I registered with Careers USA last week and was contacted a couple days later to come in to complete onboarding. I received a very warm welcome upon entering their office. The staff was extremely warm and accommodating, they were available to answer any questions on the onboarding process, and were very caring of my employment needs. I met with some other agencies prior to Careers and I did not feel the same level of comfort and concern. I would recommend Careers to anyone looking for staffing assistance with either temporary or permanent employment. I left their office with the confidence that they are on my side, and that they will work to ensure matching me with opportunities that match my skills.

Waste of time going into their office twice. They were only looking for client referrals and access to my previous employers. Didnt hear from them in almost a year. Then out of the blue they start emailing me for these minimum wage gigs. To add insult to injury, they emailed me asking me for my friends names and numbers. Are you serious? Its places like this that give Agencies a bad name. Dont waste your time or energy here. They dont have jobs available unless you want to work for pennies.

This place waste your time. I havent had a job in years and they dont do as they say. You now have to pay for drug testing.

They do the best that they can and that’s saying something. While they did place me at a job, the assignment was filled with racists who were not medically complimentary (pond lehockey stern giordano).They are known to get aggravated pretty quickly. The woman Theresa has been shown to be very predjudiced and disrespectful, negatively commenting on people’s presentation and speaking.Terri is okay. She does the best she can.They had one man quit. He told me about how much work they put on the back of one horse, how unnecessarily ridiculous they were. And the assignments they send you on are not the best.One friend of mine got sent to an assignment with a known abuser!! It’s not safe.

Very good media office, very friendly staff. Always paid on time! I High reccomend careers USA for those I need of fast fair employment!

I enjoyed meeting with Bernadette and Terri, hopefully this connection will lead to employment. Still looking forward to feedback with regard to them interviewing me.

I truly love Terri Allen she was really good about finding me employment. She stayed in contact and she really does her best to make sure that you feel motivated an that you get the position that you are applying for

Not paid last Friday 1/7/17, supposedly everyone was not paid and still havent been paid yet. I would recommend to stay away from such an agency, issues like this are demoralizing to employees and potential candidates please stay away. There is nothing like scheduling bill payments and no pay comes through. Dissatisfied with business conduct overall.

I wouldnt recommend this agency to anyone..... Very unprofessional...the attitude there is.... We have our jobs secure who cares about you..... They pick and choose who they follow up with.....I gave my opinion about the company I was contrated to, the next day I was dismissed not only from the contract but not one of them Terry or Myra informed me about other contract s....it was like ok forget about her and move on..... How professional is that?????? Its not....... Forewarning look elsewhere.......

They did not contact me after intake interview, has not returned my phone calls or emails. Not a great deal of job selection.

Waste of time. I was called for an interview, I attended the the interview and I was told that they will have something for me within the following week. I never received a call back from them afterwards. They are not very good at finding people employment. I would suggest if your looking for a temp agency to work for,go to Robert Half!!!!!!!!

The people at this agency are full of s**t. They will lie to you. I dont recommend to anyone. Avoid at all cause.

They are so full of it they call you in have you believe that there’s work but all the want is your information then have you fill all this paperwork then no job because they have no contracts for work a mess it a shame because when you r looking for a job you always hey great now I can start to make some money it’s like an old bate and switch game deception they need to be reported for given people false hope I would never work with them 🤔

Staff is extremely unhelpful, they make it seem like they will try and help you find a job then never call back.
