I didnt like the haircut BUT I dont think that was entirely the hairstylists fault. She seemed a little stressed. Id advise that the day after a holiday you schedule more than one stylist to work. The mood of the employee affects a haircut and I dont think its her fault.

She took my mask off bc it makes it hard to cut the hairs by your ears she didnt wear hers over her nose. I asked for an inch off, she cut at least 3 and I ended up with this. Wish Id asked for a refund while there!

Theyve always cut my hair the way I like it.

This place is a joke. They offer online scheduling but NEVER have it in their system. This has happened to us twice now. We chose to come back a second time to give them the benefit of doubt, however, we were once again brushed off and asked to wait. But when a man walked in who called ahead, he got pushed to the front. When I asked, I wasrudely responded to stating well I do not see it in my system, so youll have to wait. Wont be coming back.

I asked for a trim with a face frame layers and got a trim with blunt bangs. Will absolutely never return. Now having to cut my hair super short because its thats bad. Not happy at all!!!

Worst fade I’ve had in my entire life

Came in for a haircut and wanted my hair thinned out. They cut it and thinned it out some, but because she was almost going to get off work she asked me to come back Tuesday before 4 to finish the haircut. They close at 6 I was here at 3:45. I work 8-5, I cannot come back Tuesday before 4 to finish my haircut. I paid an additional 20 to get it straightened, she put no heat protectant in my hair prior to using a 450 degree tool on me. So unprofessional. Do not come here.

My recently cut my hair and did a perfect job, I’ll be requesting her from now on. Unfortunately a lady named Rita messed up my hair months ago. She gave me layers and I didn’t asked for that. I was extremely upset with her since My told me she cut my hair uneven and didn’t even notice it.

My Grandson and I have gone to this Salon for a year. A Sweet Lady named My cuts our hair perfectly. We always get the cut we ask for from her. There is another lady there that does a great hair cut also!

I have been going here for 4.5 years. Call ahead and ask for My. I always get a great haircut and its only $10 dollars on Tuesday. Sometimes there are coupons where you can buy 3 haircuts for $30 that can be used anytime.Take extra cash to give My a good tip, she deserves it!

Alright, so every Tues & Thurs they have the $12 haircut specials. The first time I went here, they messed up real bad. I asked for an undercut but it was something else - don’t remember since it’s been 5 months lol. Couple days ago I re-visited and asked for a fade undercut. While I appreciate the lady for putting in so much effort, I feel like the one in Avery Ranch still does a way better job. But if you’re just looking to get a quick haircut and don’t really care about your hairstyle, feel free to do so!-Daniel Kim

I came in and was greeted by an older woman I said I wanted a conservative trim and she put me in a chair. I told her because my hair is curly that Its always cut while wet. She then started to brush my hair starting at the very top ripped through knots instead of starting at he bottom. I told her most people brush it after it’s been conditioned because I have a lot of hair and it’s very long. She said “no it’s dry” umm what? I just had my hair treated at Ulta with a gloss and deep conditioner less than a week ago. I don’t use heat on my hair but a few times a year also. I asked her several times to cut my hair wet she said let’s just brush it out and see what it looks like and she did and didn’t part it or ask how i part it and then proceeded to cut my hair dry. I told her I’ve had a bad experience before because it’s not going to be cut straight this way. She asked how much I wanted off and I said an inch. Then she asked me if I knew how much an inch was ?!!? She said she’s been cutting hair for “60 years” and she told me I need to buy salon quality products because I told her I use dove shampoo for dandruff (which she said is because my hair is dry but no I have skin issues) yet she hasn’t heard of the brand Deva.She messed up my hair bad it’s looks like 2 inches on a difference between the left and right side. Her hand REAKED of cigarettes!! She said she was going to pump up my chair so she doesn’t “break her back trying to do my hair” . Why I didn’t walk out idk but I regret it. At the end I put my hair in a ponytail and she said sarcastically “it looks good, in a ponytail”! 60 years cutting hair?? Was not one day in customer service? Are you an animal groomer?? It’s time to retire obviously because you know so much that no one could possibly tell you otherwise. I’m just disgusted with my appearance and the way I was treated.

I debated between 1 and 2 stars, and determined 1 for the following reasons.The good: to preface, my original plan was to go from brunette to blue/teal hair. Sarie did a test section at the nape of my neck the day before and the colors were beautiful. I believe if you want vivid hair, she would do a very pretty job.However, between then and my appointment I decided I wanted a standard brunette to blonde balayage done.The bad: To start, my hair hasnt been washed in 4 days when I went in. Sarie immediately starts brushing bleach on my filthy hair. Bleach doesnt take to dirty hair as well and even said so. So why didnt she wash it? Very unprofessional.Balayage is usually done by taking sections and brushing bottom to top with painterly strokes. She puts bleach on a round brush, starts at a random section about half way and brushes down. This makes a hard line between the brunette and the bleach. My whole head is done like this. Sloppy. No foil. Hair lying on each other. The result is jagged and extremely orange. She was going to end here! Telling me orange was golden (Which, I asked for the blonde to be ash anyway)Im not happy with the product and she reluctantly offers to redo it, saying id have to go in again. Section by section. And foil. Your entire head... Like I was ruining her day by buying this service. Another 4 hours and bleaching cycle later it is better than the first time, but now my hair has a greenish blonde tint. It also doesnt fade but goes from green-blonde (double bleached) to very brassy blonde (second time around higher up, single bleach) to brunette in slanted jagged chunks.It took over 7 hours, and past closing. I was charged me for this mess of brassy bleached haur. The next day I realized she never even cut my hair. Very unprofessional and not skilled at what I asked her to do. Now I need to find a salon that can fix what she did. Horrible.
