First I’d like to say I think the staff is great! Dr.D and her assistant is amazing. Went in for an emergency root canal and it was quick and painless! I felt welcomed and comfortable so it was a breeze getting in and out. I highly recommend them. 😁🦷

My entire experience at this office was great from beginning to end! When I called to make my appointment, the woman who answered was very polite and helpful, when I came in I was greeted and seen with very little wait time and the dentist and assistant were really amazing throughout my entire procedure!! I left with my dental issue resolved and I experienced no pain! I’m glad I found this dentist office and definitely recommend.

Dentist (Jennifer) at this place is not at all a good dentist. She has a pleasant personality but that is just to cover up her work flaws. She rushes from room to room not giving enough time to each patient. I would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone.

Ive been going to this Dentist office for over a year, and let me just tell you they are great. The receptionist always pleasant, the hygienist does a great job cleaning my teeth (I am very big on Teeth) she does a wonder job. Now Dr. Jennifer is amazing at her job and you can tell she definitely love what she do....

It has been an extremely long time since I’ve seen a dentist. My mouth was in terrible shape, no help to having Sjögren’s syndrome (dry mouth/oral decay). I was very nervous about seeing a dentist but knew I needed to get the work done as my mouth was in extreme pain. I looked online for a dentist near me and chose DentaLux based on the many positive reviews. I have to say these 5 star ratings are true, I would give 10 stars if I could! I just had a root canal performed and am waiting on a permanent crown. Jennifer Donskoy DDS and team are amazingly friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. The root canal was painless and went smoothly. I am SO glad I decided to get my dental work done at DentaLux, I can’t recommend them enough. If you are looking for a dentist in the northeast area of Philadelphia, look no further. DentaLux is hands down THE BEST!!! After years of having an embarrassing mouth of teeth they are giving me my smile back!!!! 🤩🦷🙌

I’m 33 years old and I’ve bounced around dentists for years because I’m petrified. I have had dentists in the past make horrible mistakes that only affected me in the end. I finally gave Dr. Donskoy a try and can I just say, from day one, I was extremely comfortable with her. She joked, we laughed, and she reassured me that everything would be fine! Well she was right. She has done amazing work on my smile and took care of all the mistakes that could have been avoided if previous dentists took the time to care for me the way she does.Let’s put it this way. I moved to NJ a year ago and will drive to PA for every dentist appointment from here on out! She’s the best!

I saw Dr. Robert Goldberg yesterday. He was waiting to see me when I arrived. Dr. Goldberg has been my and my wifes dentist for over 40 years. There is no one like him. He is an excellent diagnostician and an equallyexcellent practitioner. I have never had a problem that he could not resolve, efficiently and painlessly. Yesterday was no exception. I had my six month dental cleaning today..Wednesday, 8/1.I have been going to DentaLux for several years. The dentists, and staff are very professional, but always friendly!I want to give a special thank you, to Suzanne. The only positive thing I can say about this dental office is their hygienist which is why I am giving it a two stars. She was through, and did a good job with cleaning. I was not pleased with the rest of the services. I was told that I had to do two filling. I made an appointment to do one first. When I went to my appointment, Dr. Jennifer said she would do both at the same time. I am not sure whether it was not communicated to her by the receptionist or if she just wanted to get everything done in one visit and decided that herself. I went along with it. Before we started the procedure, she asked if I wanted to numb the area or just did the procedure without anesthesia since she thought it might not be necessary. I asked her to numb it, which I am so glad about, because once she started realizing that the cavity was pretty deep, she said I am glad that I decided to numb you first. I was thinking, no I asked you to do it. To make matters worse, she did not want to wait long enough for the anesthesia to kick in. Same thing with the filling. She was rushing so that she can attend the next patient as soon as possible. Lastly, their hours are terrible, and they only have one dental hygienist. They tried to call and accommodate you when you are a new patient. But they would give appointments three months apart if you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment. Three months! I am already looking for another dentist.

This office is simply amazing! It has the most outstanding and efficient dental staff. The Dentist is such a spectacular doctor and a down to earth person. The atmosphere is so uplifting with positive and optimistic people, it generates a more comfortable setting for me. Thanks to the passionate work done at this office, my teeth and gums are always as healthy as they can be and I am always looking forward to coming in for cleaning. This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. Keep up the great work. :-)

What a great experience. My son and I both had appointments as new patients and the dentist Dr. Jennifer Donskoy and staff were so welcoming and friendly. We talked, we laughed and I felt very comfortable. The exam went well with everything being explained and all my concerns were answered with understanding and kindness. I can not say enough positive things about this office! I have been there with two of my three kids and they are absolutely wonderful! Monica, who works the front desk is a person I feel like Ive known forever. Shes so warm and welcoming. The dentists and the assistants are great! Absolutely wonderful place. From the second I walked in to the moment I left, I felt important. Seriously, good ups on the customer service. They are wonderful. They made me feel great about my teeth and I felt even better walking out knowing they were fully cleaned. New woman over here. And I plan to implement flossing more often and cleaning my teeth with the best I can find just to impress them next time I go. But I think the best was that all of them, included Dr. Donskoy, made me laugh. Thats a first time for going to the dentists and laughing.Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys good...great customer service as well as cleaning for your teeth. You will not regret it.

I ran across this facility on Google and the positive reviews encouraged me to see for myself. I must say this is probably one of the best facilities Ive ever been to. Joanna did an excellent job and gave great info in regards to my teeth. Jennifer Donskoy had a great sense of humor and was very honest and welcoming. Im glad I finally found a great dentist and would recommend this place to anyone!

