Management is so pleasant! Quinten made the move in process extremely easy and quick ! Answered every question throughly and truthfully! My blinds fell down in my bedroom as I was leaving for the weekend he had Tony over in minutes to put them back on for me! The apartments are very clean and spacious. I had absolutely no issues. When it came time to moving out Victoria helped me tremendously! She was so understanding of my unfortunate circumstances and worked with me on my early termination. She really kept her word of trying her best to help me out. They really are honest people I wouldn’t recommend any other apartment complexes!
My boyfriend, dogs and I have lived here for two and a half years now and have felt nothing but genuine care from both management and maintenance. Moving from country farms to a city was a tough transition, but Vicky and Quinton made us feel at home within the first week. We have always felt so safe and comfortable here and there is nothing this team won’t do for their residents. It has been such a pleasant experience living here. The maintenance staff is so sweet and their dedication and hard work is admirable. We appreciate you all and would highly recommend!
My 14 months spent at Rushwood was a tremendous experience. Maintenance was very attentive and responded quickly to any request. I was lucky to be on an end unit next to the maintenance garage, soI got to know them, and they are great guys to deal with. Quinton and Vicky in the office were professional, courteous and were very accommodating. I can’t recommend this complex enough. My experience was more than five stars.
Love this apartment complex, very clean and homey. The property manager Vicky and our landlord Quinton are amazing, always quick to assist us when needed and very friendly! Currently moving from a 1 bedroom to the 2 bedroom, and I just had my cousin apply for my old apartment! Totally recommend!
I never leave reviews on anything but I just had to for my experience with Rushwood apartments! My roommate and I moved into Rushwood in October of 2020 and it was such an easy process, especially with Quintons help! He was so helpful and understanding. There was a problem that occurred where we could not get the original apartment that we planned for but Quinton made sure that we were in an even better unit and he made sure everything was how we imagined! I couldn’t thank him enough for making my first apartment experience amazing! Maintenance is also very quick and timely with help!
Quinten helped me & my girlfriend out a lot! He was friendly & very helpful, if you’re serious about getting into a home within a certain time frame he will make it happen! Best salesperson by far, I have never had such a great experience with anyone in my life and he went above & beyond to meet our needs. Thanks so much.
I dont usually take time to give online reviews but I really wanted to express how grateful I am for Rushwoods Apartments! My Wife and I were really having a hard time finding an apartment and as soon as we almost gave up the management at Rushwood took care of us even with all the set backs from the start of this global pandemic. Ever since then they have kept clear communication by always responding and answering ever question we have. Thank you so much Rushwood team we appreciate all your help! We highly recommend!!!
The rent is way to high (for what they offer), almost $1,500 for a one bedroom. During the snow they do a poor job of plowing. Happy I moved out of this apartment.
I have enjoyed living here for the past 4 years. Just renewed our lease. Quentin and Vicki are always super helpful and willing to assist as quickly as possible
I really like how the set up is at Rushwood, Quinten really helped out me and my boyfriend settle in here. He made sure we knew everything we needed and made the process nice and easy for us.
I like Rushwood Apartments! Going on my 3rd year here and it’s great! The staff in the office is very helpful and I couldn’t be happier!
I have lived here at rushwood for almost a year its a quiet complex with beautiful apartments. Vicki the property manager is a doll and is always there to help you with a smiling face and quentin the man the myth the legend will do anything in his power to make your stay here at rushwood one you will always remember. All in all best apartments Ive ever lived in by far.
Thumbs up! The staff is great and the apartments and property are well maintained.
Rushwood is awesome, great landlords and nice apartments. 2nd year here and we love it.
