Terrible service, these delivery guys dont property secure your document in the mail box, my corporate documents was left on the front door step. This is totally unprofessional of the delivery drive. I hope that this company can improve the level of customer service. Asap !

The positive reviews have to be written by the employees. Theres no way this should be 5 stars. The woman who works during the day is incompetent and rude.Driver apparently couldnt deliver the package 3 days in the row because of construction on my street. Well great thing I live in a development and if there was construction (there was not) there are multiple ways to get passed it.When the package was not delivered I was not notified, but I called myself and was told this and that I could pick it up. The day I said I would pick it up, I called ahead of time (before driving an hour out of my way at night) and was told that the driver would deliver it the next day. The next day it was returned to shipper, but the genius woman in the morning couldnt even tell me that for certain. Im not sure at any point was any aware of where my package was located.I just like to reiterate one thing again, the woman who works during the day is an idiot.

This outfit is very efficient and dependable!!! I would recommend to anyone!!!

If they have a problem with delivery or picking up they just wont come or call. You figure it out when there is no show, even if you have called them it means nothing. They will promise you, but no show or call.

I was supposed to receive a Hello Fresh delivery from this company two Mondays in a row. First Monday I called and the man I spoke with told me he would find the driver with my package and have him call if he felt lost or if he was running behind. I received no call back, the box never arrived that Monday and was then later delivered Tuesday afternoon to the wrong address. I was credited by Hello Fresh for a shipment the following Monday (yesterday). No boz was delivered and when I checked the tracking online it said *in progress*. At work Tueaday afternoon, the tracking finally said it was delivered 5-9 and SIGNED OFF ON at 12:30. Certainly could not have been signed off on since I live alone and was at work. I returned home - no box. I left instructions to leavr the box with the front office. I checked there - no box. But the woman on thr office told me a man came by with my box MONDAY MORNING, askes where my aparrment was, and was told to bring it back to the front office if no one was home. He never returned. What?? So I assume he lazily left it outside my apartment building and it was probably stolen. Not only did I have an occurence two weeks in a row, but when I spoke with the supervisor he did nothing at all to fix the situation or made no promises to better the negligence of his drivers. Im extremely displeased and would strongly urge all people considering this company to look elsewhere. Terrible service and customer service.
