Very clean salon. The ladies there including the receptionist are very professional and give amazing haircuts! 1st of all I am SUPER picky about my haircut cause I was traumatized in Junior High from a jacked up fade lol. I have had 2 different ladies who have faded me up and Im super pleased to call this my home for haircuts for my family (Wife, 4 boys, 1 girl)! I only let Jennifer cut my hair cause her fade is in my top 5 personal best fades. Thats saying a lot since Ive had to have a haircut once a week while doing 10 years in the Army, so Ive gotten haircuts all around the world...twice! Walked in and was sitting in the chair within a minute even though I came in earlier than my appointment. The stylist worked with me and didnt seem frustrated even though I was not too sure how I wanted my hair.

The front desk receptionist was friendly and fantastic. The others didnt have hair to cut but helped the others clean up and stayed busy. Wow. Jennifer the lady who cut my hair was outstanding!! I never felt rushed. The most enjoyable hair cut I have ever had!! I highly recommend everyone to visit. Thanks super cuts.

I was visiting a friend in Texas for a class reunion and did not have time to get my hair done before. I decided to give supercuts a try. I walked in and Jennifer took great care of me she was so sweet and kind. She gave me a beautiful cut and straightened my hair for my reunion. I got so many compliments. Service is poor, checked in for a specific time, they chose to let a person with a later time go first because they appeared to know the stylist, and I wasnt the only one waiting either.

I moved here about two years ago not knowing where to go for my hair and decided to give this Supercuts a try and I was lucky enough to get Jennifer. She is the absolute best, she listened to everything I wanted and was so accommodating and professional and super, super sweet. She certainly knows her stuff and I highly recommend her!!

I was in town for a family wedding and my daughter needed help with her hair. Jennifer was so patient and helpful with her. We will be back whenever we are in town. We have told all our family members about the salon and highly recommend Jennifer!

This super cuts is GREAT, never have I been to such a great super cuts location in all my 66 years ! I recently went to get my hair cut, and even with all this crazy covid -19 situation I was so happy to see that hair cuts where still able to be done, all we had to do was call to book and ware a mask, it was very clean and the receptionist was very polite as well as my amazing stylist Jennifer ! Can’t say enough about this location and for only 18$ a hair cut it’s a great deal!

I came in on a whim to see if they accepted walk-ins. I have extremely curly hair. One of the women told me they could fit me in between clients right away and I was ecstatic. She ended up rushing my cut and didnt wet, shampoo, or style my hair. She really understood what style I wanted and worked well with curls. In the end, I do like my hair cut, but I was a little disappointed that they told me they could fit me in and then provided sub-par service because they were rushed. I could have come back later or even made an appointment for another day. Oh well. I would go back, but not as a walk-in. I feel my cut definitely would have looked better if she had more time to work on it.

I can only comment on the haircuts I have gotten from Jennifer. She is fantastic!

Best hair stylist in Pflugerville

I plan on making an appointment online very soon to have my haircut here. Conveniently located in the Town Center shopping center. They have great reviews. Im going to give them a try and then update my review.2 Feb- I just got one of the best haircuts Ive ever had at Supercuts in Pflugerville. I called in for an appointment and was taken to the chair right on time. I took a couple of pictures of what I wanted in my cut and Anna did a great job of cutting my hair just like the picture. Took care of my eyebrows, too! I highly recommend Supercuts in Pflugerville. 5👍

I certainly enjoy there being a location so close to me. I used to drive all the way into Austin specifically for Griselda and love that she is so much closer to me now. Griselda has always worked well with my hair and taking the time to spend with me. I typically try to go early to allow more time for the men and children she accommodates through the afternoons. She is very easy to talk to and I enjoy the time away from the house for a bit of R&R even at a Supercuts! Ive had her cut several inches off and always walk out confident with my new look. Always ask for Griselda!

Heather has a natural talent not only with hair but also my son! He adores her and wont let anyone else cut his hair. High praise from a 13 year old teen!

Jennifer did a cut, color, and blow out on my hair. Although I told her the wrong color and the color had red undertones she took time to correct my color error and darken my color, I love it! She also colored my Moms hair in October and did a beautiful job on her hair.

The assistant manager Jennifer is a basket case. Shenis very unprofessional and uninformed about thier stores policies and procedures. Most of the girlrls working there come accross as entitled princesses. They do a horrible job. I refuse to go to any of them. The one person that has been doing my hair by the name of Megan, from what I understand, is no longer there. She was the one person who actually knew what she was doing. Way to go Super Cuts!

Moved to Pflugerville and was looking for a new place to get my hair cut as driving to Round Rock was getting time consuming with evening traffic. Took a chance on Supercuts and made the switch (after 1 visit). Reasons: the friendly staff, clean salon and bathrooms, no pressure environment, and amazing stylist. Jaelene is awesome and a true master at her craft. POOR SERVICE: I walked in on a Sunday 30 minutes before closing. The door wasnt even closed behind me when I heard a voice coming over the shoulder of a customer checking out: Were not taking any more! No hello, no good afternoon, no Ill be right with you as soon as I finish with my current customer. Just a simple Were not taking any more. Wow, is this what passes as customer service these days?

