and while nice they want to let the beginner ladies do my nails, sometimes not all the time!

I have been a client here for years. The service is great. Roxy and Nick are so beautiful, they make you feel at home. Always lots of laughs and a great experience when I come. I truly love this place

My nails look good but they are not the color I chose from the samples. I showed the color I wanted and ended up with something way brighter on my toes. Also not the friendliest service. Overall it was a good pedicure but kind of overpriced for the service I got.

The price is right; however, the service is not.My sister and I agreed never again.My technician practically threw the color samples at me when I declined her new color selection. When I requested a color I previously had she went and got a similar color. Might I add it was a fresh bottle of polish. My sister asked her technician for a color and she received the same snarky reaction.The salon is cramped. Even though the Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted I didnt see anyone spraying their station. This is another reason for not going back.

I went to this place yesterday, actually quite late and they were a bit reluctant because it was the end of the day haha but they say my friend and I still and did our nails, which is great customer service. I can’t speak for my friend but my nail technician LY was very funny and professional. I don’t get my nails done really I just started to want to do them if I could find a place to keep going to, and she did a great job I love my nails, I chose the color yellow but I gave her free artistic expression to do a design, she asked a little about me and pulled something together, and it came out great.Definitely will go again the staff was nice it was clean and they do good work I liked my friends nails alsoI just didn’t like how much it was haha I don’t do my nails often but never paid 90$ before, but that’s more on me we came in so late and didn’t see the prices before hand. And I also didn’t like the cash only as well getting your nails done and then have to go outside and take money out that I disliked to and not to speak for my friend she loved it but felt a little pressured to get the design on her hand and she had been saying she didn’t want that so she got her nails and likes them but felt a little pressured and that bothered her.But all and all I give 4 stars, if you go check out LY she did fantastic and was even talking to me which was nice and fun.

I read some reviews in here it seems like either people take advantage of technicians want more service but dont want to pay and posted something that not true. Negative customers with 1 star should not come to distract the good one. I like this nail salon because they have more technicians and close at 8pm. I dont care what people say. I like good salon and good energy.

Ivy was my technician, she was okay, could improve her English. Had a Pedi- and manicure. Great job. It was a little pricey! Having issues about returning even though its within walking distance of my house.

I would say this salon has excellent customer service but as far as the quality of the work for the price of the service is ridiculous. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the way my nails and pedicure turned out. My nails are uneven and my pedicure was rushed. the nail tech did her own thing on my nails when I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Very nice salon but I will not be returning for their services again

Visited this salon last week for the first time, first impression, staff was very friendly, salon is clean and practice proper social distancing protocols, my nails look great technician did an excellent job with the shape. Got a full set, typically do my own nails but I was impressed, will be returning. Did not give the fifth star because 1: cash only which I hate 2: during covit Gel polish is the only option for pedicures, I do not care for gel on my toes so I opted out of the pedicure 😒Ps. this picture is from one week after my nails were done

I love Red Lotus nail spa! The staff are friendly and welcoming. My nail color is long lasting.

Experience: 7/10. Quick service. Most of the techs were nice & patient. Cash only- The ATM is out front but, can be long, you could be waiting behind 1 or up to 7 people. (Bring cash with you.)The pedicure: $42 (pedi w/ gel polish). *STEEP* Nothing special or extra was done. (At that price, some type of spa treatment should have been added.) No soak. No bubbles. I checked my toes after the wash & some callous removing still had to be done. (Glad I did that!) Also, I had to go back for another layer of polish.Overall- The experience was ok. I dont believe Ill be back though.

Took both my nieces to have Gel Nails done and within one day, one of my nieces nails have already peeled the hell out! All because the guy told the girl to ‘NOT’ add the powder to the mixture and yet she did! The other Attendant knew what she was doing and didn’t, and as such my other nieces nails are still good! Also, let’s not forget the 47$ a pop that was paid for the said service … SO DEFINITELY nothing more than a star! Wish there were half stars, I’d give them one!!!

Ive been here a few times and Im always rushed and the work is just ok . Its like a factory in here! The smell is very strong so I would be aware if you have a sensitive nose. The last few times Ive been here for wax Ive had to tell them the wax is too hot thats why they have to tweeze so much. Idk if the being cheap or what but they act like they dont want tongo over a 2nd time. Im paying for a wax, not a tweeze. The techs fingers were in my mouth and she didnt sanitize anything before or after me so I probably wont return. I went to pay and the usual lady says $15 I told her the service and usual price. She looked confused and I put $10 on the counter. As I was leaving the usual person was correcting the tech of the price I guess. I prefer PTnails up the street.

