Horrible service by phone. I called on 3/14/18 555pm approx., Was answered by a male immediatley had no desire to help me, I didnt even get to ask for the assistance that i needed about a money order I purchased from Western Union, This worker had very bad english, I asked if he spoke spanish and prefered we talked in spanish so we may understand one another, but he continued to talk in his broken english said he could not help me.
