Pooooor poor service. Paid for full size sedan ...tried to give me a beat up Hyundai car. When I said I want a refund the gave me a Camry....still not full size. If not for the wedding in which I needed the car for I would have walked away. Still charged me for a full size vehicle and never refunded any money. Never again!

Very good customer service.. I experience a slow leak that i wasnt aware of when i first got the vehicle. They immediately wanted to switch the vehicle. Because of the amount of suitcases i had i agreed to have them replace the tire and it was a smooth transaction... Thank you Enterprise... I will rent again
I would give them a 0 if i could. The agent i spoke to is horrible. I was denied a car, that i have reserved for the labor day long weekend. I arrived the airport at 11:45 PM on Friday night, and have made a reservation at 12:OO AM. Upon reaching the rental agency, the agent said she cannot give me a car because i have a limited term license. I have been using enterprise for over 5 years now, and i was never denied based on this reason. They asked me to either wait till everyone else gets their car or find any other way. This was at 12:30AM in the night, when i had to ask my mom to wait outside in the cold, running from agency to agency, calling people to see if they have rental cars available. I had a valid license that showed an expiration date, my full name, and it showed that there were no restrictions on my license. Later they asked me if i carried my passport to see my visa. Didnt know that the agents working here were part-time under cover immigration officers. I escalated the matter, and i am expecting an answer from whoever is in charge of this location.
I always choose Enterprise for rental cars when I travel.The service is excellent and the staff is friendly and efficient.If I have any issue they are quick to resolve it and make it right.But mostly, its in and out, which really helps when traveling requires not so dependable arrivals and departures.
Im only giving this experience 2 stars for the car. It was a nice car. The rest was far from what Im used to. I will never rent with them in PA again. Horrible service, no one knows anything, people have no respect and let others receive service though others were already waiting ahead. And to top it off, they accused me of stealing the key, though I was left running when I left. Taxes and fees they dont tell you about or even estimate for you... Almost couldnt even get my rental cause it was almost $300 more with the insurance, taxes and extra fees. My initial total was $350. I ended up paying $601 at the counter... A deposit of $100 was charged as well that they dont tell or warn you about. If you go through a secondary service and get insurance, beware cause Enterprise acts like they cant see it and make you get theirs also. Ill just go with Hertz Next time.
Good customer service but product was not executed. Took longer than expected to get my rental. They had to verify my return ticket with the airline in order to get me a rental when I had my return ticket in hand, on the app and in email. Manager needs to do a better job knowing what’s legit and what’s not.
Good, clean, up to date dependable transportation !The vehicles are a bit cost prohibited ! My visit in Phila. Lasted two days beyond my rental agreement ! I was forced to turn my unit in early (2) days due to cost considerations and utilize public transportation ! I hope and pray there will be an decrease in the very near future!Thanks
I had to wait at the counter for at least 5 minutes because no one was there. After waiting, the cashier barely said two words to me, told me to sign, and then told me to go outside. I asked about getting an EZ pass, and I was told I didnt need one because all of the tolls took cash. Then I went outside, and the guy was super busy and told me to take any full size, which I did. I left the lot, and when I got to the first toll, they didnt take cash. In fact, no toll I went through took cash. I would expect that a rental car employee should know what the surrounding tolls take. In any case, I dont know how I pay for the tolls, I hope that I dont get charged a zillion dollars for late tolls based on information from a half-engaged employee.
There was no waiting. We rented the car at the airport. It was quick and easy. The car was clean and I appreciated the prefill for gas. It was actually cheaper to do it that way. Like everything else, prices have gone up, but thats the way it is.
The car was terrific once we got it. We reserved a mini van for a trip to handle certain number of people and luggage. Upon arrival to pick up the car at PHL airport there were no mini vans! Trying to find the Enterprise entrance along the rental strip also presented a challenge and we had to circle around a few times.While the representative was extremely accommodating and he did make good on a reduction in our rental costs for us waiting so long, we had to wait for about 30 or more minutes for the car.It was well worth the wait though and we appreciated all the representative did for us to make us happy and make the mini van happen. The van was brand new and got great gas mileage and was spacious enough to handle 5 adults and luggage for 10 days!Nice job on making things right for the customer! For that alone I would use and highly recommend Enterprise.
First f150 I picked was horrible, stained cloth seats, dirty and smelled like pot. When I told the staff they were not too worried and said go pick another. The replacement RAM was pretty nice, Both were stripped down models, wish they were more optioned.
Was a hectic day at PHL Airport rental site. One employee working the lot for returns and rentals. He kept pace, was pleasant & efficient, directing customers accordingly.The car was in good shape, ran smoothly and life was good.