This is the worst place to rent from its an overpriced project if I were you I would read the lease carefully the add on more months then you had and want to keep your security deposit ever time you have an issue they have to call corporate they don’t respond I wanted out of my lease because I had a conflict with my neighbor they called the cops on me because they lied I told the office that I didn’t feel safe stuff started to happen to my things and the go up on the rent and don’t give you nothing in return I wouldn’t rent here again if they gave it to me for free DONT RENT HERE YOU CAN DO BETTER THE ADVERTISING Is A LIE
We are pretty much disappointed of this complex!Today is second time is raining outside and inside at home as well, last time was raining in a kitchen, today is raining in a living room, we came home And was destroyed laptop, mixer controller, Also brand new and pretty expensive speakers with sub buffer!!!Mixer is not working anymore, laptop is not working anymore and I don’t know about speakers yet!Our One bedroom apartment costs around 1300$ Per month +all utilities which becomes around 1600 per month!!!And also it’s pretty far from the cityAnd that’s why we moved here, because they told us it’s gonna be cheap and very convenient which was false!!!Also I liked this complex because of swimming pool and a fitness center, but excuse me- swimming pool, gym and even barbecue place are closed and they blamed COVID situation but many other complexes have same amenities opened and how comes???also before We took this apartment they sent us a video of the different apartment and they said it was the same, but it was different one, so they lied to us, wrong advertising. If We would know this everything We would not take this apartment ever!!!Also you say you’re working on Sunday 11:00am to 4:00pmwe went to the office today but office was closed !!!Also we choose your complex because management lied to us, we supposed to have a gym, swimming pool, city bikes and lot more, but all other complexes have swimming pool opened all summer except Rushwood apartments. Also they lied to us that we could play music but we cannot, because your building walls are very very bad quality and we gonna bother neighbors, 2 times we tried and neighbor asked us to shut the music down and we don’t want to bother anyone!we are super disappointed from you!!!You also have to cover our Electronic damages for sure!!!!And you also have to stop our lease end of October because we’re not gonna spend our winter here and wait to collapse all roof on our head!!!And also for this not quality everything and construction like a paper box rent is over priced and We are not gonna waist ourMoney here!We need an apartment! Real apartment with real walls and roof! And we want to be sure that when it’s a rain or snow or hurricane outside,We are safe inside, but we cannot be safe here in Rushwood Apartments! When we moved here we payed first and last month which means that we don’t have to pay anything for October because we already payed, and this is our last month here! And also you didn’t Fix the damage they came, took a photo and left! Are you kidding us?!I’ll see you tomorrow at officeI hope so!!!If Monday is a working day for you idk
It is not worth it .. you pay a lot and the maintenance service is not good since anything is damaged and instead of fixing it they do a remedy
I really like this place. Quinton was really informative and helpful and the other two ladies in the office are nice . It’s clean, and I feel like a good value for your money. Maintenance ( David) is very quick to respond as well! The walls are thin so if my neighbor is blasting their music I can kind of hear it but that doesn’t bother me. I never have to run my heat because the apartment stays warm even when it’s 30 degrees out. And I feel very safe here !
Great Place next to everything great area nice and quiet.
Everyone is extremely friendly and are willing to work with you! The location is great, still in city limits but it feels like the suburbs. The apartment complex is nicely kept, always clean!
Rushwood is a really great place to live. Apartment living was all new to me since I lived in a house for years. After my divorce I needed a safe place to call home. Start to finish the process of leasing was so simple. Quinton and Vicki in the office were so accommodating and put my mind at ease. The grounds are beautifully kept and the maintenance top notch. They have a nice size laundry room and a newly renovated fitness center( which by the way is gorgeous!!!) I love just walking around the grounds because its such a nice neighborhood. Youll be very happy here. I know i am. Its my safe haven
24/7 emergency services are included with rent, I got locked out my apartment last night around 7:30, so I called the after hours number to get let in. The guy said he wouldn’t come unless I had 50 dollars because rushwood doesn’t pay them for lock out services, supposedly. I mean I understand that If I was told upfront about that policy, but I find it unfair because my rent just went up 80 dollars and I’m not going to not pay the guy he knows where I live and has a master key.
Been here for almost a year. Never once had a problem. Maintenance come when you put in a request in no time. I dont think we ever waited for someone for more than a half an hour. You put the request in and then you hear your door bell ring soon after. There was one time our heat went out at about 3am and my girlfriend put in a request online but nobody came until 7am. Apparently emergencies are better to call it in because they get it right away. She called at about quarter to 7am because nobody showed and it was freezing and that how we found that information out. They got it working within 10 minutes. Great place to live. Office staff are always very friendly as well. They make us feel at home and they care. They even follow up with you after youve had concerns to make sure that everything is going fine.
My wife and I lived here and do not recommend this place. Grounds are always unkempt, the area is not safe, and forget about it if you need something repaired or communication from the office - no one is to be found. Over priced and under-appreciated residents. Walls are PAPER thin. be prepared to hear everything your neighbors are doing.
Pet fees are outrageous and office staff is always missing. Not worth the money especially for being in NE Philly. Cant wait till my lease is up so I can move out of here. You will also hear every single word your neighbors say.
My husband and I were there for the showing last week. We absolutely loved the place, the staff is very friendly. Carolyn is awesome, fun and understanding. Nice area, pet friendly, pool and fitness center. Apartments are cool and clean.
