I have been dealing with Eric and his team for many, many years. When I have a need for a plumber, it is such a good feeling to know he is only a phone call away. These days it is not only difficult to find reliable and good service providers, youre sometimes just plain lucky to get them on the phone. Never with Eric. Zach, the tech, who came out to fix our drain outside in our backyard was prompt and arrived on time. He was professional and communicated in detail of what the problem was, what he needed to do and how long the work will be guaranteed for. Zach was very patient and pleasant in answering all our questions we had about the work that needed to be done. He even cleaned up, put everything and showed us a problem and told us how to prevent a situation from getting bigger. Ill use them again for future issues.

I had a faucet on my tub that went bad and called Gauruteed Plumbing around 10:30 am and they had little Jim out at 11:30 am. They had the job done before 1pm and they were great. The work was great and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Our sewer pipe was clogged and Guaranteed Plumbing came out quickly to clean it. We decided to get a video of the pipe and they came out the next day. It was apparent we needed our pipe replaced due to roots. They gave us a reasonable price considering they were at our house twice already.They handled the removal of a school sign from our sidewalk that needed to me removed before they could begin work. They were out a few days later. They sent a four man crew to the house who worked all day digging and replacing the pipe. They were neat and considerate of our garden area. They only broke up cement where necessary. I recommend using their services.Tip: be prepared for dust. Keep windows closed while they saw through cement. :)

I have used Guaranteed Plumbing and heating several times. I have been exceptionally pleased with the workers and the service they provided, so much that I have them on speed-dial. Just recently I needed a boiler replaced. Jim and Isiah showed up on the scheduled date and time and removed and replaced the old, non-functioning, outdated boiler. I am very pleased with the work that they did, and with the performance of the boiler. All of the workers that I have met are always polite, respectful and professional. Last week, the guys came over and replaced a leaky bathroom faucet, which was one that we were planning on replacing ourselves. My drain was clogged and water was filling up in the basement with every flush of the toilet and rinse cycle. I called around for help, but no one as available on a Friday evening. I found Guaranteed Plumbing on the Internet and gave them a call. My call was answered right away. The receptionist was very polite and professional. My situation was placed on the list for the most earliest convenience, which was early Saturday morning. The plumber called before he came. He was very professional and efficient. He came and assessed the situation and went to work to clear the drain. The plumber took approximately 15 minutes and my drain was open again. The process was fast, and I didnt have to go and rent a machine and hire some one to clear the drain. The price was amazing, plus I got a 30 day guaranteed. Awoke Saturday morning to a burst water heater and immediately called Guaranteed Plumbing who have been to my house in the past. On 12-8-20, early morning my heater stopped working, I was already dealing with a clogged kitchen drain, my shower was not working properly, I called Guaranteed Plumbing And Heating and I received a very helpful response and setup time from the office operator, 2 very honest and hardworking professional plumbers came out and gave very reasonable estimates and then performed great work on such short notice and timing but got a lot of work done. Cleaned up when the work was done and also gave a great explanation on all the work that was completed and even before they started working they gave a great explanation on what was going on. I will always call Guaranteed Plumbing And Heating when in need of plumbing and heating, I highly recommend them.

I cant tell you how pleased I am that we called Guaranteed!! In desperation, my husband called a different company that clearly price gouged us, sent two plumbers over two days and, between them spent an hour and a half and couldnt fix the problem. They told us we needed a camera and possibly needed to replace the pipes under the house. The prices they quoted were extraordinary! The gentlemen that came to snake our drain was so informative and timely. We had an emergency leak after our garbage disposal became clogged. They were super responsive and even explained exactly what they were doing. It was quick and I thought the price for our emergency plumbing incident was reasonable. Hello all,9-10-2020Let this review be a warning. I would give a negative star if I could. You can take this warning seriously or proceed at your own risk and higher Guaranteed Clowns as your contractor. I wont go into too much details I will just highlight the red flags. Arrived on the job site 2 hours late every day and left one hour early. A two and a half day job turned into a 5 day job. They charge top dollar and provide you with cheap material. No professionalism at all. I had to constantly tell the guys to put on a mask while in my home due to the covid-19 pandemic. I had to call them back out because new tile replacement started cracking as soon as I walked on it because the floor was not even out. Last but not least I think I could have gotten a better job by hiring someone straight off the street. Long story short I messed bad up by hiring these guys. Dont be me!!!!!!! Unsatisfied.

Our water heater stopped working on a Sunday. The office responded to our message first thing on Monday morning to arrange replacement of our water heater. The workers arrived promptly, covered our floor with a protective mat and worked efficiently and respectfully. They took care of two additional requests, replacing two troublesome toilet flappers. I would recommend Guaranteed based on their professional service and performance.