I didn’t like my nails at all. They did a horrible job. The lady let’s the nail polish and powder drip down my hands. The end result looked tacky. She rushed the entire process. I was charged $90. I’m disappointed. Looks nothing like the image I showed her. Mind you, it was a simple pink light blue ombré that I asked for.

It was so nice the workers in there are so respectful and they take their time with you don’t rush or anything

Extremely disappointed with the service I received. The nail tech finished my pedicure and manicure in less than an hour. She rushed through everything and wasn’t very friendly. When I called her out for doing a messy job on my nails she did nothing to fix them. It’s been a week and my gel is completely gone from my fingernails and all my toe nail polish is chipped. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Not a good place of business. We were not satisfied with their work. Her friend was not satisfied with the work and had a hard time with partial payment, but finally happened. My daughter had to actually call me to come up there because she wasnt being treated fairly with what she knew as a paying customer has a right to. It was a mess, could have been worse. Thank God it wasnt. To the nail tech and manager handle your business dealing with your underage (minors) better than you do and stop trying to get over making them think they have to pay without going over all options.

Would not, I repeat, would not, tell me the price until after she started working. When it was $20 above anything I’ve had done before, the tech brought the price down by $15 by going two centimeters shorter on my nails. She then told me I had to pay upfront and that they only take cash so I walked out.

They are scammers. Their service has dropped and their great nail techs left. They overcharge black people because they think they don’t tip. Don’t go to Jenny - she lies and Roxy just backs that up.

I have always came here for a Brazilian wax every month for about two years for $35.Today was no different. The tech I normally get is Sunny and there’s been no issue. The quality is so/so: they reuse & redip the same waxing stick into the wax which is unsanitary but it’s been a reliable and I’ve had no infections.Today, I was charged $65 with no explanation other than “you must have had a different girl” to the person I’ve always gone to. Same shoddy work, I still had to ask to clean up the wax, she was still slightly rough and left a little stray hairs.But with the extra charge for no reason, I’ll find a more professional place.

I been going to red lotus for several years getting ny nails and feet done, satified with their service every time especally rasy customers service, she explained to everythingto you and she assigns technician who is good for you.. They are very consist everytime eventhough the old nail techicians are gone but new technicians are great and better.. i am stringly recommended. It was great! I tried the dip polish and it looks really nice and is great if you want a nice even glitter on your nails. The wait was supposed to be 25 min but it felt closer to just 15 and was definitely worth it. I went with my grandmother and she liked her nails as well. The location is also extremely convenient and I love that theyre open Sundays, I will definitely be returning.

Amazing service! And they are open 7 days a week! I came in because I got my nails done somewhere else the day before and I hated them. The owner here was super sweet and let me know they would be able to fix it. Ricky was the one who did my nails and he took his time and perfected my nails! I absolutely loveeeeee them! They will officially be my salon now. I’ve never been to a salon and been serviced right away. Literally no wait at all because they have so many nail techs! I definitely recommend! 10 out of 10 customer service 🥰

Ive been twice so far. The first trip I got a gel pedicure and a manicure with dip powder. It came out okay but the lady who did my toes cut me a little but Ruby, who did my nails, was nice. It was 98 for the feet, hands and brow. The very next day a nail cracked and I went back to have it fix and fully intended to pay for it (although I know a fix within the first two or three days is free). The girl who fixed it (Sarah) was really rude and darn near yelled at me for not remembering my number. Smh. The second time I got my nails soaked off and had to wait for an hour. They implied it was because the dip powder was difficult to soak off but it was because it was crowded. Im patient tho. I got a gel manicure and the lady, belss her heart, had no idea what she was doing. Im going to give them one more try today. Cross your fingers for me.... okay so, update. I went in for a gel mani pedi and it took forrreeeevvvveeeeerrrrr. I got there around 945 and didnt leave until 12ish. The lady, who happened to be the same person who did my nails last time, was sweet and did a much better job this time. She REALLY took her time. I saw several ppl who had the same services come and go while I was there. I dont think I will be going back. I asked Ruby to do my brows because I really liked the way she had done them on a previous visit and she gave me a dirty look then told the receptionist she didnt want to... Im assuming because she said it in another language... so Rose did them and she did a wonderful job. She was very sweet too. However, I just dont think the service and quality are worth the money. I spent about $85 on this last trip and for that I shouldnt have left feeling the way I did.

You are basically paying for the location, they will charge you up and your nails will be terrible in less than a week !!!! They NEVER keep good nail stylist then will lie and recommend you to one in the shop that is terrible !!!! The manager is rude and dont care if you spend money with her. Im telling you, you will regret it ????

Usually have a great experience but this time around not so great. Rush job, no foot file at bottom of my feet. So my feet are still rough n peeling at the bottom. I was told I didn’t need it. I only needed a foot scrub with pumice stone. Didn’t notice it til I got home
