One star is entirely too high of a rating. That GHETTO and very unprofessional lady at the front desk is THE EXACT REASON I HAVE FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST THESE PEOPLE. Not to mention them REFUSING to give me my sons records while I was there requesting for them several times IN PERSON. They then ignored the new dentists requests that I signed WEEKS ago. Oh, Ill also add that I told them SEVERAL times they were no longer authorized to work on my son. YES, I HAVE THAT ON RECORDING AS WELL. They continued. The dental assistant was too concerned with going back and forth the front to keep stuff going between my oldest daughter and the lady at the front, instead of ASSISTING THE DENTIST, being as though that is what she is paid to do. My daughters ID they gave to a random client that had nothing to do with my kids?? They laugh and joke all of this off like its a game but IT IS NOT. Not about MINE. Youre dealing with an educated woman who KNOWS HERS AND HER SONS RIGHTS AS CLIENTS. Its going to be VERY difficult to deny something that is on recording. =)

I have been going here for about 4-5 years. I initially started going because it was one of the only places who accepted my insurance but now I chose to stay with them even though I moved farther away. They are friendly and professional. My Dentist always has a smile on her face and seems to really care about your overall health.

Dont go here. My cousin went for a cleaning and they charged him $125 for the cleaning and x-ray. After he paid they told him that they cant do the regular cleaning and that he needed a deep clean instead. So we asked about the money we just paid for the regular cleaning and they said that it would go towards the follow up cleaning after the deep clean. So he did the deep clean and paid $500 each time for the 2 sessions. Then after that when he went for his regular cleaning they charged him again. When I called they said that they never said anything about applying the fee paid already to the cleaning. The person on the phone was rude and very unprofessional. She said she was busy and would call me back, but never did.

I am not recommending this place .It used to be fine years ago.but now its horrible.I have been calling more than two weeks to chek for my inssurance authorisation, the lady upfront telling me we did not receive it, she was talking with attitude ( while it was on the system,I gave another dentist my info, she pulled it right the way),the lady up-front was very mean, rude.not kind at all she gave m hard time to go get my x-rays transfered to another dentist.The staff did not provide care .I was not satisfied.

I love this place. The price is always good and they always have same day or next day appointment. They make accommodations for treatments payment.

I was completely pleased with my visit. And Ill definitely be back. The Rising Sun office is operating under a new manager and she is fabulous. The staff is super friendly and you can tell they show great care for their patients. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend my family and friends to this office.

The professional treatment at Dentex begins from the font desk and continues to the dentist. Every step of the way and every encounter with the staff was pleasant and professional. The dental work looks great, there was not pain and I am highly satisfied. I was pleasantly surprised at how their prices are competitive and not outrageous, especially for the level of care they offer. I would highly recommend Dentex for your dental needs.

Came here with a Groupon that has actually expired but they still took it. Doctor did an amazing cleaning for me and they confirmed my concern about one of my back teeth that needed a filling. Filling was done the same day and price was very reasonable. The office is small and you feel that you are given a personalized attention, definitely not something I had at my previous dentists office. Overall a great experience and I already scheduled to come back in 6 months

I have been with Dentex for almost a year and at first they seemed pretty good, up until the fillings that my daughter and I received fell out within a few months, so a job that suppose to last for a while only lasted a few months, then when we went back they tried to charge me, because according to them my insurance would not cover the service since it had already been performed twice and because it was a new dentist she needed to be paid, but when I got on the phone with my insurance company Dentex receptionist claimed there was no need to contact my insurance company because they supposedly just contacted the insurance people and found out it will be covered. So not only did they try to scam me out of money for work that should have been done correctly they also, lied about speaking to my insurance company. I would not recommend them, and I am looking for a new one now.

I love this Dentist office . Im always in and out. The Dentist is wonderful as well as professional. The office staff is great. The office is clean and quite. Any work tht I get is always done quickly and efficiently . 👍🏾

I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!!!!!!I went here for a filling renewal. To start, they numbed everything, but my teeth. Therefore, I felt the drilling and the pain that comes with that. In the end, after it was all done, they made the pain in my teeth worst than it ever was before I got the renewal!!!! Do not go here!!!!! I can barely chew now.

Am not talking about the dentist women but my experience was with the dentist men . He is not professions he is racist did you so in your life dentist clean teeth in less than one minute . He thought am stupid I dont know about cleaning . Before he started with me he asked what insurance I have.my tooth need to be extracted he sayed need to be filled all that to make money . I cancelled my appointment, they called me and asked to come back and they will give me another dentist . I went to another he cleaned my teeth and it was shiny.

I was seen by Dr smithen she is a great dentist her staff makes you feel so welcome and there very helpful the sincerity that they show is real and I am glad that my family and I can be apart of there family

I had two very small cavities on two teeth close together. Instead of charging me for the equivalent of one cavity she charged me for two. It was expensive and, although the work was done well, it was inconsiderate to have changed me so much money; especially when I had recommended a few family members to her a few years back.

I had to put a $50. Refundable deposit...that is now into the third month trying to obtain MY MONEY.... The office staff is very unprofessional and negative and uncertain of who does their billing?? Go figure...They are giving good doctors a very bad name..Im sure the doctors have no Idea of whats occurring with their unreliable office staff....Im in process of going through Pa. Consumers Protection Agency to retrieve what rightfully belongs to me.......just beware when dealing with the office (management) questionable! And Dadra taking up space!

Painfully horrible...felt like walking into a meat shop...unprofessional, very hurried, everything was a whirl wind and mostly this cost this and this cost that...told me 13 cavities, needed 5 root canal treatments, and 4 extractions...all that in less than 5 minutes...never had more then 2 cavities in my life, through I knew I needed 2 teeth removed because they were broken and became abscessed they insisted on doing all the other work first spread out over 3 months...hello the emergency was the broken teeth and now they want me to wait 3 months...plus pay $3200.