If youre a woman, make sure not to ask for, or get Griselda! Going to work to cut hair for her equals, ONLY men!!! I was recommended to her, however since I am a woman with long hair, (which she will refuse to cut) only wants her business from a man!!! I waited for her service for an hour for her to skip me and grab a gentlemen who jut walked through the door. Poor customer service!! It would help if she actually smiled as well! She deliberately ignored me because my hair was not straight enough for her. How difficult is it to trim off 1/2 inch? I felt direct discrimination based on my hair and what she feels is appropriate or not when it come to someone specifically asking for her service. To be ignored and pushed aside after waiting for such a long time after being told she would cut my hair is a why I feel its appropriate to acknowledge. Just not how you conduct business!!

Thought I would come in for a quick hair cut during lunch time. I waited for over an hour and was not given a heads up that two separate clients would be taken in front of me without a prior appointment. I heard a stylist say she could squeeze you in. I would not normally mind a long wait if there was some kind of indication.

The first time I took my son for a hair cut, Chelsea did a good job so I took my daughters there to get their hair cuts. The one that cut my older daughter hair, I didnt get her name, told me that my older daughter has lice. I told her that I was not lice, just dry scalp. She insisted that was lice and would not me touch it (BY REGULATIONS). She stop cutting my daughters a hair, who now have a mushroom haircut, poor girl. The flakes that she thought were lice eggs were nothing more than dry conditioner residues. I dont know if she messed up my daughters hair and did not know how to continue or TOO stupid to know what lice eggs look like. I did not want to make a big deal then, but I wished I had demanded an expert come and check, because I knew it was not lice eggs. The one that did my younger daughter did a good job.

Friendly and fast. Loved my haircut!

I went in to get my haircut after a year of not cutting my hair so it was long and I had really bad split ends. I told the lady to go ahead and take off as much as she needed to get rid of the bad split ends and thats what she did 4 inches and that was fine. I asked for layers while keeping it long enough to put up in a pony and I asked for the bangs to be cut to frame my face. This is how I have been instructed by hairstylists in order to get what I am seeking because cut to frame the face is very specific. From my understanding and from what previous hairstylist have done is that is where they pick the point where your part is and cut at an outward diagonal they take the scissors and they cut down at an outward slant. So somehow I now have a layer that is shorter than my bangs and its slopes forward into my bangs that slope towards my chin instead of away from my face. I went back to have this corrected and the only thing that happened is my layers were evened up cuz they were very uneven and that short layer became shorter and more visible so now when my bangs fall forward into my face because they wont feather back away from my face like they are supposed to that short layer Falls in front of them and it looks horrible. Thats two times I came in they cant fix it because they dont know what they are doing! I included a picture so you can see that shorter layer that is behind my long bangs that are very clearly not slanting backwards away from the face. Now all I can do is pull back half my hair and wear it in a ponytail until it grows out long enough to fix that and I work in sales its very important that I have a certain look to present to the public. I am so upset I will never use this location again. Oh and the best part!!! The short layer is only on one side!!!! So its lop sided as well!!!!

The worse experience I have had to get my haircut. I signed in online for 5:00 pm, 20 min was stated in the website. I get there and I stated my name. Employee looked it up on the computer and confirmed and I thought everything was great. I waited for almost 1.5 hrs. I had about 6 or 7 people go ahead of me. People walking in after me, And I hear stated, they called earlier. They go in front of me, mind you it has been about 45min into my wait. I go up to the front and tell the blonde hair lady, mgr maybe, that I have been waiting since 5pm and my appt. was set online for 5pm with a 20 min wait according to the website. Her and another looked at the computer and she gave me a statement that this happens. I sat back down, and then one of the employees leave.What is the point of online appointments if you are going to wait for 1.5 hrs. I should have have expected sub standard service I guess. I will never go back or bring my family.

Horrible place, no common sense whatsoever considering school is starting and they only had one stylist on deck for an 1 1/2 half and a lot of folks waiting. Once the other stylists showed up, there was no sense of urgency for them to take care of their customers. They took their time setting up their stations and gossiping before they were ready. To add insult to injury, every time the phone rang it took the stylist away from the client she was working on( don’t know how to multi-task). On top of all that, none of them know how to fade or cut hair. I blame no one but myself for thinking that Supercuts has changed, obviously I’m a moron and I was very wrong. I WILL NEVER go back to that place, not even if I was on fire and my life depended on it. So..... if you’re up for getting a third rate haircut, waiting, and not being happy when leaving, then by all means Supercuts is for you. If not, stay away from that place, they suck......

Had surgery and was unable to do my own hair, made an on-line appointment for a wash and style and was greeted with oh we cant do that, were short handed and need to be available for men. Ok, that was weird, but I desperately needed a wash because it was difficult to do myself...I ask if they could wash it and french braid it, so it wouldnt dry in a crazy fro...I dont know how to french braid...really? Ok, just wash my hair please...even the wash was less than desirable, my 6 year old son could have done better. And, she actually told me they cater to men because they make more money that way. Thank God for the Salons @ Stone Hill who took me right away and fixed the mess Super Cuts started!!!