Great place, great people, great service!!!
I lived here for two years and recently moved out. The community is very nice as well as the neighbors. It was very nice for my kids as well. The apartments are small for the price they charge, they do increase your rent every year by 50.00. The laundry facility is big but a tad overpriced. And my air conditioner kept my second floor apartment at no lower than 80 degrees during the summer. The community is nice but some things need work.
Everything is all well and good until you have a problem with a neighbor and you report it to the office numerous times and nothing is done about it. i swear i dread coming home and running into them.. obnoxious old man who looks like he hates life. thank goodness for the other people that live on the block that are pleasant and either say good morning/good evening when they see you or give you a simple smile.
Rushwood has been a pretty positive experience for my family. The office management and maintenance staff respond quickly and appropriately. Its crazy to me that I signed my lease almost two years ago and they remember me by name. Most people have no clue who is who. They are friendly and professional. The only problems I have with this place are the super thin walls, giant crickets, large spiders, and dirty dog ppl. Not only can I heard everything from my downstairs neighbors but I can feel them running underneath me. When they open their closet door, my closet door shakes. My neighbor is a smoker with a crazy smokers cough which I can hear at 2a.m. So thats annoying.Ppl dont clean up after their dogs. My partner is consistently walking into the apartment with his shoe in his hand. Its gross.I hate bugs! They do have an exterminator who is very effective. So I appreciate that.
Quinton is great and the neighborhood is nice. I just have a problem with the thin walls and the noisy neighbors. The neighbors upstairs stay up until 3:00 am and they’re noisy. I work everyday and can’t function without sleep. I won’t renew my lease.
All Positive feelings thus far, Ive been at Rushwood for 7 months now, The Office Staff are awesome (Quinton & Vicky you guys rock!). Mrs. Foster has also been very helpful. Any minor Maintenance request have been handled efficiently & expeditiously (Maintenance are also nice). Nice area (the apartment grounds are well kept/Clean), any neighbor that I have encountered were all very nice Im looking forward to another year with you guys... Needless to say, I would definitely recommend Rushwood. DR xo
All I have to say is WOW! From the second I walked into the leasing offices I was met by a very pleasant and upbeat agent Quinton. The community and all its amenitity were exactly what I was looking for. The renovated kitchen and bathroom in the unit are beautiful. From the second we looked at the unit we fell in love with it!! Theyre are also pet friendly which is a great bonus. Highly recommended!!
I just moved in October of 2016 and I am enjoying my new apartment and all of the amenities very much. The Staff at the Leasing Office are very helpful and courteous. Maintenance issues are resolved immediately. It is very clean.
Terrible place to live walls thin as paper neighbors steal from your car and garage its shared. Also water heaters are piped together meaning if your neighbor is using gas so are you. Not to mention no water meters so its just a gues for everyone bill changes all the time.
This plastic was decent before new management. .. 1 bed room Im paying $1222 price increased ... NEW MANAGEMENT SUCKS...Can NO longer drop rent off at office before 5th of the month. ..YOU HAVE TO MAIL IT OUT. ..and its $80 late fee... GOD FORBID YOU LOCK YOURSELF OUT TAKING THE TRASH OUT.. AND DONT HAVE 50 BUCKS CASH IN YOUR POCKET OR MONEY ORDER OR YOUR ID ...YOURE SCREWED. New management BLOWS!!!
No lock out service. 6am I called maintenance and his unpleasant respond was we dont do lock- outs and you have to wait till the office opens at 9. I informed him that it was cold outside and I have to be to work in a hour. (Silence) Next I asked him is there anything we can do? He suggested I call a lock-Smith. Ugh...... Its freezing out here. Im a resident from another state and have no-one in the area. This made me SOL
I moved into this apartment complex everyone said it was Pet friendly.... I saw all different types of dogs from Pit Bulls to Black labs and Yorkies.. I went out and bought a puppy Lab. After spending a good amount of money on the puppy within 2 days I got a notice on my door saying we couldn’t keep the Puppy it had to go within 48 Hours being it was a LARGE Breed…..
Updated review:I still rate this place 1 star. I moved out of here about 2 years ago and I still have PTSD from how paper thin the floors were. I Remember knowing exactly what my neighbors were talking about all day and night long. This place has so many bad reviews it’s actually funny. Head my warning, if you’re going to spend 1500 renting there you might as well just rent a house.I hate this place SO MUCH!!!!! save your money please and look else where!!!!! Its HORRIBLE HERE.
