20 days later and my order is still not fulfilled. Customer service is an abysmal joke. Dont waste your money with them.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Followed up to not only let me know one of my items would be drop-shipped from the manufacturer but also that i was getting order updates. Shipped quickly, Will definitely order from them again.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I reached out to Estavan requesting a sample of the premium paper as my company was ready to purchase a printer and all necessary supplies. He responded promptly to my email and said he would send a sample, after 2 weeks I reached back out to ask about the sample, no reply. Gave him 4 days and called to customer service to ask maybe I could get a different rep. They stated they could not and would reach out to him to send me a response. No response from that either I hope they get this handled but my company decided to take our business elsewhere.

Outstanding service! I reached out to customer service when I noticed several days went by after my order was shipped but there had been no tracking movement and Shannon and other team members helped me get it sorted out by re-shipping my order which I received super fast! Thank you!

I absolutely love that AA treats their customers with such kindness and thoughtfulness. For instance although the pandemic is going on and they restrict entering, they realize we are business owners, so they come to the car with our items and even ship it free next day as a courtesy . Now, that is the utmost, customer service, I have ever seen and I truly appreciate this operation. And the staff is always so helpful in texting me and offering tips. Love you guys and if no one has said it. I value you as a partner in my business.

Without going into too many details of how great this company is, and what they have done for me, I will not be using anybody else but all American print supply. Suffice to say my company was moving me out to another location for 2 months, I had to cancel my order for not him that was back ordered. Instead of having a waiting for me on the porch, I canceled it. We finished the project in less time then originally thought it would take, I called all American to see if I could reinstate the order, and they did! this is a company that gets customer service down pat. As a past Disney cast member, any of this staff could work at Disney and fit right in with the magic. thank you all American for youve done and the business youre going to be receiving for me in the future.

Top notch operation. I was helped by the wonderful Kaelynne who went out of her way to help solve a problem that I had with an item being lost in shipping. She took care of it super fast and was super friendly. This is the type of operation you want to do business with!

Shipped me the wrong product in November and again in February and will not take it back without a 20% restock fee....again! I had 2 NeoFlex printers and bought all of my supplies from them for 5 years. Not trustworthy! I would recommend almost any other DTG printer and supplier. And watch, these guys have multiple websites under different names for supplies.

I missed 4 days of business because the lack of service and attention. I ordered a box of ink, and they sent me the wrong ink. I then asked that they expedite because it was their mistake and they said no. Now my machine that should never run out of ink has been down 4 days and Im backed up on orders . Make sure you confirm your order because this is the second time this has happened. Once in California, and once in PA. Maybe I should try their 3rd location 3s a charm right.
