Rented a white Dodge Avenger from them on 1/8/21. Car was hasten to start car needed a muffler and head light was out. All this for $85 a day what a joke. Called the lady who doesn’t even have a name explained to her the issue she told me to bring the car back first thing in the morning which I did at around 10:30 to switch me onto a 2011 impala. She also told me she was gonna take $5 of because of the issue with the first car which I would be charged only $85. Monday the second car started over heating. I called her to explain she told me to pull over let the car cool down and try to drive it to see if it still over heats. Did that and it still was nearing to the hot indicator. She then asked me to take it to a gas station to have someone put antifreeze in it because the engine has air in it. Did that car was still over heating. So I explained that to her and also explained that I’m not gonna keep playing around with the car because next thing you know I would of been blamed for anything else that would have gone wrong. So she told me the mechanic would come to pick it up. So I locked the car up and left. I called her today and told her I would be dropping the key off she she immediately says the mechanic drove the car for a hour and a half back to the location with no problems. So if the mechanic was able to drive why wasn’t I. Keep in mind I was way out Reading Pa. Then she goes on to say oh I don’t know maybe you didn’t want to return the car I’m not sure. But if I didn’t want to return the car they wouldn’t have the car now. Any excuse like the other customers said to keep ya deposit. All this inconvenience and charging $90 a day for a car that not only stalled but reeked like smoke. What a joke this place is. SB if you don’t pay they will threaten to report the car stolen. Now I see why it’s a cash rental only. No bank would ever allow any debit card transactions to a place like this.

I wouldn’t give this place no stars ..the lady at the front told me I couldn’t get my money back because I didnt want the car for The Whole time .. she told me I could bring the car back but I won’t get my money back..DO NOT RENT FROM HERE..they take ur money!!!! Customer service is very rude and unprofessional.

Lights was defected horn didn’t work and then I was accused of smoking in the car right after I cleaned it. They are rip offs seriously. And on they refuse to give me back my deposit. Only star they deserve is for having a car to rent.

This place is a scam!!! They tell you that you will receive a $200 deposit after you return a rent a car and they will never contact you back for your deposit. They have trackers on all the cars! DO NOT RENT HERE! It’s illegal. Called the store about the problem and was constantly hung up on and calls were ignored

I had a good experience, some people just want to have something bad to say about them, just do the right thing and you will get your 200 deposit back just like I did.

Total scam. I was charged $50bfrom my deposit because the rude obnoxious clerk claimed i returned the car dirty. When i asked for proof she shows me photos before i rented the car and the photo was the car seat and then she shows mebphotosbof the floor board for the after photo. She called me a liar at one point. Now when i rentex the car it was filthy. I will be calling the manager tomorrow as well as the better business bureau. There was no mention of returnu g the car clean anyway. Total scam just to rip me off $50.

Seemed shady location was incorrect on maps and wanted to keep deposit for 2 weeks after I would drop off the car and they said it is cash only when there is a thing for the credit card there.

Rented a brand new Nissan Altima during the time when my car was in repair shop. Very friendly staff!