Current resident very nice maintained aprtments, maintenance calls answered quickly. Only issue is floors are very thin so sounds will travel to neighbors sometimes
Looked very well kept, the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The units were gorgeous and the prices were great. Would highly recommend.
I lived at Rushwood for a year. It had its pros and cons. Pros- maintenance staff is amazing they are very fast to get out and fix every issue no matter how big or small, the inside of the apartment is very beautiful especially the kitchen. Cons- walls are PAPER THIN, I lived above the laundry room and I could hear people’s entire conversations it was ridiculously noisy and extremely loud, people do not clean up after their pets whatsoever there was always dog droppings everywhere! The parking is always full and sometimes very hard to find a spot, people from outside the complex dump their trash in the dumpsters that residents pay for, VERY expensive in comparison to apartment complexes in nicer neighborhoods and nicer interior and exterior. We paid nearly 1200 a month, I knew people with 2 bedrooms paying less. My neighbors smoked marijuana in their apartment and even outside and the smell was constantly filling up my apartment. In my time there I have noticed the apartment complex going downhill so that’s why I wanted to leave so badly. The neighbors next to me had broken window blinds and screens missing from their windows, it’s just unsightly. I will say one great thing about this place is Quinton, he is so friendly and helpful, other then that the girls working in the office had attitudes at times and it’s EXTREMELY difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone.
I gave this one star because I couldnt give it zero! This has been the absolute worst place to live. From the crooked sales person to the management filled with lies and false promises to fix problems that were present before move in! They should be shut down for their false advertising and lack of service. The living conditions are beyond the point of fixing. It is astounding how this place operates.
Overpriced for the value and the neighborhood. Office staff is incompetent. Will not rent to you if your credit score is not up to their standards.
The property is well maintained and whenever a maintenance claim is put in, it is responded to quickly. I also find the office staff to be friendly and helpful.
Everything is broken and office does not help get things repaired. Mice infested apartments. Crooked office staff and sales people. Breaking my lease soon as I find somewhere else to go.
UPDATE: I am beyond frustrated this morning. Shortly after 9:00 in the morning, before getting ready to go sign papers to settle on a house at noon, I took my dogs out briefly to let them do their business. I was only out for a few moments. When I came back around the corner, I realized that my neighbor had left his apartment and closed the front door behind him. The spare keys I keep magnetized to the undercarriage of my car had also been knocked loose at some point and were no longer there. I was left locked out in the rain with no phone, no keys, no shoes, and two dogs. I walked over to the management office, which is supposed to be open at 9. No one was there. There was a little paper clock inside that said “will return at 10.” Ok, fine. I waited and waited outside, barefoot, in the rain, for them to open so I could get back into my apartment. Nobody showed up. Eventually, almost in tears, I walked over to a neighbor’s unit and she was kind enough to let me use her phone to try to call my boyfriend to come home from work in the city and let me in. He didn’t answer his phone after several attempts, so I was left completely helpless as i had no other numbers memorized to call. Fortunately, the neighbor was familiar with one of the maintenance men on the property and she saw him drive by. I literally had to sprint after his car yelling at him to please stop, which he did, and he was able to get me back into my apartment after being locked out for over an hour. (He was very kind and i’m so grateful to him). Bottom line is that I am furious that no email was sent to residents to let us know that the office was going to be closed today for the Jewish holiday, nor was there any sort of sign on the door saying that they were closed today OR giving the number of the emergency line to call. Had I not had the good fortune of my neighbor knowing the maintenance man and recognizing him, I would still be locked out of my apartment. Putting a sign on the door when the office is to be closed seems to me like a no-brainer, so I am so frustrated that I had to go through all of that to get myself back into my apartment. Lock-outs happen to everyone at some time or another. Better procedures should be put in place. Let’s just say I’m very excited to get keys to my own home.Been living here about 6 months now. We are overall very happy. Maintenance has been very quick to respond the couple times weve called. Office staff is kind and helpful. Rushwood also allows us to have our 2 medium/large breed dogs without issue, which a lot of places simply would not consider. Price is par for the course around here for what you get. Staff also just leaves us alone and lets us live as long as rent is paid, which is great. I hate being at someone elses mercy as far as how i live so i appreciate that theyre not all over residents. My two criticisms are 1) that the walls are SUPER thin. We can hear everything our downstairs neighbor does...including the things he does with his girlfriend...and we can also smell the weed smoked by the couple next to us. However they dont say anything to us when our dogs are noisy so we dont bother them. Second, the dumpsters closest to the laundry facility are totally overflowing 6 days out of the week. Trash bags on the ground, some ripped open, etc. etc. The area also tends to retain water from the rain and gets nasty puddles of slime. However, as I said, overall were very happy. Would recommend Rushwood to others.
