Best mechanic in Philadelphia. I recently had a small issue with my car. John fixed that problem and found a few other minor issues while looking at my car. Fixed them and didnt even charge me. Where else would you find that? Highly recommended

I have a Jeep Cherokee Sport 2000. For 6years I couldnt pass inspection. My check engine light was on and I had a loud knocking sound from my engine when I drove. Other mechanics would claim they could fix these problems and charge me an exuberant amount. The problems were never fixed. John and his team( Brian) listen to me and didnt rip me off. Love these guys.

John and his team are the best mechanics in South Philly 100% honest mechanics and he remembers people very well constantly asking me about my newborn child I just had. Will ask how my mom and everything and he never even met her he just flat out cares about family and making everything correct and not breaking your pockets. He is a must go to person for all ur car needs.

Had to get a power mirror replaced, and went here. Got help directly from John. He had the replacement mirror ordered and there in 2 days, and then replaced my mirror in less than 5 minutes. Would absolutely recommend for speedy and solid work.

When I first encountered the owner of Accu-tune, I had 2002 Chevy Malibu with over a 100k miles on it. I walked in confident that I knew exactly what my vehicle needed.I walked in told the John(the owner) that I needed a tune - up.He looked me right in the eye and said No you dont he then proceeded to repair the real problem with my car and it cost me $200 less than I had planned on spending.I have been coming to John & Accu-tune for many years since then.Hes never over charged me for a part /has always put factory parts back into my cars.I can not recommend him or his shop to enough people.If you are in the Philadelphia region and have a car, and you need repairs.. Johnnie Flowers is not only a highly-skilled, knowledgeable and consummate professional, by far he has the highest integrity of any mechanic I have encountered since I’ve been driving. Added to that he is friendly, kind, and respectful and keeps in close communication during the repair process.I have a 2003 Toyota 4-Runner that looks brand new and in 16 years the only repairs I ever needed were to replace windshield wipers, replace one set of tires and brakes once. Imagine my surprise that I lost my master cylinder less than an hour after exiting I-95 and losing all my brakes.My first order of business was to go straight to the source - the Toyota dealership where I bought this pre-owned certified car. Toyota of Turnersville wanted $6,000 for the repairs and what they really wanted to do was sell me a new car.I then explained the situation to the mechanic where I’ve been getting my car inspections, and he declined the work saying it was too complicated.From the outset Johnnie was caring and kind and explained that he could find a used master cylinder from a colleague he has completely trusted for 30 years.In the course of getting the car towed twice, my battery ended up going dead. I explained to John that I’ve been buying batteries from AAA, was finding that they rarely lasted two years and I couldn’t understand why. Johnnie explained that AAA sells batteries with Korean components and they are not built to last. Finally, someone was honest enough to explain the truth.I cannot recommend AccuTune more highly ... if there were 10 stars to give, I would. Johnnie is not only my new mechanic, but now my family’s as well. Integrity, compassion, caring and respect ... attributes that are sorely lacking in today’s world.

I can not kick myself enough for not knowing sooner about this place and Johnny! I called since I saw their reviews and decided to just “ask” around as my car as been making me restless the past few months and worse the past week. The fact that Johnny picked up bright and early on a Monday morning and had a sense of humor was good customer service off the bat! He offered to check my car out right away, took no more than 20 minutes to tell me the issues, offered what I thought was a reasonable price for everything and called within 4 hours! This might be the best garage Ive ever taken a motor vehicle to. John and his staff fix only what is necessary and charge very reasonable fees for very high quality service. Im a bit of an apprehensive car owner and Im always assuming theres something wrong when there isnt or the problem is minor. Once Again an Absolutely Tremendous job done by Accutune. Our spare car was in for inspection & maintenance. I always recommend Accutune to anyone for any repair or maintenance. 4/15/2020.I have used Accutune for repair and for about 10 years until 2004. Always a great job done by Accutune. I moved north of the city and used local shops when needed for convenience. Boy I paid that price for sure. I spoke with them about my 2 vehicles. 1 needs diagnosis and repair and the other just maintenance. I picked up the car that was in for maintenance and inspection. Note it is a 27 year old cavalier. this car runs 100 times better than it did before I brought it to Accutune. It needed a starter. No issue there and it was suggested to replace the motor mounts. I approved the repair. the car has never run this smooth. it starts easier. These are without a doubt the best of the best when to comes to Philadelphia mechanics. I have dealt with all different types over the years. They are the most accurate, caring and honest business I have ever dealt with. It is worth the extra distance to go to Acctune. I get my vehicles back better than when I brought them in. Just a small to say thanks for all the help Accutune provided me and my friends vehicles.
