I love my apartment here. The ceilings on the second floor make the entire space feel so open. This also allows for the kitchen to have tons of cabinet storage! The closet is also quite roomy- perfect for an office space if youd like. Everything is new and modern as I think it has only been around for like 3 years or so.The neighborhood is really quiet and calm, so I feel safe walking my dogs outside at night. Everyone that I have met so far has been very friendly too. Also, there is always tons of parking in the back, though I dont usually have problems and I live towards the front of the complex.The staff are such a help. If I ever had any questions, I could easily call the office and Sinclair was always kind to help. The maintenance requests are always quickly dealt with and will continue to come until the issue is completely solved. Also, I love that the gym is 24/7! I havent had any roach or spider issues, so I am very happy about that! The price is very fair, considering some of the places 10 minutes south are the same price but almost half the size.

My job recently relocated me to Austin and I cannot say enough how attentive and professional Tarryn was to work with when finding a new home! I looked at several other places and was impressed with the style and quality of this community. After moving in I had several maintenance requests on minor things and they came day-after-day to attend to all issues. I have been very pleased with the location, quality and amenities. Parking can be a little tough but overall a great place!

A year in and we’re more than happy to stick around! The maintenance turnaround is super quick, the complex is gated and well maintained, and our unit is far nicer than the other Austin-area units we compared at the same price point!The high ceilings and the option for in-unit laundry are huge benefits. We love that the area is quiet but still a very quick drive to almost everything we need!

We love living here it’s pretty quiet(we forget we even have neighbors), great amenities, and love our attached garage! Our apartment is pretty spacious as well with a nice big walk in closet. Maintenance requests are handled pretty fast. We also love that we’re close by to many different stores and restaurants.

I am a new resident at the Emerson and had the pleasure of working with Tarryn from start to finish. From answering my calls and e-mails to taking and sending pictures of the washer and dryer connections, she has been so nice the whole time (5-star customer service). I love the set up of the floor plan I chose and the amount of storage I have in the garage and inside of the apartment is amazing! The apartment finishes are decent. Also, I love the kitchen!!! I love to cook and bake and this kitchen gives me the space to do so. It has several functional drawers and deep cabinets to store my appliances- its so spacious! The amenities are also nice. A coffee bar, business center and outside lounge spaces by the pool-just to name a few. Im plan to take full advantage of all the amenities!

I loved these apartments when my son moved here and when we had to move due to damages done by the Winter Freeze, this was the first place I called. From the moment my husband and I walked through the front doors the staff has been so pleasant and helpful. Nice spacious apartment. I love that we have an attached garage plus driveway. Definitely glad we went with the attached garage layout even though there’s plenty of parking spaces. I also always get compliments of how nice our apartment complex is when we have out of town guests over.

Absolutely loved my visit to Emerson. I visited Texas recently, as I plan to relocate very soon. I called before I visited, and spoke with Chevy! She is truly a gem. From the professionalism to the knowledge of the property, she single handedly convinced me to stop in for the tour. I’m pretty amazed that The Emerson was my first choice when looking for a fresh new start. I was amazed by the beautiful appliances up to date new GE Stainless Steel and the open space in the living room with big bay window and spacious closet space and the front office is always friendly and if need a work order done the maintenance men are super fast and friendly a great place to stay very lowkey and quite at night.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful any time I call or go in. The maintenance staff is always on it. Any request I put in gets taken care of quick. Overall I really enjoy my apartment and the community.

I have been living at the Emerson Apartments for over 2 years now and have enjoyed the apartment, apartment amenities, and the apartment location as it is close to many shopping areas and potential places for work. Any issues I have had, have been quickly fixed thanks to the dedicated team at the Emersons.

Been here about two years and this is a great community - modern appliances, sleek finishing for cabinets and flooring. The very few times we’ve had issues in our unit, they are resolved immediately by the wonderful maintenance staff! Staff is always available and prompt to respond to questions via email/phone. We’ve dealt with Caitlynn since the beginning (who is now the property manager btw) and she is one of the most awesome hardworking people ever. Other residents are friendly here as well, definitely feel a sense of community which is what this place strives for.

The Emerson is a GREAT place to live with a equally great staff to take care of everything for you. I dont hesitate to recommend it.

Ive been a resident for 3 years now and Ive loved the apartment complex and the residents. Its really quiet compared to others apartments that Ive lived in previously. The leasing office is great also. They really care about their residents. Its gotten better and better over my time here coinciding with the new Property Manager Caitlynn Rosado. She started out as working in a none managerial position (but very important) dealing with new people wanting to lease there and the things that we residents need every day. So if youre looking for a new place to stay and want a solid leasing staff and a great Manager. You cant go wrong with The Emerson.