Needed a last-minute car rental otherwise I would of been rendered stranded. Enterprise was the only service desk available due to the early hours I needed a car. The customer service staff were funny but because I did not book online it caused issues. I was given one car which reeked of cigarette smoke and was clearly not cleaned from the previous user. I was then given a second car which I had to turn back in immediately due to there not being a registration sticker. Finally, I was given a third car which also had a horrible stench to it and had crumbs everywhere, before this could even be addressed, the manager left me at the gate with the car before I could even look at it. The car functioned fine but after being given three cars I was hoping to not get stuck with one that smelled so bad for the entire week I needed it.
Rented a “specialty car” from the philadelphia airport Alamo Enterprise car rental location and was truly impressed with the cheerful courteous and professional customer service provided by Ashley Reese at the counter. I requested a one way vehicle but this detail was somehow omitted in my original reservation request. She quickly amended for the omission and even better, saved me additional $300 on my invoice - what a great start to my vacation! Give them all a raise. Many thanks!!
Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the airport is about 40% higher or so compared to other enterprises. Most people do not know when you werent at the airport the fees are so much higher. Let me let you know there is another Enterprise by the airport approximately 2 mi away to where you do not pay the airport fees etc etc it is so much cheaper and you save tons of money. At least check out the other rental place on Google search. Im sure you will agree it was much cheaper. Even though the rental car place at the airport is nice and professional but Id rather save the money. It is a quick $6 ride from the airport to the second location off the airport property.
Dishonesty! DONOT RENT FROM THEM!If I could give 0 to this location, I will. I’ve been renting National for a while. Most of the other locations will check the car with you and make sure all damages are marked. But this one didn’t. And they just told me to get any car I want from that size area. After 5 days, I’ve been driving really carefully. Today I returned it, and a guy just went around the car told me everything is fine. So I came to the airport. But when I get to the airport, some girl called me told me there is some ding-rocker panel and other little issues which I didn’t know at all. Anyway, very unpleasant experience and I will never rent from them or any other National locations again. And I definitely will remove them from our company’s vendor list.

I flew in super early the morning of May 7. The minute I walked out the door of the airport the Enterprise van was driving by. It was perfect timing. The driver, whose name I regret I didn’t get, was super friendly and I enjoy chatting with him. Upon arrival at The check in location, I was directed to Will Miller. Oh my goodness, this young man deserves a raise! When I told him I was from St. Louis he exclaimed that that was where your headquarters are. He seemed genuinely enthusiastic about working for your company. Those types of employees are hard to find these days. Keep up the great work Will! I hope you make it to St. Louis, as an Enterprise executive, someday!
Car was great. Very clean & I loved that they give you an extra clorox wipe pack to do an extra clean up yourself too. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5star rating is because it was very expensive for a weekend rental.
The gentleman at the counter, Nixon, was very nice and professional. He was personable and went above-and-beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The lack of a star is due to one of the young ladies on the lot not knowing how the accessories in the car worked. I was able to fix it myself, however.
I would like to give Kudos to the Airport Enterprise team, especially a young lady by the name of Aarin Duncan, she was so professional, courteous and accommodating, she ensured that I was in a car quickly and showed me how everything worked. I have rented from 3 other Enterprise facilities and this one thanks to Aarin was by far the best. Thank you for my experience, will continue to use Airport Enterprise
The car I got i wasnt happy with to much play in the steering and Ill dont recommend anyone to this company cost more money to change drop-off place then to rent the car. I am very dissatisfied with them also I have a lot of points from using this company and was refused to use them.
I rented at the Philadelphia Airport location for five days. The counter clerk recommended I purchase the Toll Pass without informing me I was just renting the Toll Pass so I wouldnt have to stop at the toll booths and pay cash and that I still would have to pay for the all the tolls. He emphasized it was just $15 for the whole rental period. This gave me the impression that all the tolls would be covered for as long as I rented the car. I consider this underhanded sales tactics.
Very helpful once we arrived but a bit understaffed once inside.Had a bus right there to take us to the cabby area! Car was great for us and would use then again! Online reservations were easy and thorough and very flexible since we changed our plans after putting our original reservation in.Great job yall! Thank you!
What a wonderful experience during a very difficult time. The car we reserved was onsite, it was in excellent condition and we even paid a reasonable price for what we wanted. I would rent again and again from Enterprise.

