Movemakers Philly has got to be the BEST kids program running in the entire city. Vince is an absolute genius in both vision and practice. His way of working with his students is actually beautiful -- watching them grow under his leadership may be as much fun for the parents as it is for the kids. My own son who has special needs has overcome so much in just a few months of being enrolled in Vinces program. He is doing things I never dreamed hed have the guts to do all because of the passionate and dedicated teaching style of Vince and the amazing space hes created for ALL kids to thrive. I cant say enough about how much I love this program, and I encourage you to see for yourself at a free intro class. Vince offered many options when I first inquired, and he has been supportive in helping my son advance out of the initial class we placed him in so he could be challenged. The entire experience has added so much to my childs world. Movemakers, the work you are doing with kids is DEEP, its meaningful, its fun, and its invaluable in our lives. Youre stuck with us. ;)

Moviemakers Philly is a great dance school. My 8 year old daughter attends the weekly hip hop classes and LOVES it. Mr. Vincent is a great instructor and helps welcome each student. HIGHLY recommend it!

This review is for their adult dance classes. Great dance classes for all levels with wonderful teachers in a warm community setting. They have worked really hard to create a supportive environment, which shines through especially in their teachers. I have taken hip hop with Melanie, house with Vince, and the HIIT class (workout based in breaking moves) with Mark, and all of them are amazing. They manage to teach a lot while always being encouraging and warm - classes are not so difficult to be frustrating, yet challenging enough to always be interesting. And they are all amazing dancers!!! I always have fun here. Finally, the prices are really reasonable - try it yourself, first class is free!

Vince and crew at MoveMakers are amazing. They have instilled a self-confidence and love for dance in my son that was previously dormant. My son dances all the time now whenever he hears a beat and is constantly practicing the moves he learns from the hip-hop and break classes he takes. Also, my wife and I have been taking the adult house dance classes with Vince since January (2017) and I can say my confidence level and ability to move to the music has improved considerably. I actually move my feet now! If you or your children is interested in exploring dance, Vince and his team are amazing teachers, both for children and adults. They have a way of pushing you without making you feel self-conscious and most importantly, they keep it fun!

Vince and his crew are awesome teachers for children and adult. My kids have been taking Clases with them for a while and they love it. I resently started taking classes with Laurel and I am having the time of my life! - I highly recommend them!