Literally loved the place, only thing keeping me from staying is the price.
I could not agree more with the comments that are being made!!! When I first move it was not as bad as now. With in the past year Ive had nothing but problems with a dishwasher, a leak that is coming from the apartment above me!!! The walls are a mess and my rug is wet as well, they say they will fix it, LOL... I know they will not fix it the proper way or replace my rug. I KNOW there will be a mold issues. Ive call a few times today to talk to someone no one seems to want to call me back? I would NOT recommend moving here.. This New Management and new company really sucks!!!
This place is the worst it was the worst when the original management company was here and now its the worst with the new management company It has been 90° for the past week and I have called four times to tell them that my air-conditioning is not working and they still have not sent anybody out I had to chase people around I had to go online put an emergency work order in and even talk to three different people and they keep telling me theyll be out and theyll be out no one ever shows up I still dont have AC. I cant wait for my lease is up to get out of here is a waste of money dont move here.UPDATE: I got a call from a maintenance man telling me that because its not 90 or above outside that it doesnt matter what the temperature is in your apartment that they will be out on the next business day that theres nothing they can do for me now and the manager refused to call me I will be taking this to corporateUPDATE 2: they finally came to fix it. The man was really nice I still stand by my original review this place is out of control with its policies.Dogs barking all day everyday. Mold in the basement. The A/C unit is so old it cant keep up with the current weather.Thank you trying.
This is one of the worst places you can live. The office people are nice until you move in - then you cant find anyone. My daughter gave a list of repairs when she moved in a year ago that were needed. When she moved out after a year, the repairs were still not done. She has now been waiting to get a final bill from the company as to what she owes. This has been going on for over 6 weeks and still not response. And the attitudes of the Property Manager - Kimberly Foster - when you ask for the balance. Like why does it take over six weeks to add and subtract numbers. I tried to rate this no stars, but then it would not allow me to post. Figures!!! DONT MOVE HERE - MANAGEMENT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NON-RESPONSIVE. I just read the responses from the Owner Kimberly Foster. She is the worst - she is the reason nothing gets done. Kimberly Foster you need to go!!!!
WOW....THE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN SOOOO HORRIBLE TIL I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START🤦🏽♀️1st HORROR: I was moving in under a corporate lease. Because the lease was different from the leasing process that the front desk rep & the property manager had been “use to handling” I was grilled and cross examined about a lot of my personal business that was not a part of the lease nor the application. When I reported it to my corporate lease holder, the Rushwood office representative was questioned about it, her response was not apologetic at all. She stated that they wanted to make sure that my corporate company & myself was not a part of a scam or a fraud trying to get over on Rushwood. Me-“HUH”? till confused 🤷🏽♀️Would this had been a thought if I would’ve looked different? It makes me wonder because I’ve never had this problem before with my corporate lease holders.2nd HORROR: The day that I was scheduled to sign the final paperwork and receive my apartment keys, things went left. I was in the office for 3 hours, letting them show “my apartment” to strangers, and waiting around while tours were given to potential renters, just for them to tell me at the office closing time, that I couldn’t move in today. Apparently there was one paper left for my corporate office to sign to seal the deal out of all the other tons of signed papers, etc. Instead of showing potential renters my apartment & taking up time making me walk around with potentials, I should have been told about this piece of paper because my corporate office was in agreement to send it over and get it signed but the office staff at Rushwood was not willing to stay past 4pm closing time to receive the paper. Also the office staff sent the property manager, Kimberly Foster, an email that requested approval to move forward with letting me move in as planned since the paper could have been sent to Rushwood the 1st thing in the morning. The property manager coldly denied the request in spite of herself & all of Rushwood on duty office staff knowing that I had a moving truck outside with 4 movers who were waiting on me to walk out the office with my keys, OH & nowhere to sleep but in the truck. HEARTLESS!3rd HORROR: From the very 1st day I moved in RUSHWOOD, none of the “Neighbors” has welcomed me, said Hello, How r u?... nothing. WOW!!! Anywho... One day I was locked out of my car which is a 2012 Range Rover. I had some urgent items inside & AAA couldn’t open it so after being locked out for 2 days, I took a hammer & bust the passenger side window out. These same neighbors that never said HELLO nor HI to me began to yell & scream, “Hey what r u doing?”, Hey I’m calling the police”, etc. etc. The not so friendly neighbors finally had something to say to me when they thought I was a criminal that DIDN’T BELONG in this area. My car overheated on July 4th, 17. I had it towed & parked in the parking lot in back of my window, home at Rushwood, where I pay almost $1300 monthly to reside. I came home to tow it on July 31st to my mechanic. To my surprise my vehicle was gone. I went to the office to ask if they had anything to do with it. Quinton, who works the front desk was leaving for the day, he stated that he didn’t know anything about my vehicle & suggested that I make a police report and call my insurance company. He asked for my info & wrote it all down to contact the property manager, Kimberly Foster & have her get back to me. I stood in that office crying tears, upset & hysterically convinced that my car was stolen. I received a call from a police district some time after I made the stolen car report, telling me that Rushwood is responsible for the towing of my car and they have located it at a towing company. It’s now 8 days later and I have left messages with Rushwood to pay the fee to get my truck back because they were wrong. The Property manager refuse to contact me, Kim Foster, after having my car towed by the word of a prejudice neighbor & false facts. I live here & you tow my car for sitting for 23 days to a SALVAGE CO? 2 words...LEGAL BATTLE!
