Absolute Smile has the best employees. I started going there 2yrs ago,and by the second visit the receptionist knew my face and greeted me by name. They really take pride in getting to know their patients. My dentist is very kind and compassionate. Whatever procedure your having he takes the time to tell you whats what..I would definitely recommend...

I want to compliment the staff at this location. They made me feel so much at ease, as I am petrified of the dentist. I was so calm after their courteous treatment. They explained the whole procedure. I did not wait long. I had no pain after the novocain wore off. I would definitely go back to complete my work.

Was able to get in fairly quickly. Was seen before my appointment which was incredible and they were even able to squeeze me in for services that I initially didnt come in for. Everyone was very kind and thorough. Absolutely no pain after like Ive had in the past. Definitely a great staff and service.

Some of the staff are rude and disrespectful. They called me and blamed me for putting myself down as a new patient when I know I am not; the staff member put me down as a new patient; not I. Then they did not keep my appointment and I had to go at another time. They did not apologize for their mistake and did not give me an explanation of why they did not keep my appointment time. Their excuse was sometimes kids are loud in the waiting room. That is a lame excuse for treating your patients disrespectfully. I expressed my comments to the staff about three times and spoke to the head manager named Ann in the office and I am very disappointed her and their careless attitude. No one should be treated like they way they treated me. The dentist is very good at his practice. Unfortunately I’m leaving Absolute Smile because of staff’s unprofessional behavior.

The doctors are nice here but the front desk staffs are absolutely rude and talks disrespectfully. I am sure they do not talk to their parents the way they talk to elderly people that go there. Very disappointed.

First thing you notice is that the facility is extremely clean.They are very vigilant about COVID-19,requiring all wear masks and giving all patients temperature checks.The ladies who work the front desk are very pleasant and very helpful with arranging appointments,helping with insurance,etc.I found the doctors to be excellent,they take the time to carefully explain your situation,and use their expertise to formulate a plan that is going to give you a great result.Another thing that is nice is that they sincerely listen to your input/feedback about your ongoing treatment.I would highly recommend them for any cosmetic dentistry you wish to get done.I consider them artists for your mouth.Routine care is excellent as well.Marc S.

Dr. Cox was compassionate competent and efficent, my co- workers commented, wow he really took care of you so quick and they did a great job. The wait was never long and every single staff member was courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this Doctor and this facility .

First time as a patient here. 1st thing I noticed was how clean the office is. Was immediately greeted by the receptionist. Didnt have to wait long to be called. Walked in there with a positive energy and received it in returned. Had conversations about other services offered, which I was impressed. They offer microblading, botox, fillers, makeup tattoos and more! Over all, the staff were very friendly and out going personality like myself!🙌

Bad customer service. I’ve been coming here for years and had an appointment on Saturday that I schedule over six months ago. Then received a call a week before my appointment but no one left a message. I called today to ask what the call was about and was told they want to reschedule my appointment due to the pandemic they limit hours which was fine until the woman got upset. I asked why did they wait so long to call me when I scheduled my appointment six months ago at my last appointment during the beginning of the pandemic. The woman did not like that I asked a question and asked me did I not know what was going on in the world. I advise her yes I know what’s going on but I am an essential working and have weekends off that’s why I scheduled my appointment six months ago for Saturday. The woman got upset and said next available appointment she have was Tuesday I advised the woman again I work during the week asked if she had any Saturdays available she got upset and said I can find another dentist to go to. I asked if I can speak to someone else the woman said no and hung up. I’m not sure if she’s having a bad day but customer service is very important at a business like that. I’ve never had a issue before with this company but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

A wonderful establishment I called and got a same day appointment. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and the facility was clean and quiet, they took my temperature after filling out my paperwork and was seen almost immediately after. My appointment was properly and efficiently done with all my questions being answered I would recommend.

I was happy to find this place, because they scheduled me right away, and gave me excellent service. The time it took for a filling was impressive. I cant wait to go back.

Dr. Boris Friedman is a fantastic dentist I would highly recommend him for any dental needs. I just got a wisdom tooth removed today and he was able to remove it quick and completely painless, I barely felt any pressure from the removal there isnt even much blood or swelling afterwards. My husband and I will always be going back to him for work.

