This is the best place to fix your car for miles in any direction. Ezra is one of a kind and hes been doing this longer than youve been driving a car. His prices are low / fair, he or his wife answers the phone when you call with a problem and he doesnt make you wait weeks for an appointment or give you the runaround.Ezra especially likes older, pre electronics era cars, and will treat your reliable and beloved old beater of an auto right.

They will always fix your car for the cheapest amount they can possibly charge you. recommend taking your car elsewhere if you do not want the cheapest patch-up solution, definitely recommend taking your car here if it is, like mine, not worth sinking thousands into repairs. my car is still running far longer than she should be

Ezra has given us good service in the past. I do believe he is a skilled mechanic and expels good qualities. Unfortunately, after our last visit he accidentally charged our card twice the amount that was due, therefore zeroing out our account. He then claimed to have cancelled the order, but then demanded we pay him, but unfortunately there were no funds left. We waited 3 business days, but there was no movement on our account. After discussing with the bank it seemed the system had tried to charge us AGAIN. We went to visit Ezra to explain the situation and there was no compassion or accountability on his end. For all this trouble we expected to be compensated in some way, because ultimately this is his fault, and his responsibility to exemplify good customer service. After a intense discussion we had thought we had agreed to a lower price and I (an outside party) paid the correct amount using another card on hand. We do not have credit cards so this money is important to us.Then he told us there was still a balance because he “doesn’t like to negotiate “.Sure, perhaps naming a price that’s fair to all parties is not my decision to make, but he had agreed before running my card and then changed his mind afterwards.This is unacceptable in regards to a customer for a mistake that the business owner made. We are still waiting for the funds and it’s approaching a weeks time.I’m very disappointed with this service and will not be extending my business there, and I suggest that if you care about good customer service and your money you won’t either.

I used to go to Lei’s Auto until they vanished from the face of the Earth. Then I discovered Ezra’s which happens to even be closer to where I live, and I haven’t looked back. The people of this shop are honest, their prices are affordable, and they are all very friendly. Lei’s closure ended up being a blessing in disguise. I love this shop!

I broke down as soon as i got 10 min off the lot,i got in contact with ezras and crew, they met me in no time and fix the problem on the spot. The mechanic and the boss are very honest and willing to work with u,i was patient, they got me up and running in no time.I will be back i appriciate the help finding me a durable car.

He was flexible and timely...but really likes playing sympathetic and honest and then ripping you off. If youre a girl, he thinks you dont know how oil changes work, how much your really good quality oil costs (its just standard OW-20, man, cmon - that runs for $5 a quart in bulk; if youre truly paying $14 a quart you need to find a new supplier). And dont tell me youre not making labor costs when supplies add up to $30 tops and youre trying to charge me $75. Plus, if I ask you not to do a job that will run over $70 without calling me, dont make me call you 30 minutes before you close to ask what happened and find out youve already done the work without my permission. Oh, and good thing I called because if I hadnt found out that my car was ready on my own there was a convenient $25 overnight fee for cars not picked up.

I got a flat tire on my way into Philly. I first went to Meineke down the street, but they turned me away, saying they couldnt fix my tire until the following day. They directed me to Ezras. The guys there took care of me right away, and got me on my way in no time. They fixed it fast, cheap, and with quality service. The staff were super friendly, too! Really glad I went there.

Absolutely terrible experience! They charged me for two services that failed to correct the problem and were rude and dismissive. They refuse to guarantee their work and consistently raised the price from the agreed upon amount. Ezra, the owner, refused to address my questions regarding a previous repair because he had not been the mechanic who worked on the car. Two mechanics working at the shop told me I had been charged without having my car fixed.The one star rating is a formality. This shop should have zero.

I took my car to repair it. I paid 190$ for maintenance and it was not fixed. I took it back to the mechanic I was told that he is gone on a vacation and will be back in a month. After he came back, he did not fix it. I ll never take my car there again.

Strange garage. Went there a few times and no one was there to help. Only 1 mechanic and the shop owner. Waiting area is a mess. No certification sign posted. No price posted. Not rating the fixing ability, more of a review on the appearance of the place.

I love this place they fixed my marriage my tree and I are in love again we are finally able to settle down and start a family. My tree is about 1000000000000 years old but she is still able to get around and my lovely baby root is about 3 years old and I tried to park my mega oof then my car broke down in the middle of the road and a wild lil pump and a wild Logan Paul jumped on a news van and went into a forest and got sued by tubeyou