I called the Guaranteed Plumbing company on Monday morning to schedule an appointment for a plumbing job I needed done. I was able to get an appointment for the next day in the AM. That morning I received a call with an estimated to time for the appointment. Jim the plumber arrived shortly afterwards. He looked over the job and gave me an estimate, which I agreed to. He was able to do the job right then. He was very courteous and efficient. He did a great job and was very clean.

This particular company has been phenomenal since day. Eric, the owner is top of the line. The receptionist Debbie and Theresa are friendly with quick response time. The workers especially Anthony, I had today was professional and knowledgeable. I have never needed to contact them when my work is complete with problems. First off..when I called to get an estimate leslie is the lady who answered the phone and started, shell contact one of their plumbers and call me back. She also informed me there would be a $85 fee just to come out, however that $85 would be applied to the work Ill have done. Jim is the plumber who came out, with a young fellow who pretty much was his sidekick, because he was not knowledgeable at all and kept repeating everything him the plumber said.Jim charged me $385 to change the temperature gauge on my crown heater.He said this was the total.when I called the office and asked about the $85 being applied, a lady name debbie (I think was here name) answered and was very short,mean,unprofessional all together. She told me I needed to talk to jim..he sets the prices for the work.long store short..I felt like I was taking advantage of. This company is a RIP OFF ..run dont waste your money or time. Needless to say..I still have a problem with my heater,which he didnt repair.he whated to change every piece on my heating system. PLEASE DONT GET FOOLED..RUN FROM THIS PLACE..To Jim and deb..I have one word for you SCAMMERS ....Karma ..their system will not allow me to post with giving them stars..

We had a wonderful experience with Guaranteed Plumbing; Eric and his team stuck with us from the initial visit through a fight with the insurance company- (Eric recommended a WONDERFUL independent adjustor that helped us immensely) and then redid the bottom of our master shower. We are very satisfied with their work and professionalism, and especially their communication. Eric goes out of his way to make sure customers are satisfied and taken care of, and is very honest in his assessment of whats realistic and whats going on. We appreciate them and their patience and especially their ability to communicate often and clearly! Quick note- you may have to remind some of the folks to wear their masks when entering the house (COVID precaution) but they definitely did when we asked them to.

Guaranteed Plumbing recently came out to assess two smaller issues and one large issue where water was leaking from the tub upstairs through the ceiling causing damage. Two gentleman arrived on time to the job. They were incredibly professional and kind. They walked me through each step and advised of everything they were doing before completing. There were no surprises or hidden fees. They were able to completely ALL THREE issues same day in an incredibly timely manner! Guaranteed plumbing proved to be an even better company than advertised. I had a clogged pipe that after being done once, they thought they needed to use a camera ($275) to find a broken pipe. 2nd tech comes out, listens to what I had to say and figured out what the problem was and fixed it (85$) and never needed the camera ( which I would have never known). So I will use them as my goto plumber because they were honest. My total bill came to $165 for unclogging a pipe. Honest techs and good work is why Ill use them again.

Eric and his team worked with me and allowed me to make payments. I recently got central air installed by them. They were on time, polite, professional and finished quickly. I was so so impressed with the prompt, reliable, professionally executed service I received today from this company. I came home to backed up drainage/ plumbing issues in my upstairs bathroom. The sink and shower stall overflowed and toilet water was close to the rim. I contacted GP&H for a service call, and a team of two arrived withing two hours! They quickly assessed and diagnosed the problem and expertly resolved my issue. I was quite impressed with the service delivery and post work clean up. I have had all sorts of contracting companies do work over the 10 years I have been in my house they are at the top!-They did a Great Job on the work! I had a leak in an old pipe behind a wall. They were able to find it quickly and show me the issue.-They were very clean, they wore those booties to keep your house clean, they put down tarps to catch any drywall etc. They also took any and all trash with them after the job was complete.-They were very diligent after they completed the work. I have used guaranteed plumbing and heating a few times now. I have had amazing experiences both times. Anthony was my tech both time . He is polite, nice, and explains everything to you without making you feel like you did anything wrong or making you feel incompetent. They were also at my home within the hour of when I called. I will always be using them when I need a plumber.

Scheduled a sewer and lateral invasive inspection on behalf of my client. We are in the inspection phase of the home buying process, so time is of the essence. I request that I be notified an hour in advance so that I could make it to the property. I wasn’t. Their team arrived unprepared and confused about what they were there for. Needless to say my client will be utilizing a different company.

I hired Guaranteed plumbing to renovate my master bathroom. The staff was friendly, dependable, and trustworthy. The owner is a great guy. Hes funny, friendly, and super easy to work with. We had no heat last weekend and my usually heating guy was away out of town. I tried Guareenteed plumbing and heating and had to replace my circulator motor. As it was the weekend, I had to wait until Monday when they came as promised first appointment. And they installed the motor.. my heat was not working yet when they left but they returned that same day ( yesterday) and stayed and worked on my system for a few hours.. when they left I had some heat but today ( one day later ) I now have normal heat. My system is old but they did a good job and helped us out .. I definitely recommend them .

