What a breeze they made registering and titling my car in a new state! I was dreading doing this because I figured Id never have the correct documents but it was so easy. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, no kidding. Super friendly and helpful service. The nice gentleman who helped me also gave me information on where to get my car inspected and how to apply for a residential permit. Plus its right next to a Dunkin donuts, so its perfect for grabbing a coffee. I highly recommend this place! I dont think I couldve had a better experience.

Terrible customer service. These guys are crooks. There were trying to force me to re register my vehicle when it wasnt needed just to get more money from me (almost 200). I just needed a new tag because mine was stolen. Went to organ tags and they did it and gave me a new tag right away for $85. Alex Auto tag is a joke.

Do not waste your time. The slowest working people I have ever seen. They also gave me the registration for another car! Who knows if they give my registration to others?

Went to them for Title transfer and registration. They were honest, fair, super polite, and very fast. Both the owner and guy at the counter couldn’t be more helpful. Took me about a half hour or so and I was all set! Top notch place!

Horrible service. Charged me 100$ for temporary tags when you should only pay 5$. Scammed me out of me of money then when i called for help they couldn’t assist me and told me more lies. Now i have to pay more money (50$) for a new title when they could have told me all i needed was the title in the first place. I was scammed and mislead. Will NEVER return or recommend this horrible place to ANYONE.

Ok, so I dont know anything about buying cars. Or registering them. Or insuring them. The proprietor at Alex Auto Tags knows a whole bunch about all that. Just bought a car and he walked me through the whole process. And he was super nice, too! He actually took the time to help me save money on my car insurance. And he had a very calm and welcoming presence about him. And he had a box of his sons old childrens books for sale for a quarter. The woman who sold me the car ended up buying one. Ha. I would totally recommend this place, even in sub-zero temperatures.

Excellent service, these guys really are a pleasure to deal with in an industry that makes you want to claw your eyes out. I had an issue where registration was delayed (it was absolutely PennDOTs fault), but they were right on top of it and resolved it almost immediately.

Since car registration and tags have been outsourced by PennDOT, one has no choice but to go to a third party to have these things done. When I moved from Jersey to Philly, Alexs Auto Tags were greatly helpful in getting me set-up. Plus, if you are driving they have a mini parking lot (and a Dunkin Donuts right next store in case you have to wait).
