Condor is my go to to service they never failed me.

I had called the lady that picked up the phone was very unprofessional. The cab never came I called a half hour and called again an hour later. She would pick up and say I’ll send another message and hang up. By looking at the other reviews. It was said that it’ll be addressed but obviously it’s not because it’s happening continuously.

I called and the told them my pick up and drop off location safe said ok and hung up I call back to confirm he got it and she goes to say “you just called you will get a text” and hung up before I foul even ask how long very rude and unprofessional

This service is a complete rip-off I paid $90 to be picked up and dropped off at multiple locations they stopped and still charging me for a bathroom break that they asked for also was having me wait a long period of time. It was two people Puerto Rican people in the car they played loud music the whole time ask me personal questions they played about kidnapping me I do not recommend anyone I mean anyone the service then they have the audacity to give me their personal phone number to call again the car was luxury and nice inside but the people were very unprofessional and could barely speak English I do not recommend anyone to use the service if you feel as though you need to there are better options worst experience Ive ever had with a cab company

Dispatch frequently hangs up on you, simply says yeah after you call and describe where you are.
