I went to work for Randstad, thinking this temp agency might be a good fit. The job description was not accurate and they messed up my check by 30 hours. And still waiting to resolve issue. Reported to BBB.

Cecilia is complete flake. She never responds timely (if at all), disparages her clients, and is more interested in talking about her hobbies and home sale then helping to match employers to qualified candidates. Thankfully I was able to land a position using a competing recruiting firm. Because of my experience with Cecilia I will never use Randstad in my potential future job searches OR to fill vacancies in my current company. Randstad easily lost out on $100K of fees - nice work Cecilia. Xplora is far more professional!!!

I love this agency, they found me a job that was close to my home (so short travel distance to work). Any issues that come up they are on it right away and resolve. My recruiter (Ryan) is the BEST, ask for her if you are thinking about registering with the agency.

This is my first time temping with Randstad. So far so good. I have no complaints. They call and follow-up with you to see how your placement is going and on inclement days to make sure youre getting around safely. Theyve quickly fixed an error on my timesheet as well. They are pretty much taking care of things they should be handling, which is exactly what youd expect a temporary placement agency to do.Id recommend them to anyone.

It is definitely a positive fit and family environment with the staff. The moment I entered the door one staff received me with a warm welcome to fill out an application and offered me a cup of cold water during open house interviews. The staff is very professional and take the time to assess my background and work experience for the assignments as it relates to the clients assignment.