I have used Enterprise many times before and they always deliver. Everything went well no problems to report.
The check-in process was littered with issues. The credit card scanner was not working properly. I took more than a few minutes to correct the issue, which was having another person check me in. Beyond that, the car was fine and worked well.
Profesional/respectful staff at this location especially Ashley. After having issue with Hertz (Fairless Hills,PA) we needed to find a rental for a family trip and needed something for 6 adults. This Enterprise location was very helpful and came through quickly. However, the vehicle we got ended up have mechanical problems, which forced us to have to swap vehicles. The replacement vehicle needed to have the brake light bulbs replaced while we were traveling. Roadside assistance wanted us to do another swap, which I refused and suggested reimbursement ($8) for me to just replace bulbs and they said I would need prior approval. Roadside & customer service representatives were not helpful at all. If this review was for those services it would be 1 maybe 2 stars. The in person staff at Philadelphia Airport were very understanding and helpful with everything we had been through. Ashley was great and very professional, regardless of how upset I may have acted over everything. Thanks for making our trip happen and making things right.

My husband and I needed a luxury vehicle and Corey at PHL Enterprise took very good care of us! Even when we wanted the vehicle cleaned again, he drove it in personally. Here’s the kicker he was already off the clock when he helped us! His co-worker and manager were tied up so he jumped right in to prevent us from waiting long. Thank you again Corey!
Super easy, only took minutes and was given a cute little car that had all kinds features! Some were vibrating steering wheel if you crossed the line, back up camera, and lights that blinked if someone came up beside you making sure you didnt try to change lanes. Excellent features to have on a rental car. People are use their own cars and driving a car that isnt your own is a little uncomfortable at times - scary. Great idea!

I have been renting from enterprise for the play 7 years and never encountered an issue at any locations until this airport. I had accidentally left my cc home and was not worried because I knew the debit card policy. Upon arrival i was denied the vehicle because the dates and time of my itinerary flying back out did not match with the reservation. Mindju (the rep altered my reservation may times with no issue at other locations).Anyway i was told that i had to edit the reservation myself i said ok no problem. however the system would not allow me to. Long story short I was out of a vehicle and had to lyft to my destination which was $96 because no other agencies had cars available. I was told by the manager it was nothing she can do. which i knew it wasnt her fault but she also stated that (this airport is very strict and policy is different from others and high risk smh what an awful experienceI have use enterprise at 11 other airport locations and never had an issue id never consider this location and dot recommend
This was my first experience renting a car and Enterprise made the experience so easy. From booking online, to the excellent, quick service on pick up and return, everything was perfect! The customer service representatives were welcoming and helpful. We were thrilled with our experience and will absolutely use Enterprise again for our rental needs.

