But, after dropping my car off at the auto body shop another tow truck company towed my car off of the lot who was going to repair it! 😑😒 But Ron, called the auto body shop for me and the towing company and showed them proof of my tow and had them bring my car back to where they found it free of charge. I recommend this company for their work ethic and humanity and honesty. Definitely go with this company when thinking about getting towed. They are honest and reliable. 💯

If immediate great services is important to you look no further than Hugh’s towing. About 6am on a Saturday I was stranded (West Chester PA) blocking someone’s driveway. Called numerous local towing companies suggested on Yelp but none even answered the phone. Because of the good reviews on Google I figured I’ll try Hugh’s towing (from Philadelphia) and not only did the owner arrive within an hour Ron also arranged for one of his drivers to take my vehicle from home (Blue Bell PA) to my mechanic (Broomall PA) on Monday. Hugh’s towing is the only towing company I’ll be using moving forward!!

This Tow servicer was very professional. My car was parked in a very tight and odd Philadelphia alley way and the rep was able to finesse moving it without any mishaps. My car broke down at 3pm on i295. I called Cadillac Roadside assistance, who set me up with Hughs towing. 1.5 hours in I reached out to Hughs to get an ETA on their arrival time. He told me to leave my car unlocked with the keys in it!!! My original wait time of 90 minutes turned into 4 hours! I reached back out to Roadside to have them cancel the tow and set me up with a new tow company.My wait time is now pushing 5 hours.While waiting for the second tow company to come, Hughs pulled up (The truck was all white and there was NOT a company name on the tow truck). They started to load my car, and when asked which tow company they were with, he said Hughs. My wife informed them that Roadside had cancelled that tow and we were waiting for a different tow company to come. The driver REFUSED to unload my vehicle. The owner of the company called me and asked what was going on. I informed him that Cadillac cancelled his tow and we were waiting for another tow company. He started yelling at me and telling me it was still active on his end, and it was a first come first serve basis and he was taking my car. I told him he would have to bring that up (the tow still being active in his computer) with Roadside Assistance, and that I did not give him permission to tow my car. He continued to yell, and I hung up the phone. His employee refused to unload my vehicle, assaulted my wife, and the cops were called. The driver eventually unloaded my car, all while the OWNER continued to call to harass me.Just when I thought it was over, the owner continued to call me the next morning!! I told him not to contact me again, and he continued to call/text. Completely unprofessional for someone who claims to be the owner.They are unpredictable, unprofessional, and a danger to women. They are running a shady business and I would not trust them. As soon as Roadside cancelled the tow, they arrived on scene within TEN MINUTES. I honestly believe they planned on stealing my car, remind you that they assumed my vehicle was left unattended.I am putting a complaint in with Cadillacs Roadside Assistance to have their tow company removed from their contract. I will also be reaching out to The Department of Transportation to have their contract with 295 revoked.Attached is a photo of the owner harassing me the next day. Based off of his Yelp reviews, this is not his first rodeo harassing women.

Great experience, Ron was dispatched from my insurance co for a tow and went out of his way to get a flatbed tow truck even after coming out with a regular tow truck because the flatbed was better for my car. Very professional, I hope to not need it, but if I do, I’d def call Hughs again!

AWESOME! Ron was able to get me out of a horrible situation. This was the fastest tow experience I’ve ever had in my life! From my call to them, picking up the car and dropping the car off where it needed to be. It was all done within 40 minutes! I was not with the car, Ron was very caring and let me know everything that was going on every step of the way by phone. He even went as far as to send me a picture of my car at its final destination. Amazing timing and above and beyond customer service. They will now be in my contacts in case I’m ever in need of roadside assistance again.

My wife needed her car towed from a shady shop and was worried the auto shop was going to do something to her car. She called and got a hold of Ron and explained the situation and they picked her car up and dropped it off at a better shop in under an hour. Never have I had a towing company get the car and bring it where it needed to go that fast. 40 min from time my wife called to when the car was dropped off. This one tow truck company told me that he could do it for $255.18, WHAT???? I called to just get an estimate and to see if they can cross the bridge? The young man said yes, I got super excited and asked how much and when he said only $80 dollars, okay say no more, I texted him my address for the pick up and drop off... I’m supper happy, he was fast, polite, answered my questions very respectful and also in a timely manner.Nobody wants to be stranded with a flat tire no gas or even locked out their car, but if this shall ever happen I would call this company before even searching or asking someone do they know any tow trucks..thank you again, I greatly appreciate your services!!!