For the love of god, DO NOT GO HERE. I went here because my jaw was swollen and i needed to get my wisdom teeth removed LAST MINUTE. They told me i had to go somewhere else to get it done not a problem as I was leaving they told me that i NEEDED a deep cleaning ( i thought my teeth looked fine) against my better judgement i said okay and paid out of pocket. The lady that worked on me CUT INTO SEVERAL OF MY TEETH. Thats right CUT INTO IT WITH THE DEEP CLEANING TOOL. I had pain for DAYS, i will now need to get MORE work done to get this repaired. You wonder why they always offer discounts? YEAH GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, SAVE YOUR TEETH. DO NOT get fooled by these reviews. I HAVE NEVER had my TEETH CUT by ANY DENTIST that i went to. THIS IS THE FIRST AND THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Been going here for about 7 years now. Unfortunately this year they didnt accept my dental insurance. I went to the new place for a root Canal that didnt go so well. I came back here to have the tooth extracted. I was in bad shape and they got me in immediately. (less than a day) After checking my insurance payment schedule, its actually cheaper for me to come here and self pay. THANK YOU GUYS, so much for today. While Im a little tired, its been a pain free procedure 👍😁😁

We like them. They speak Russian and this was very important for my wife. They put filling instead of trying to sell root and crown. And this is great!

They’re so patient and caring with me. Dr. Fridman, I told him I was very scared and had very bad experience having a tooth extracted at other dentist. He took his time assuring me he wouldn’t touch it until it was completely numb. And they did just that. I always feel safe and comfortable there. He’s a very nice and welcoming person, goes over well for dentist phones like me

I found it very easy to make appointments and their office to be both clean and inviting for someone who had not been able to go to the dentist in nearly 2 years. My teeth did need some TLC and I needed minor gum surgery but they were able to work with my schedule and insurance to make sure all my procedures were done as quickly and painlessly as possible. My mouth feels healthier overall and I would recommend this place to anyone!!

For my first visit to this office I was very pleased with the care and kindness of the staff. Also felt very comfortable with the dentist and with his explanation of the treatment needed.

Very great dentist office. They were professional and caring towards me as I get nervous with people working near my mouth. I was not scared and they made the experience quick and easy. I highly recommend this office .

I have had a dental cleaning and 6 filings . 6months later I still have sensitivity to cold and hot, I can’t even eat on the side which has the fillings done . I went to another dentist and I have been told that I need root canals on two of them, the insurance wouldn’t cover them because I needed to wait 2 years before I can get work done on the same tooth . So I had to get a new dental insurance in order to have root canals. One of the wisdom teeth still had a hole that wasn’t well covered with the filling and after a year it completely broke and I had to extract it and as a result extract the one on the top of it as well. Anyways it was a terrible experience.

The staff, hygienists and dentists have all been wonderful to me. They are very polite and do good work for fair prices. The office is very clean and modern. I have very bad anxiety going to the dentist but Im very happy to have found this practice that is honest with me, explains everything and really cares.

Level of service of this place has reduced drastically. Now it only seems that they want you to pay for unnecessary procedures like deep cleanings knowing that insurances do not cover this. This place was not like this but now it just seems like theyre more worried about making extra money off of extra procedures than worrying about the clients themselves. Totally regret having referred as many people as I did.

Today I had to get a tooth pulled. I really wanted to continue to put it off but I was in so much pain. Dr Cox gave me the best experience one could ask for. My visit was awesome today! It was my first time going on a Saturday because of my work schedule. I was called back as soon as I walked in the door. I sat with a new hygienist today and she was phenomenal! She was very informative and cleaned my teeth fast and probably the best they have ever been cleaned. Im very pleased with Absolute Smile!

My first time in this office, also had the wrong office but they took me in. That alone was outstanding on their part. Dr. Chris was wonderful kept talking making me feel comfortable, went in a little scare. I dont like that drilling noise, make my hands sweat and I tend to go all stiff. The Dr. and the two ladies that made me feel better by talking and to tell you the truth I came out more relaxed. Be back in two weeks to start my crowns. I recommend this place to my kids and friends.

I had very serious gum inflammation and very painful teeth last week. They helped me in 30 minuets even though I don’t have appointment. They took X-ray for me, cleaned my infected gum and teeth. They are very perfection and treat me like a family. I would like to say thank you to them again. Very appreciate!

I go to the harbinson st office. Everyone is super professional and friendly at all times. I got a deep cleaning procedure and also a root canal with a crown. I have one more visit to install my crown but so far Im pretty happy with the results and the attention from everyone at the office.Update: my new crown and smile is perfect I recommend this place 100%

Today was my first visit at “Absolute smile” and I was very pleased with my entire visit. The front desk is very informative and polite, the dentist assistant was efficient, quick and patient and the dentist was extremely nice, he made me feel very comfortable with this being my first time here, he answered all my questions and concerns and explained everything throughly. :)

This place was amazing. I hate going to the dentist but didnt mind going here. Once I walked in I was greeted with good attitudes and smiles. I talked to the people at the front desk and they situated me right away with what needed to be done. It looked like a very clean and comfortable facility. The service they provided was wonderful and I actually was comfortable in a dental office for once. This is a very good business with very good people working inside.