The process itself was easy enough but they wouldn’t let me use the coupon code that we made the reservation under because the reservation was under my name and it was from my boyfriend’s employer- it was extremely frustrating because it cost us an additional $150 - my boyfriend was also traveling with me but he wasn’t driving and not listed on the reservation. There was no statement to that effect when when made the reservation but they would not honor it.
Wow outstanding as usual, front desk was great efficient. Car was just what we ordered. We have used Enterprise forever and they never disappoint.
Took me legitimately an hour and a half to get to a reserved car and get off the lot. Shuttle took forever to come so there were a million people waiting snd it was packed full. Then got to the rental car center and there was no one at the counter. Finally get checked in and you’re supposed to have someone outside take you to your car. No one there. Finally get the car and there’s one checkout/exit lane open with 10 cars stacked up. Horrific service don’t rent here if you have somewhere to be any time this millennium.
Upon arrival at Alamo car rental, Mr Yosef Yacob provided the upmost and professional customer service. Mr Yacob was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained all details about the vehicle rented. I look forward to returning.
Dishonest. Do not rent from this location. I have happily rented from Enterprise for the last 15 years. However recently, I had the unfortunate luck to rent from this location. The provided me with a car with damage from a previous rental. When I pointed it out, the agent put his damage sizer card and declared that the damage was not significant and I need not worry. Despite the navigation system they provided not working, it was otherwise a satisfactory rental. Until I turned it in and the receiving agent, who appeared to have more tattoos of knives and guns on his arms than hairs on his head accused me of causing the damage I had pointed out to them. I have always enjoyed Enterprise and am very sad to have had this experience. Obviously I will not be renting from this or any other Enterprise location and have removed Enterprise from my company’s list of approved vendors based on my personal experience. Very sad and unfortunate.
Mary Wester is amazing! She was kind, courteous, and accommodating! She personalized my experience by asking questions around my stay. When I told her it was my first time to Philadelphia, she suggested places to eat and told me about the liberty bell and touristy stuff to see. I appreciated her insight because she was a local giving me the inside scoop of a place I’ve never been before. What stood out to me the most about her is that she treat me like just another guest, she treated me like I was her brother visiting from a different state. She treated me like family and that was pretty awesome!!
I had a great experience with Enterprise! They checking in process was speedy and the people were patient and kind. I ended up returning the car a few days earlier and it was not a problem. I was expecting to pay what I was quoted but they adjusted the price, for which I was very grateful. I will most definitely be using them again in the near future.
Beware! If you are a person with a debit card..... just forget it now, you wont be accepted here. This place dont accept debit cards like other Enterprises?!And if you do have a credit card...Cool.You better have a card with at least a 800 to 1200 credit limit (or more). Because you have to pay a 400 deposit and then you have to pay the fee for the rental, then you have to pay an additional 20% and it all has to be on one credit card.So beware using EXPEDIA or any other car rental sites connecting you to this specific location. They will turn you away quicker than you can say enterprise. Thats what they did to me!Hello! And the dude at the front desk with his little mask on was just looking at me, he didnt care to help me, or look into what went wrong, he was just starring..... Looking.... I dont get it.The thing that annoys me is how other enterprise locations accept debit cards and even cash! But this place dont?Even expedia was perplexed when I told them what happened. Because when I initially reserved the car it said on the site enterprise will accept my debit card.It was just a horrible experience that I wanna forget.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I booked my uncle a car, they gave his reservation to someone else. Then the girl went and ran and hid and no one spoke to us until I finally said to go find a manager. Then when we finally found someone, they told us they can’t get him into a car until WE booked another reservation online. Then the girl who took us to the car was so rude and snappy. Please avoid ever going to this place. I have never made a negative review but this experience was so bad I just had to. I work at enterprise and I would rather go to another company next time I go to Philly. That’s saying a lot !
All-Star weekend had things very busy. Customer service still did an excellent job! The airport is already fast-pace, but they still got me in and out. Only reason you can’t get 5 stars, the outside of my vehicle was filthy. I had a luxury SUV. The inside was spotless. I expected the same of the outside too. No one can see the inside when I drive by. The service was great during pick-up and drop-off. That was greatly appreciated. Especially after my experience with your competition!
The entire experience was a breeze. Not only was the agent who assisted me, amazingly professional, but also very courteous. The car was immaculate and seemingly cleaned in preparation for me. I’ve rented from enterprise a lot, but this hands down has been the best experience yet. I highly suggest the Philadelphia Airport Enterprise location.
I appreciated the variety of available vehicles but the customer service representatives were cheeky to the point of borderline rudeness, performed the absolute bare minimum every time, and for weeks continued charge my credit card without giving me any info/details about the charges nor an opportunity to use another form of payment. What was originally going to be a $130 rental turned into a $1000 nightmare, and the reps at Enrerprise allowed me to continue making costly oversights without offering up any guidance and kept charging my same credit card without permission or affording me an opportunity to use a different card.
Will never rent from here again. I received the vehicle Sunday 6/6 and did the usual walk around where I pointed out stuff but was told didn’t fit the standard for marking, no problem. Returned the vehicle on 6/10 and that’s where it went bad. They guy walking around for the check in came out and walked around the vehicle but then said the passenger side quarter panel was sprayed painted! I thought it was a joke but they started to fill out a claim ticket and the young lady said well the paints faded. That sounds like a manufacturer’s problem to me and I can’t believe the false claims they through out. Beware when they say that small damage is nothing cause they are clearly lying. Walk around the vehicle and point out everything if you want to rent from there. As for me I will never go to another enterprise again. I wish I could include the picture in this review because you can see the paint is the same on adjacent parts.
So far i havent had any issues with this location, they are my go to for when i travel back to Philly since Ive moved, from the shuttle rides from the airport, the speedy car rental service and the convenience of dropping the car off even if i have to catch an early flight i never had any issues with them. Loving staff and cars are always nice, clean and full

