Not trust worthy, be careful theyll recommend and may charge for not required services.I recommend staying with them to make sure they are working 100% on what they recommended.

My heater failed on a cold winters night. This company returned my call immediately and came out that very night. Once they diagnosed the problem they gave me two options. It was totally my choice what to do. I wanted a new heater and I was given a fair price. It was installed as soon as possible and without incident. The workers were efficient, friendly, and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend Hulls HVAC. In fact, I let them install a new AC system for me.

Jason was on time, addressed my issue and was completely transparent with me. Thank you for the professionalism and the quick repair! Very thankful to have heat again.

Rude and unprofessional. I paid $500 for AC service/maintenance just two weeks ago and got mansplained to about why my AC unit is not getting my house cooler because of an outside heat index. The person had zero information about what work was done and made no attempt to provide customer service. Whatever frustration this gentleman was dealing with, I hope he gets it resolved and stops taking it out customers.

This is a horribly run company, they started a job in the middle of a snow storm and then left our family member without heat for 2 days - they said they can’t finish the job because of the weather ! Then they came back and didn’t finish until 11 pm, when we asked to have a third party check the workmanship before payment, the owner came to the house in the middle of the night threatening a young couple that they better pay up or he’s ripping out the unit, ps it’s 20 degrees outside in the middle of a pandemic and this is how Hulls treats people ? Absolutely discussing behavior . The police needed to be involved ! I do NOT recommend using these people for any work in your home !

Jason the owner is a thief they took my wife for $350 never fixed anything and told her the system was a fire Hazzard. I got it fixed for $150 and the other company said the system just needs a cleaning in the spring. STAY AWAY HE IS A THIEF .....

Hull’s HVAC is a complete SCAM company. Our home warranty company assigned our claim to them, took 2 weeks for them to come out. They charged us $312 and said it wasn’t covered by HSA and that still couldn’t fix our AC unit and that they would submit back to HSA that the compressor was broken and it would need to be replaced. HSA requires the claim to be submitted within 48 hours of the service call, it took them 4 WEEKS to submit back. And when they finally did they wrote in the claim that the compressor broke due to poor maintenance, which is untrue since we’ve had our unit maintenances every year since we moved in. We have called over and over again over the last 4 weeks and now with HSA denying our claim due to the rationale provided by Hull’s and have not received a response. Finally Becky the office manager answered yesterday and told me the owner would call me back right away and still haven’t heard from him, I’ve followed up twice now. I want a refund for the work they performed that was all all lie!!! Unfortunately I see the reviews now that this is a common problem with them and that they are a complete scam.

I had an appt scheduled and they cancelled at the last moment and said the needed to reschedule. I did not hear back from them and was informed by the insurance company that another appt was scheduled however they did not show up for that one either nor was I notified it was even scheduled. Regardless they did not show up for a second time and no phone call to reschedule. The follow up was terrible and I will not work with this company in the future. I went with a different company.

Just wanted to share my positive experience with Jason Hull and his team as they repaired my HVAC unit in LESS than 24 hrs of my initial call in 20° weather.Jason walked me through the process, explained what was wrong with my unit and even gave me seversl tips on how to prevent it from happening again.I highly recommend that if your system needs repairs or simple maintenance you give Hulls HVAC a try.

Never ever ever ever forever hire this company! They puroposly scamed and trapped me. They did okay work, but the deceit was overwhelming.

Hulls was great. Jason Hull took my phone call after hours and was able to schedule repair for the next day. Im happy I called Hulls. Jason was a great guy and was able to get our AC Unig back up and running quickly. Thanks Jason!

Watch out for Hulls HVAC. Stay away from this company no matter how you come by them. They are not to be believed. They lied to me and my credit card company and is forcing me to reach out to the Better business bureau of Philadelphia and small claims court. Ken, The technician who was supposed to do the work and show up the next day was fired for telling me what the business practice was for home shield clients. Because cleaning was under maintenance and not repair, home shield would not cover it. He was instructed to tell me it just needed cleaning and a few pounds of coolant. He said it had no leaks. I made the mistake of believing him. Within several hours it stopped cooling. After contacting Hull they set up another appointment for the next day but no one ever showed up. They did not return my phone calls or texts. I contacted Ken and he told me he was fired and was never assigned the followup. I contacted home shield, reported the incident and made a formal complaint. They assigned another company who said it was never cleaned, and that it had a leak and repaired it under the insurance.Hull scammed me and my brother out of $300+ lied to me on the phone and scammed home shield insurance. Cannot say enough about the excellent service I received from Hulls HVAC. The initial phone call was answered in a very professional and courteous manner. The technician arrived on time and performed above the expected level of technical rrepair. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Judging by the other reviews, it looks like they scammed me too about needing my compressor coils cleaned.American Home Shield assigned this contractor to our claim for our broken HVAC system, so I did not have a choice in using this company. Because of incompetence on this companys part, my AC took a MONTH to get fixed during 2 heat waves (July-August). I had to constantly call to remind them that AHS needed the diagnosis report, then the part type (so that AHS could order it). More than half the time they would not answer the phone. I was also promised on at least 4 occasions, call backs that I never received. After 2 weeks they had a part delivered and came out, only to discover they gave the wrong information to AHS and thus ordered the wrong part. So I had to wait another two weeks for them to order the part. Dealing with this company is emotional draining, and mind boggling. Horrible customer service and horrible work. I went outside and noticed my AC unit was rattling. Turns out the technician they sent out didnt put two screws back into our unit. He had also bent the panel trying to get into it. So now one of the screws will no long be able hold the panel shut. Save yourself a headache and go with anyone else. This company is garbage.

Hulls is fantastic. Always responsive and knows what he is doing. We found him through our home warranty company and were worried because the home warranty company sent a ton of non-qualified HVAC techs out previously. Hulls was great! We stopped using our warranty company but continued working with hulls. Great people and they dont try to sell you on anything you dont need!Id recommend them to anyone!

Hulls HVAC is the BEST. I had a few guys out and they just tried to dell me everything under the sun. Jason actually took the time to inspect my system. he saved me thousands of dollars!!!!Ive already referred him to 4 people.

Jason was awesome!! He came out and checked everything from top to bottom. Was very professional, thorough and timely!! Even found out the problem. the original hvac guy, from another company, had installed a faulty tstat and jason also found a short causing the ac not to work. Thank you Jason!!

I used this company through my home warranty company. They installed a new central air conditioning unit onto the roof of my Condo 2 years ago after my old unit stopped working.Well, now it isn’t cooling. So, my home warranty company, American Home Shield, again contacted them for service since they are still used as a contractor. I and the company have repeatedly called them with no answer.No one ever answers the phone (it’s always a voice recording to leave a message). This company doesn’t follow up, doesn’t call back nor follows up on voice massages.I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else in Philadelphia! They don’t even have common decency to call you back...
