Our law firm has used Heaven Sent Courier for several years. We use this business for courier services and for serving legal filings. They have and continue to be one of the best third-party delivery and service of process businesses we have ever used. They are very dependable, reasonably priced and really cater to their needs not matter how difficult sometimes.

Worse than useless for service of process. Ineffective, not timely, and leave a mess to clean up.First-off, forget the same day service promised on the website. Thats simply false.Second, when they finally do get around to attempting process of service, theyll mess it up, and then make ridiculous excuses.After their first attempt (after waiting a couple days--for, I dont know what, perhaps to properly age the complaint?) and finding no one at home, these cretins left a legal notice thereby warning the defendant that service of process was on its way. Naturally, when they finally got around to an early morning attempt, the homeowners (of course) wouldnt open the door. When I complained, the owner actually had the gall to start insisting that the courier had no idea what he was serving and that these are sealed packets. To which one can only respond, so what? The defendant knew what was coming, and thats what matters. (As an aside, what exactly do their process servers think theyre delivering, flowers?) Moreover, inasmuch as process servers must swear out *what* theyve served, as well as to whom, the attempted excuse is nonsensical.Yes, theyre cheap--for a reason.Now, of course, Ive got a defendant whos going to be virtually impossible to serve and I will have to waste time and money pursuing alternative service all because these clowns leave a notice on the door from day one because, as the owner so eloquently put it, otherwise theyll be chasing their tails.Frankly, I dont think they could find their tails with both hands.Absolutely avoid.

This messenger service is tremendous. Needed last minute Saturday service for an Atlantic City to NYC job. Job executed, efficiently, reasonably and with excellent customer service, I highly recommend them.

Absolutely count on these guys to save me running all over town during my lunch hour. I leave stuff at our main desk, and before I can ask if theyve picked up, Ive got an e-mailed receipt from the place they delivered to. Same every time.

They will just give your information to just any one. Then when you call to inform them you gey makes no difference to me from customer service.

We received a courier to my office from a Heaven Sent courier. My team advised the delivery person that we were not able to accept the delivery, as the recepient was out of the office. The delivery person was incredibly rude. I have never written a review on a company before, but I have also never been so appalled by such a low level of customer service. I asked the gentleman his name, and he laughed and walked away. When I called the office to place a formal complaint, I received the same poor level of service and negative attitude from the gentleman on the phone. When asked to speak with someone to place a formal complaint, I was told the delivery person was following process, and nothing would be done about it.I would not recommend Heaven Sent Courier.

Uber unprofessional; they have no idea about the Rules of Civil Procedure despite me, a licensed attorney, advising of the requested service for a divorce complaint. Steve, the owner, is snarky, arrogant, and usually wrong. When youre wrong, you should admit it, apologize & make it right with your client. Yet, he has excessive hubris and clearly doesnt know what he doesnt know, or doesnt care, which is worse. The affidavits of service have frequently been wrong with the completely incorrect description of the person served. Seems that the inmates are running the prison. Id be foolish to continue using them! Pay more & go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!

We use them where I work, and I have never had a problem with their service. They pick up our mail from the post office daily, and Ive been at this company for 10 years.