Easy to book rental, prompt service both getting and returning car at airport complete with shuttle service. They however did not have the size car I had originally requested/reserved. The substitute was only adequate.

So I rent the car and while I am talking to the agent she asks me do I want any toll pass! I was like ok because I knew about the toll bridges etc! What she didn’t tell me was the $3.95 per day ( $11.99) total was for the device not only with helping with the COST OF THE ACTUAL TOLLS! 🤯 so imagine my surprise when I ended up with a bill for tolls from my trip of $22. You need to train your staff in how to better explain things to them

Excellent experience renting at PHL. Smiles everywhere, I was greeted immediately and at the counter within 2 minutes. At the counter, their system found me right away and I was walking to my car and on my way in under 5 minutes. As a walk-up-and-grab-any-car member with another brand, I was SO happy and surprised by my experience with Enterprise - and I would not hesitate to use them again.
We went in at the right time. Not even 1 min after getting in line it was quite chaotic. There was one line at enterprise to help all the other rental car agencies. Other than that it was a fairly smooth process. Thank you.
This was a very bad experience with enterprise car rent I have been a loyal customer for over 30 year as I travel in and out the country the young lady who waited on me had no customer service skills I ask her to note all the damages on the car she was like ever time I try to point out something she just said its already noted which I did not believe her so I ask for enough car she said this the only one we have then I bring the car back and enterprise ask me did I do the damage I told them no they said some one would be calling me in 48 hours no one called I receive a email telling me I have to file someone else damages on my insurance I will be call them in the morning because I have never been treated like this with this company and I am very very disappointed and hopefully we can resolve this matter so everyone can be happy Can someone please follow up with me Thank you in advance

I rented a intermediate car and was given a compact. To top it off it was a smoked in car. Didnt notice until we parked it and came back to it and it smelled strong. Didnt know they allowed smoking in rental cars.

Rented from the Philadelphia airport. Process to get the shuttle from the airport pick up location to the Enterprise car lot was very easy. The Enterprise representative was very professional and made getting the rental very seamless. The car I got was very nice, clean inside and out, and ran well during my rental. Price was reasonable. No problems whatsoever. I will rent from Enterprise again.

I used this location on a trip to the Philadelphia area this week. Made the reservations online prior. The line was long upon arrival but moved quickly. Great selection of vehicles. Customer service was outstanding and the employees that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to and from was a breeze. Returning the car was a quick and easy process. The signs are clearly marked and easy to follow. I highly recommend this location and looking forward to using them on return trips to see my family.
It was pretty busy but when I was seen it was easy to get from the counter to selecting my vehicle and out the gate. Returning was just as smooth; quick and efficient.

