Jacob did an absolutely great job on my kids hair. He was super friendly and knows how to make childrenfeel they are the ones choosing their cut.

I have been going to Cost cutters for quite some time now and ever since I met Stephanie (one of the staff there) Ive loved it so much. She is always a delight to talk to, gentle with you and your experience, and overall a kind soul. Cost cutters is definitely worth your time and I would 100 % recommend.

Stephanie cut my brothers hair hair last Saturday on 6/19/20and the cut was 24.99 and she gave herself a 93.17 dollar tip. My brother dint realized it until he called his bank and they told him that costcutter took out 118.00 dollars out of his bank. I have been going over to cost cutter everyday and they havent been open since there is a closed for training sign on the door. Left multiples messages on their voice-mail with no response. Been trying to find corporate office to no avail. If there was a rating on minus 10. I would give them that. She took advantage of my elderly brother and I want it to be known that I will never give up in getting his money back

I love this place! My hairdresser Stephanie is such a sweetheart and she has always been great to talk to and always cuts my hair great, and my mom’s hair too. Out of all the hairdressers I’ve had, Stephanie is the best one for sure. This place is taking great precautions against COVID-19 and still keeping the personal touch. I always go here it’s so nice!

Nice location. Expensive for a CC $25, but what isnt in the Austin and surrounding areas. Tuesdays is $10 cheaper and what a reg mens haircut should be

I have been seeing Stephanie for about 4 years now. She does amazing with my hair. I always leave the salon feeling fabulous . I even trust her enough to say ok what do you think I should do this time. Her vision and expertise is always on point. She does excellent with color and has a great vision. When we get closer to different seasons of the year we change it up so when that season comes Im ready for a new look. So I definitely recommend you go so see her for a fabulous new color and style.

I am new to the area and needed a haircut. This location was convenient and clean. Stephanie cut my hair perfectly, she was a total pleasure to be with. I will never go anywhere else to get my hair cut!!

My 80-year-old mother went in for a hair color and came out looking like a clown! Mom took a wig with the color she wanted which was a light brown. Her hair is fire engine red!She has color dripping down off the back of her neck, her skin is all colored with hair dye and they got hair dye all over her shirt.I will be contacting the corporate office and sending pictures of what they have done to my mother. This is disgraceful!

I like the service. What you ask is what you get here. Most of the Cosmeticians here are Asian so you will not have much of an intersection. But they have very pleasant faces so you will feel comfortable and overall the service is NICE.

Dont ever go to this place there is black girl and another caky makeup lady they ripped off people they charge me and my sister for hair cut 70 dollars on board is says 13 ripped off people.
