Great group of folks! Placed an order on their website to deliver some bike parts to a friend, and they did it in record time. Easy to use and happy to support a locally owned delivery service!

I ordered food that was delivered after being dropped and spilled all in the bag. Came with food scrambled everywhere dripping out of the bag.When I asked what happened I was told it wasnt their problem....Horrible service . Extremely disappointed.Do not use them. Delivery persons customer service was pathetic and snaked away refusing to turn around and discuss what happened or a remedy ...... I strongly suggest not ordering from any company that uses Sparrow Cycling services. Save yourself the heartache . Too many better options are available.....Incredibly incompetent!!