This is the worst branch I’ve ever been to from enterprise. There was an emergency and I had to switch vehicles; I originally had a premium vehicle and the manager switched me to the most basic car possible. The exchange process was ridiculous and inconvenient; I will never rent from here again and I’m gonna make sure that none of my employees ever rents here either. The absolute worst!
I like using enterprise as they always quote the rate that I pay and the staff are very nice my only gripe is I have rented twice from Philadelphia to have to tire warming light come on during my rental stay .. I think enterprise needs to make sure to check tire pressure every time before renting a vehicle
The service was a little rocky at first but they rebounded well. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. And th drop off was easy. The price was 100$ more than originally quoted and Im still not sure why but I really needed it so it is what it is.

Catching the shuttle from the airport to Enterprise rental was fast and easy. Even though there was a line at the counter, it moved quickly. It took us about 20 minutes from collecting our luggage to driving out of the airport in our rental. Chris the attendant was friendly and professional. The drop-off at the end of our trip took only 8 minutes between driving into the return lot to walking into the airport!Enterprise is great! I especially love that even if I only rent a car every 2 - 3 years my reward points dontexpire, theyre still there for me to add to. Enterprise is definitely the new Hertz for me and my family!
Just rented a car at the Philadelphia Airport. was expecting a lengthy process. IT WASNT!! Super easy to get to the rental terminal. Super easy to get back. And, a Rental Car gave me so much more freedom when visiting family. And the price was reasonable.

I am so outrage with enterprise. I called enterprise Thursday to get a rental no cars available online. I contacted customer service and they also said no cars available so I checked back on Friday same thing. So I decided to go to the enterprise at Philadelphia Airport the same location I was inquiring about Thursday and Friday to see if they had vehicle Lord and behold they had a whole bunch of cars. Here my problem i am a enterprise reward member and wanted to use my point to get my free rental I could not do that because I they said I had to do it online hello how can I do it online when it says you all dont have any vehicle. They said maam Im sorry theres nothing we can do about it. So because I really needed a vehicle I had to pay double in price from what I wouldve paid online. This is not acceptable. Definitely not a happy camper....
Efficient service, great cars.. ! Definitely will be renting from enterprise again .
WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!! This location tries to bill you for scratches done by previous renters. Funny thing is they know exactly where to look when they walk up to the car. Almost like the bill for the same scratches everytime it comes in and out. So sad that employees feel the need to treat customers this way.
Some of the staff was kind of rude. I had a person that didn’t explain anything to me or asked me if I wanted anything like to pay for fuel in advance, didn’t explain if it was certain mileage, toll fees or anything that I could have added. Also didn’t give me my free upgrade on my rental but other than that my car was great and cleaned really well
Nice office and helpful people. Got a newish clean rental. Rasha was great and very helpful with my reservation. I recommend this office over the others in the NJ area.
Good rental car experience. The Enterprise team was professional, efficient, and safe. The Philadelphia facility was clean. There was a little confusion due to covid with several rental car companies sharing the same buses and office space, but was easy to figure out. The car was nice, new and very clean. I will use Enterprise again!
The only bad thing about this place is that now a days they hold 400 security deposit which can complicate things if you dont have a credit card with a lot of money like my case. A year or 2 years ago it used to be 200 and lately they raised it up. I recently booked with Hertz because they had no cars that day and Hertz only require 200 security deposit. Looks like I might have to start using Hertz because of the high security deposit
The car smells cigarette smoke like when I first open the trunk to put my luggage. Had to go to a wedding i open the windows to air out but cigarettes smoke was deep in the seats and carpet. I car back to exchange in the city for my wedding i was going to and 5 days later Ive still Not received any car back from anybody from enterprise and the car clearly had 2 labels on the radio that said No Smoking. Apparently preparing the car for the next customer and smelling the smoke in it did not matter to them to deep clean before making available for the next rental. Im asking Not to be charged for this rental
