The service was quick and the employees were very professional. Id recommend this place to anyone looking to tint their vehicles. Priced right. I did not detail my vehicle but from looking at the ones being detailed I can say they are on top of the game.

Just scheduled an appointment by text and they responded almost immediately. Great communication, and answered my questions with patience and perfect customer care. Looking forward to getting the car detailed inside and out. I want window tinting, but its a bit of a way. To be expected however. Either way, Im happy to be able to get the car cleaned in a couple days. By the looks of their photos and other customer reviews, the car is going to look brand new. Cant wait!

My tint came out a bit less than what I desired. A lot of water Marks under the film. And my back window still has bubbles so eh. Idk. Be specific when you call. Know what tint % you want ahead of time and ask. I didnt. I Paid the deposit and found by my mistake they didnt have what I wanted. Ask questions.

Terrible. Lowest of quality work. Tinted my windows and got dirt dust and small pieces of fuzz from their micro fiber towels in ever single window on my car (10) Told me to come back to fix it and when they realized it was every window, after I told them, wanted me to come back again for a third time. Tried to tell me it was normal to have debris caught behind the film. Fought me tooth and nail on fixing the car or simply giving me my money back. Eventually they caved.I went to dynamic tint. A little more expensive but my tint is 100% perfect.

Far From Perfect...When I picked up the car was wet, and had dust and dirt on the board and the buttons on the window ... the trunk was dirty ... I told a girl that the car was dirty and he told me, will be like 200 more expensive to clean it better ... ! I dont No recomend this place ....i Paid 150.00

I want to send my many thank yous to perfect touch staff for doing an awesome job on my car, I had my dog in the car and she shedded all over but they did an awesome job in getting my car back to “my car” and also found a knob to my mirrors that I was missing lol they save me a trip to the dealer ... thanks again you guys did great 👍

Didnt do a perfect job i still have plenty of bubbles in 2 of my windows. They said they will fix them but i dont have time to keep going back and forth to them.

Loved the work done and everybody at the shop was very personable and friendly. def would recommend and will be going back for any tint job i need done for sure.

Ive used their services twice now. They are quick, reasonably priced, and do the best work I have found in the city. Im torn between telling everyone I know about them and keeping the secret to myself (for fear that they may get too busy). Seriously though, I do tell anyone I know to check them out...you wont be disappointed.

Very comfortable place to sit and wait for your vehicle to get detailed. air conditioning inside the waiting area was freezing and very very clean! I will be a regular! My truck never looked so good ! Ask for the dude cash! He will have your whip right for the weekend !!

They did a good job but one of the window has a wrinkle . they did told me that i can go stop by and see the problem but honestly i keep it like that is just a lil bit .. I was working for Uber and some kids egged my car. It was around 8pm on a Saturday night. I high tailed it over because they closed at 9pm. They power washed the egg off quickly and cleanly. Everyone there was so nice and polite. They helped me get back on the road with my car looking even better than it did before the egg and I had it washed the day before. Well the service is ok. But I’mHighly disappointed that my passenger window tint started to come off now I’m forced to pay. Due to the misplacement is my warranty. But I had my receipt to prove I had my car done. But it is what it is. I’ll just get this redone and never come here again

I called ahead to schedule an appointment for 2pm, person on the phone said ok and to come in at that time. I showed up 15 minutes early. I waited in the office with the other 4 guys working there (who was on their phones) until 3:10pm, no one said anything to me. I decided to leave and go get it done somewhere else. I made an appointment for 2, expecting that time slot to be open for me. Unorganized and unprofessional

I went to get my car tinted the guy took forever they told me 1 to 2hrs my car was there till they closed then the guy who did my tint put the tint over the inspection stickers then gonna say I didnt tell him to take them off so Im like how am I gonna get my inspection when they run out? Took them 3 days to fix!not to mention my drivers window started peeling and I have the paper stating I have 1yr warranty and when I brought the car back they acted as if they didnt want to fix it and there where 3 guys just standing behind the glass on they phones not doing anything. This was one of the worse places Ive had to deal with there prices where cheaper than other ppl but I guess I got what I paid for cheap service to! Never again will I recommend or even mention this place!

I came across this place on Instagram. Made an appointment to get my windows tinted while I wait. I had a good 1st experience, everyone was friendly and the price was good. My next experience came when one of my uber passengers vomited in my car. I was able to bring the car in the next day to have it cleaned. Still a good experience. I got my car back and it was clean and it smelled good, the seats looked great. Fast forward to a few days later and the smell of vomit came back. I ended up having to use carpet powder to keep the csr a lottle fresh sincr the smell was terrible. So I reached out to the company and I believe the owners direct contact so that I could bring the car back in. That was to no success, even though normal response time is quick. So the next day I just showed up. When I got there I was able to speak to someone who eventually helped me up, but here is where my Im never coming here again comes in at.. the company owner refused to acknowledge my concern or even acknowledge me all together. He made someone else help me, who by the was was very kind and understanding. And then I was charged again to get my seats cleaned, and was told i was given a courtesy wash.. So I ended up paying well over $200 which initially included a tip. Im disappointed because the owner of the company should have been more willing to help me out, and not just stand there with his face balled up because I came back for quality assurance. Too, I really did like this place and was telling my friends about it. I only hope that if this review is read, the company owner will be more understanding to his cusomers and be willing to help them out when the job isnt done correctly without charging the customer again. As an uber driver I had made up my mind to visit once a week for a car wash, and I know losing 1 customer may not be a big deal, but i called my friends that i initially recommended this company to and told them my experience and not to go. I think that this is something that can be changed and take care of because its about keeping customers happy and wanting to come back, not just the initial visit.... and this is what my issue was.
