I was saddened when I heard Eugene sold the shop, my sons and I have been his customers for about 25 years. Eugene and Mike had always given great customer service. After meeting Pete and dealing with Chris, I believe the professional customer service and quality workmanship upheld by Eugene, will continue with them. Was great to see Mike back in the saddle last week.

Eugens Auto is a great place for all your car needs. Ive bought 2 cars from them and have all my vehicles serviced there as well. PA State inspections too. Chris is a great guy who does professional work and always treats me with respect. Chris gets the job done right, the first time and treats us like family. Listen, Eugens Auto is the place to go if you need car service. The mechanics are GREAT! Chris & Mike have extensive knowledge about any vehicle that comes through. My 2009 Buick needed a motor mount. They not only found the mount, but put the part in the same day. CLUTCH! And they didnt kill me with repair charges. Go check them out.

After shopping around for a major repair on my car I’m so happy I went with Eugene’s Auto Repair! The manager Chris was great with explaining his diagnosis and repair recommendations. Even better they were the most affordable and kept in touch with part arrivals and where they where at on the job. They did an amazing job called me right on time to pick up the car even offered to check for other problems and issues with a DEAL U CANT DENY . If u you ever have car troubles or need repairs never go to autozone come here they fix it and order the part ASAP amazing job .

The next day the part came and he put it on and called me Im so thankful for Chris at Eugenes for getting my car back to me so soon, and its running great.

I have been going to Eugens for many years and have been very fortunate to have such a trustworthy and honest establishment like theirs when it comes to buying a car or servicing them. Every time I drop one off for service, I know the problem will be addressed and in a timely manner. Its also hard to find a talented mechanic that can work on classic cars since you cant simply hook up a computer to diagnose the problem. Keep up the great work guys! I got help from Chris. He was a great help and took great care of my car. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I bought a car from him with a warranty that specifically states “we will cover 100% parts and 100% of labor costs if anything related to the engine or transmission system fails” well I discovered the clutch was bad on the way home and the first thing he did was try to explain it away as a “sport clutch” and that I was “hitting some sort of rev limiter” both of which are wildly inaccurate. Finally he tells me he won’t fix it and that it should last another 10k miles. It was barely functional within the same week. Eugen. Is. A. Liar. Plain and simple

Multiple shops and almost a thousand dollars later I was feeling hopeless no one would be able to figure out the issue with my bmw- dealer is always over priced and never an option for me. Finally I found eugenes auto and I had some hope I may get my car back in order after speaking with Chris, he seemed very knowledgeable and upfront. My hope paid off and in a day Chris figured it out and told me he would call me in the morning with a price since most part places were closed for the day. He kept his promise, gave me a reasonable price, kept me updated, and actually fixed the problem other shops couldn’t even figure out! Hopefully my car will not need major service again but if it does I’ll be sure to see Chris! Thank you Chris and Eugenes Auto!
