I went in bc my car was leaking water, fast forward about 4 months later it’s still leaking water I have to keep filling up the pump, but when I took it back they both denied it was still leaking, the owner was rude when I went in yelling at me just bc I was holding some papers in my hand, also when I took my car to get fixed they NEVER told me if my car needed other repairs instead they took $400 for a leak wich if you ask me I think that’s a lot of money and they DEFINITELY took advantage and I feel like this place stole from me. All he said when I took it back to him was “ your thermo isn’t working and your car is heating up” well DUHH. He said to take it somewhere else. ANYWAYS, I don’t see how he has buisness all the reviews he has must be fake bc I received unprofessional service from the very start and Payless mechanic cost me wayyy more money and it wasn’t even cheap to begin with. Don’t give these guys your money all they want is to take your money I’ve already told like 10 of my clients about how terrible this place is. If I could I’d give 0 stars they were both useless and unhelpful what a shame. Ladies please don’t go alone to these mechanics…. Oh yeah and also, my car is making the same noice it was making when I took it to get fixed.

I had my windshield replaced this year. They did a great job. Also, I thought it was leaking several months later when I found water on my passenger side floor board . They came the same day i called to check it out. They figured out it was not the windshield causing the problem but they still stayed and helped me find the source of the leak. These guys are the best!

So much bad stuff happened at this shop, to long to list...So for the complete story go to:paylessautorepairsucks.c…...The short version:Payless Auto Repair (Pflugerville) charged 735.85 for a brake job, had the car 6 months, after 6 months the brakes were still totally non-functional, (as in... the pedal bottoms out on the floor and doesnt stop)Then the owner Ray, ran my classic 1979 Gremlin into the garage wall - doing several thousand dollars worth of damage... and refused to take responsibility... He said it was the cars fault because the brakes didnt work... and was belligerent as all get out yelling at me- He actually said he was going to sue me for the damage to his garage...after he was supposed to fix the brakes... and he wrecked my car...unbelievable!Then, he wouldnt give me the keys until the cops forced him to. He said I owed him $65.00 for a consultation fee... where he had to take my car to a different mechanics shop to figure out how to fix it (which he never got around to doing). Obviously, as a mechanic, he was totally inept... and then theres the whole wrecking my entire fromt end and refusing to take the blame thing.Go to the website listed above to read the entire story ... theres much more to it then what I can write here. WORST PLACE I EVER BEEN TOOO.....STAY FAR FAR AWAY......went to get work gone on my classic car he did a rush job on some things that didnt even need replacing plus charged me $15 for gas he say he put in my car when my car already had gas when I dropped it off one of his worker broke my front seat so now I cant move my seat .On top of all of that he was trying to get the title for my car because he was trying to sell it to someone else just all around bad business .I would never ever let them touch my car again period.
