Very unprofessional and rude. I spoke with Amanda, Jessica and I believe another recruiter by the name of Miranda. I asked to speak with a manager and Miranda said the conversation with the other team members was unpleasant, because she received feedback. Then, she told me the manager was in a meeting. If clients have a complaint you cannot refuse them the right to speak with a manager. She also refused to give me the manager’s email address.

I’m working them right now & they’ve done a great job for me in a short amount of time!

I was looking for a job over 6 months with multiple recruiters in the city who said they would help me, then after the initial consultation, would never hear back from them. Submitting timesheets was simple and easy, and they would come to check on us periodically which was great! If youre looking for a position where you can grow and advance your career, definitely go with CSS!

This is a great company i am current at IBC because of this staffing agency. IBC(Independence Blue Cross) is a wonderful company to work for and I am able to grow within the company. Also the pay rate is great for it to be a staffing agency.. I would recommend you to apply for them.

The most helpful and communicative recruiting staff!

Submitted an application online and it turned out to be this place, the lady contacted me and then advised interviews were to be scheduled around that week then about 2 weeks afterwards, after I was thinking nothing else about it and mind you, with no communication from the recruiter in between that time,. I recieve a bunch of emails from her. I had moved on to NYC to look for a job by this time. even though I was really no longer interested I went ahead to the interview to be professional. All the way from NYC to Philadelphia, walked all the way down to the interview. The night before the interviewI got an email that the address was different than I was given originally so I went to the new building and realized that I was given no new instructions on how to get to where I needed to go within the building.The security at the front desk couldnt find my name at first and thankfully an employee that worked there showed me up and found me someone to speak with and I interviewed with someone that was not even on my interview confirmation because they lady said they were in a meeting or something. I;ve worked for multiple agencies before and a couple of times when I wasnt hired, at least they were professional enough to notify me if I wasnt selected but from Contemporary staffing I never received any type of follow up or anything .I Thank God I found a job at the same time in NYC where I wanted to work anyway but just a heads up this agency is very unorganized and unprofessional in my opinion frommy experience with them.

This staffing agency is a complete waste of time! Dont apply here!! I applied here twice and they never called me. The first time I applied. I came to their open house and filled out this lengthy application and I also spoke with a Staffing Coordinator name Leslie. She assured me that I was going to get a position ASAP because she claimed she liked my skills and past experience. To make a long story short, she never called or email me about any assignments once. So I decided to reach out to her by emailing her and calling her but she never responded or tried to reach out to me as she promised. The second time was recent I applied here again after 3 years because I figured I would give this place another shot. I attended the open house once again and spoke to another Coordinator name NICOLE SKAY, she also assured me that she would be reaching out to me for positions. Long story short, never happened! I tried reaching out to Nicole Skay over 3 times through email but she never responded back. She only responded back to me when I told her that Im moving on to something else because I am not going to sit around and wait!! So she responded back kind of rude almost like she was saying Your not the only one applying for a job, so is everyone else. Then she had the nerve to ask me to send my resume! I sent you my resume about 6 times!!! How much of my resume do you need!! You should be able to look my resume up in the system! Im completely done with this place!! DONT APPLY HERE!! Because this place will frustrate the heck out of you! The Staffing Coordinators there are real idiots!