Very professional & polite staff. Although they are always busy, to schedule an appointment is NOT a monumental task and there is NO CRAZY WAIT TIME when you come in, as one would expect at a medical facility. Dr.Donskoy is very knowledgeable, accurate & patient, always explains the procedure and discusses available options. What I really like about DentaLux is that you are given choices of the treatment plans instead of being taken for the source of profits by insisting on the most expensive procedures. The office is not huge, and only has a couple of rooms, but is very clean. I feel obligated to give Dr. Donskoy and her staff a very positive review for the excellent service they have provided my family with for the last 3 years.

I have not been to a dentist in a quit some time. After recently discovering that I have a hole in my tooth, I decided to go to DentaLux as they are located conveniently on Cottman Ave, which was only 15 min away from my house. A very friendly receptionist, as well as other staff members, who happened to be in the front desk area, greeted me the second I walked in. Everyone welcomed me with a big smile, as opposed to “Hi, can I have your insurance card”. I was taken back into the operatory within 5 minutes, and Dr. Donskoy, came in immediately. She took her time and did a thorough evaluation of the issue that I was having, and did not try to sell me other dental work that I was currently not interested in. She focused strictly on my one tooth that had the hole. She explained what the problem was, and proceeded to fix it. As afraid as I am of needles, I barely felt the injection, and minutes later I was all done. Dr. Donskoy and her assistant were very gentle, caring, efficient, and respectful. I highly recommend this office for anyone who needs any dental work. At the end of my appointment, I was so pleased and satisfied with the service, that I scheduled my next appointment for a full check-up. Thank you DentaLux, for such a comforting and painless experience.

They do a great job and are always right on schedule. No waiting. Ive had: regular cleaning, deep cleaning, scaling, and of course fillings. All went well!

They say the best time to get a toothache is on vacation, right!!! Well, thats exactly what had happened to me! I was out of time visiting family when I developed a terrible toothache. After trying to subside the pain with many different remedies, I finally gave in and went to DentaLux, as they were recommended to me by several different people. Concerned with the price, I had no choice because the pain was unbearable. To make a long story short, I ended up with a root canal; knowing that it was going to cost me hundreds of dollars. When I was all done and got to the check-out counter, I was so pleasantly surprised, because I was charged half of what I expected to pay. Although I was an emergency patient, Dr. Donskoy and her staff, welcomed me into the practice, and treated me as I was a patient there for 5+ years. The office is VERY clean, friendly, and welcoming. Best of all, I didnt leave with a huge bill and was no longer in pain! Thank You DentaLux, for allowing me to enjoy the rest of my stay painlessly!

Dr. Donskoy is as down to earth as you will ever find in a medical professional. shes is very thorough, and never hesitates to alleviate any concerns you may have. Best dentist i have ever patronized by far.

As always my hygenist Stephanie puts my anxiety to ease. She is very gentle with my gums and makes sure I am comfortable throughout my cleaning due to my gum disease. She is very thorough and my teeth and gums feel great after she is done my cleaning. Dr. Donskoy is also great and makes me feel comfortable.

Dr. Donskoy & the staff at DentaLux are friendly & accommodating. Im able to schedule appointments at times that are convenient for me so that I dont have to miss work. The staff is knowledgeable & caring about my dental needs. :)

This was my first visit to Dr.Donskoys office I was there for a much dreaded root canal, much to my surprise there was no pain.Dr. Donskoy is awesome she and her assistant made me feel safe and very comfortable i have never been to a dentist office that compares to this one. I can honestly say I dont mind going to the dentist. Dr. Donskoy is very good at what she does. She pays attention to every fear you may have and will do her best to help you through them. Dr Donskoy is wonderful. She does excellent dental work with no pain and is a pleasure to talk with. Had multiple issue with fillings falling out from a previous dentist and she has done an excellent job correcting their mistakes. Would recommend her to anybody.

For years I had issues with my teeth and saw many different doctors. Each one had its own plan and in each case the plan was going to cost astronomical amount of money. I always felt like I was just another patient and that all they were after was my check. From my first visit to DentaLux I knew that this office was different. Dr.Donskoy discussed a few possible options that were affordable and didn’t involve full mouth reconstruction without any guarantees. DentaLux is somewhat of a drive for me, but I will always return there as opposed ot any other office near my home. I love the job that was done, my teeth look great and I always enjoy my dental appointments. Dr. Donskoy and everyone who works at DentaLux are always very nice and accommodating.

They have cancelled my appointment 3 times.The voicemail does not allow you to leave a message. During normal business hours extremely hard to get through. They do not have weekend hours and Fridays is by spot only but thats impossible to get because you can barely get through during business hours to make an appointment.The music playing is way too loud for a professional setting and riddled with static.The receptionist has still yet to greet me.Bottom line is customer service. This place needs a huge tutorial. The only reason that I come here is because it is literally around the corner from my house.

Ive been going to Dentalux under Dr. Donskoys care for some time now and this is by far the best dental office Ive been to and there have been plenty. The office is nice and clean and the entire staff has always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Donskoy makes even the most painful visits a pleasant experience. Shes always a true professional and makes sure I understand what she is doing and answers any questions I may have. I never feel rushed or just like another number there. To top it off, she has my sense of humor; Ive literally laughed at least once each time Ive been. As long as my experiences remain this way, I plan on being a patient of hers for as long as possible.