Had a great experience at Absolute Smile throughout all my dental procedure work. The staff is very knowledgable and professional. I was treated by Dr. Alla, who is an amazing doctor with years of experience. The friendly staff was there to take care of any billing issues that I had faced and explained all my post procedural instructions. The new location of the office features state of the art, new equipment which makes any dental procedure more accurate and less painful, which I got to experience first hand!I recommend this office to my family and friendsand to you, google reader!

This place was awesome! I found them on a whim through my health insurance and I was anxious, (as anyone would be) going to the dentist for the first time in a while. But the staff was great, they made me feel super comfortable, the doctor was great explained everything to me. And they had me in and out in an hour! Thank you for the great experience! I recently had the pleasure of going to Absolute Smile. The staff is very friendly and professional the moment I walked in up until I left. I went into the office for teeth cleaning and was very pleased with the results. The hygienist cleaned my teeth with extreme amount of care and the doctor informed me how the procedure went every step of tne way. I would recommend this dental office to anyone.

Unpleasant atmosphere nobody said hello or goodbye. Dentist didnt even introduce himself. He just said open up stuck the needle in my mouth waitedfor me to get numb then pulled my tooth out wrote me a script told me dont use mouth wash and left. I still dont kn his name.

Been going for about 2 years and most of the time Im in and out. Also staff is very professional and know what theyre doing from the dentist to the receptionist. Office is super clean as it should be. Bonus for me is everything is up to date.

Went for a cleaning and exam. The lady that did my cleaning did a great job. Had stains on my teeth and she removed all of it. Really happy with my cleaning. The lady in the front is friendly as well . Enjoyed my visit

Their hygienists do poor job, they do tooth cleaning too fast . Also i was treated as I am stupid and understand nothing in medicine (btw i am a medical professional). Moreover, the hygienist pushed me consistently to go to get a consultation with one of the owner of their clinic, because I was looking for a great periodontist. So I have been there for several years, and now I want to leave.

It was my first visit and definitely not my last. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

I really like the place and the whole entire crew from receptionist to assistance to hygienist to dentist . they all do there jobs with patience and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Eric Friedman, at the Southampton office. I have ZERO tolerance for pain and had no pain during a root canal. Dr. Friedman is extremely gentle and I practically fell asleep during the procedures. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I had to share my pleasant experience, with this practice, on Face Book

I dont have dental insurance, so have to pay cash. I needed a flipper in my front tooth. All the dentists I visited in Northeast Philadelphia charged around $500! (One dentist wanted $850.) i had plans on spending around $600 but absolute smile only charge $50 to be looked at and $250 for the tooth!!! I was shocked and happy!!! 🤗🤗🤗

I always have a great experience when I visit. I decided to switch a few years ago and it was the right choice. Eveyone is fair and friendly. Thats important when youre speaking of work being done for your mouth.

After getting referred to absolute smile by both my sister and cousin after another dentist drilled into the root of my teeth, which resulted in five root canals, I can only speak with gratitude towards the absolute smile team. The staff is extremely professional and personable, specifically Elaina and Ava have made my experience a comfortable one. Dr. Alla is a very good dentist and a perfectionist towards her work. She fixed my teeth with minimal pain and provided me with optimal care in regards to fixing my teeth. I for one learned the hard, expensive way how important it is to find a good dentist. For this reason, I will always remain an absolute smile patient!

It was my first visit today. I met extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff and got all information about my dental needs.

I went to the Harbison office for a root canal the dental work is great the dentist is awesome.His staff not so much my cleaning was very painful and she could care less how hard she shoved around my mouth! The front office is rude and can careless about explain anything other than how much cash they want (I HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE) They tried to charge me out of pocket when my insurance covers a cap&crown they gave me the run around . And i was told Ill be called back and never was. When I called back the lady yelled at me and says I have to pay cause my insurance has a waiting period but I called my insurance and they do not . But yet they still wanted me to pay out of pocket. I cancelled my appointment because of the absolute rudeness I was given both in person and on the phoneYOUR STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND IF I RETURN EXPECT THE EQUAL AMOUNT OF RUDENESS TO THEM AS WELL.AGAIN THE DENTIST IS GREAT AND IS A VERY NICE POLITE MAN.

I had a very excruciating pain and I called Absoulte smile to get seen same day. They didn’t have anything at the moment but a few hours later i got a call back from them. I went in its a very clean place the girls in the receptionist desk were very helpful and kind. Dr was very nice got my painful tooth out. Didn’t even last an hour in there. I will definitely go here for any future dental visits