I am supposed to go see these apartments tomorrow after reading these reviews Im afraid to even go there thank you for the heads up
Big scam! Do not leave any money or deposit unless you see your apartment. To make a long story short, i have to take these people to court to get my money back. They lie and take advantage of people living out of the state cause they know that out of towners are basically trying to everything in one shot. I went for the two bedroom duplex with garage, however you share the garage and the laundry room with your upstairs neighbor! Imagine if you have ocd and the neighbor is very messy. Imagine pulling in your garage in your luxury vehicle, next to the people upstairs pile of junk? I saw my apartment on the 11th, cause i had to wait until management clean it, this is when i learned of the messy neighbors! I let them know i would not be moving in the very next morning, but they kept my deposit. I need a lawyer!!! This has to be a scam and that means there is know way im the only one!.................. And to the owner response, this is exactly what happened: I signed an application on the 7th, however i couldnt see the apartment until the 11th cause it wasnt ready Kristen said and it had to be cleaned. When we came down that following Wednesday the apartment was not up to our standards. The hall was very filthy and smelly and there was shoes lined up on the stairs from the up stairs neighbor! The garage was filled with bikes, bxs, metal and lots of clothes to the point where I couldnt drive mt car in without running over some of the neighbors belongings! I was very upset and said no way so Kristen offered that i move there for 30 days and then move into a bigger 2bdrm for 20 dollars less a month! But i also couldnt see that apartment until around December 5th cause people were still living there! The very next day i said no, and all the time Kristen advertise and basically bragged about the money back guaranteed hassle free that i can even move in and move out in 30 days with money back guaranteed! She assured me that it goes by the day i see the apartment! You dont even know how much she stressed that! There was another young lady in the office, asked her! I dont think she will lie! And i had another renter with me! Im disputing this all the way even if we have to let the court decide. And tell.me this sir, why was my money put thru to the bank on the 13th, the day after i cancelled??? I have my bank statements to back that up, put thru on the 13th paid on the 16th???? Go figure,? 72hrs from date of application is the 10th. Cause she know she told me that it doesnt apply until i looked at the apartment in which i quote hell no im not living in this type of situation reject it right away and then sent and email the next day saying no to the second offer too!!!
The apartments are very well sized for a reasonable rent. I had an issue though with my roof leaking into my apt and getting on my couches, and it took nearly a month to fix. However, since thats been fixed ive had no issues. The walls are a bit thin though, so if your neighbor has a loud tv, youll hear it. The community is a bit older than i had anticipated- a lot of retirees, but very friendly. The amenities are good- the pool is great in the summer, and the gym is great to have right there. The neighborhood is great- i feel safe going for a run at night, lots of families with children playing nearby. Its not terrible to get into center city, with the 20 running at least once an hour to the el, although it would be a rough daily commute. Another great thing to note- the 2nd floor apartments are warm in the winter- i havent had to turn the heat on yet. All in all, a good place for a younger family or older couples/individuals, and an okay place for a young professional.
Bad experience living here with rude neighbors rude office dirty apartment with nothing working.
My wife n I have live here for two year the place is ok but the management is not good . Kimberly rush wood manager she is not nice n really rude .
Great until RSW took over. Korman come back!!!!!!!!
