Albion Heating & Air Conditioning Corp were on time and were most courteous right from the start. Both worked very well as a team and the process of duct cleaning went without a hitch. The estimated time was spot on. Any questions we had were answered promptly with any explanations if needed. They also did a great job cleaning up. Nothing but confidence in the technicians that come to service our units. Always friendly, talkative and makes sure we are comfortable with our units operation. Always on time if not early. Have had the same technicians several times, they know what they are doing and that helps because they already know the house and the unit. Have been with Bell Brothers for about 2 years now. My Mom and Dad were customer of theirs. My sister is still a strong customer and has been. I took her recommendation and called them as soon as we moved back and they did an amazing work.

The technician from this place was very nice, called ahead and came in to inspect the site before starting to work. He kept us informed about every stage of the work, cleaned up afterwards, took the time to make certain we we were satisfied with the work, carried out his tools and equipment, wished us well and departed. Everything was done in a very timely matter and we are very happy with the service. Our heating and cooling unit is working greatly now!

Steve and his crew were able to come right after my furnace was delivered even though my appointment was the next day and install it. Steve even showed me how to use it and explained some of the maintenance tips to ensure its longevity. Very professional guys. Highly endorsed!

We just recently had a new high-efficiency furnace and A/C unit installed by Albion Heating & Air Conditioning. The process, from initial consultation to installation to post-installation follow-up was excellent. Whether it was their sales-person or the installation technicians, they were extremely professional: pleasant, personable, courteous and informative.

The representative from Albion Heating & Air Conditioning was friendly, smart and thorough. He immediately recognized the problem, identified the cause, and went to work to correct the problem. He offered advice on continued maintenance that we could perform to prevent a recurrence. He worked on the system for several hours to make sure everything was perfect.