Guaranteed made over my bathroom and I couldnt be more pleased. My pipes were completely replaced along with a new floor, bathtub, vanity and toilet. The guys were courteous and kind in every way. I’m not one to write reviews. After today I felt compelled that I had to. I received a call from my daughter that water was pouring from my 3rd floor to my basement and our ceiling was falling. I rushed home in a panic and couldn’t find the main value to shut the water off. The owner immediately left his office and personaly came right over. He was a sight for sore eyes. He recommended an insurance adjuster and Royal restoration. Everyone rushed over and saved the day. Having 5 kids and 2 dogs I was thinking the worse. Tonight we are able to stay in our home and repairs are in the works. If you need a honest company who cares and goes beyond then look no further call Guaranteed plumbing!

We had a wonderful experience with Guaranteed Plumbing & Heating. Our heat stopped working at a time when we needed it most (cold day & out of town guests staying with us) -- we called and within 30 minutes they were at our house. They were kind, attentive & fast with a price that was extremely reasonable. I was so happy to have found them -- we now have a plumber & heater that I can call without worrying that the work wont be done well.

I woke up to find my basement completely flooded and had no idea what to do, a family member insisted I call Guaranteed Plumbing and it’s the best decision I could have made! They came out, diagnosed my issue (Drain Cleaning), and fixed it the same day. Everyone was so accommodating, they worked around my schedule and within my budget. I have used them several time since, they are my GO TO GUYS!

We recently moved into a 200+ year old home that appeared to have a galvanized water main pipe. There was a temporary clamp on the pipe and the main shutoff valve did not function, so we decided to take the plunge and investigate new water service. Our regular plumber did not do this type of work, but he referred us to someone, who ended up referring us to Guaranteed Plumbing. I spoke with a number of plumbers about this job and most of them did not provide a quote; it’s a historic house on a busy street and the front yard, which includes mature trees, is built up several feet above the sidewalk. Eric, the owner of Guaranteed Plumbing, met with me to discuss the job rapidly after calling him. Shortly thereafter, he provided a quote, and he was a pleasure to work with throughout this process, promptly returning phone calls and e-mails and always providing candid feedback. As for the job itself, his team delivered; they put the new copper water main pipe in our house with absolute precision and zero disruption. As it turns out, the galvanized pipe inside the house connected to a lead pipe that ran from the house to the sidewalk, so we made the right decision in doing this job now, and we are fortunate we wound up in the very qualified hands of Guaranteed Plumbing. Aside from the plumbing, Guaranteed Plumbing repaired the portion of the sidewalk that needed to be opened for this job, and their concrete work was spectacular, too. If you live in Philly and you need new water service or a new sewer line, these are your guys!

I had a issue with the improper installation of my furnace and my water heater draft pipe. I called Guaranteed Plumbing and Heating to take a look. They were able to schedule the job to be done the next day. Bill and Billy were the contractors who worked diligently to complete the work ended up staying until 8pm (way past quitting time). The furnace and water heating system looks and works great. I am so thankful to these two guys and Guaranteed Heating and Plumbing that I would call on them again if need be. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing and heating needs.

I had my garbage disposal and sink drain unclogged by this company. Never had a problem and was always on time and very professional. never charged an over the top price and did the work very quickly. Will definitely call for more help in the future.

I do not recommend Guaranteed Plumbing. I called their number and spoke with Harold. I explained the job I needed to have done. He told me that it was an unusual request and needed to speak to the plumber. He put me on hold and came back and told me hes not interested in doing the job. When I asked why he couldnt give me an explanation. He put me on hold again after I gave him some more details. He came back and said hes not interested in doing the job without explanation and threatened to hang up on me!It seems like Guaranteed Plumbing is only good for cleaning drains and basic plumbing jobs. If you have anything outside of their limited competence, then definitely dont waste your time with them.

I wanted to say how satisfied I was with this companyI had a problem with my water service and I called the water company they came out and determined the service was broke guaranteed was then contacted and they came out to repair the service . I want to say thank god they are a honest company they dug up the sidewalk only tofind the water company made a mistake and there was nothing wrong with my service they saved me thousands of dollars and I am so gratefulPlease use this compony there are very professional and most importantly honest and very trustworthy I highly recommend them for any plumbing problemThanksEric and team

Worst experience!!! The guy name HAROLD come to my house and check a valve leaking and told me he wanted 700!!!! It was simple thing and I told him no and will keep looking for another plumber and he in a rude voice told me good luck nobody going to doing for less!! For my surprise I called goodman a d the guy only charge me 350 and interesting thing is that the guy come prepared for everything! Harold come here in a car. Avoid.