Once again locked out of my detached garage. My work truck is trapped inside while I’m supposed to be out on a call for my job. Last time they said it was an issue with the phone system or whatever after I had tried calling a few dozen times. This time, I’m having to leave a voicemail and hope they get back to me, of which I left 3 already. All this was after someone from the front office specifically told me I could call the maintenance line for this exact issue, yet here I am, calling for this exact issue, and no luck once again.

My husband and I have loved living here, but the maintenance here is AWFUL. I just wish things would get fixed in a timely manner rather than drag on for months. Besides that, it is a beautiful complex and the office staff have mostly been kind to us. I’m just tired of losing groceries from a freezer that keeps going out.

Bait and switchCalled for apartment info and was quoted a price and was told a unit was available for my move in time. I was interested in seeing the apartment so the leasing agent invited me to visit. I agreed but said it would most likely happen the next day. The following day I called again to confirm the availability and was told it was still ready to lease. After visiting and touring, the leasing agent told me the price went up almost $70 per month. I asked why and no answer was given except “sometimes the prices change.”A couple of questions I had that are still unanswered: Why wasn’t this mentioned when I called back to confirm when I was visiting? Why wasn’t the price held when I called and was quoted a number?This is shady business practice and is a huge red flag for anyone interested in moving in. Advertising and quoting a price only to have it change when you’re ready to apply is simply a bait and switch. Especially when it all happened within less than a 24 hour time period. Sad that it happened, but happy to have dodged a bullet.

The service at The Emerson is not like anywhere else Ive lived in. The service team responds quickly, and the nice people at the office know me by name and have always been so helpful when I need them (special shout out to Sinclair!). It is a warm and quiet community and I have really enjoyed being part of it.

In all honesty, I couldnt have chosen a better place to live when relocating to the Austin area 2 years ago. The suburban location (Close to StoneHill and La Frontera) high ceilings and natural light drew me in, but the appliances, my bathroom and closet are what sold me. For this price point?! It was a no brainer.The staff was able to provide me a sam day tour, get everything together and me moved in in 2 weeks! I have NEVER had a problem with the staff. Everyone has always been so accommodating and friendly. Sinclair would always check on me when I first moved to make sure everything was ok and it was much appreciated, I could always count on him. Tarryn has also been such a sweetheart in my living here. When I first moved I had a little spider problem and not only did she get pest control on it, she personally came and knocked down webs/nests, etc., and Ive never had an apartment staff so sweet.The property is ALWAYS cleaned up, grass is always trimmed and beautiful and they take things seriously about making living here a pleasure. The staff is also very communicative and transparent about whats going on. Maintenance has always been swift. I called the front office about my A/C leaking and within 3-5 minutes maintenance was at my door and out within 20. Hadnt had a problem with it since.The Emerson has truly been such an amazing space to be in :)

My apartment at Emerson has always been nice, and it’s a safe community that I have found no problems living in. The best part is being able to take a walk around the complex with my pup in the mornings, and I can also end a hard work day in the beautiful pool that they have here!

I am a new resident to the state of Texas and I have been doing my due diligence in research when I came across The Emerson. In my opinion it defines luxury and compatibility for practically anyone. My first call was directly to the assistant property manager Mrs. Shayvon Naules. I was immediately blown away by her professionalism, timeliness, work ethic, and overall care of answering my questions.I even called back numerous times & had additional questions which she was more than willing to comply to my requests. She informed me of the facility best qualities. The overall cleanliness of the apartments were above my expectations. Being that I believe that you get what you pay for I was very pleased to know the spaciousness as well as the layout when you walk in. I love being to go swimming in the pool so I like to take in consideration pool designs that make for a decent swim which again is to my ultimate satisfaction.Ima 64 guy so I have to be particular when it comes to the bathroom area. Sure enough to my liking the showers were built for the above average person. As I can testify alot of the showers & toilets are typically not custom for tall/ big guys.All in all I want to thank the management for a welcoming experience. Especially Mrs. Shayvon Naules who personally took the time to escort me on a full tour throughout her hectic tight schedule. Lets really talk about customer service at its best! Thank You! Worthless trash valet that claims bags are too heavy or not tied properly and proceeds to send us pictures of the wrong trash bin saying its ours (on multiple occasions)

Was looking for a new place and stumbled upon this hidden gem in Pflugerville. Tarryn is the person who helped me, I did not need to see an actual unit as the one I was interested in, was not currently available, however the model was a very good representation of all of the units in terms of flooring, counters etc. Tarryn was helpful and very informative on the actual application and leasing process, it was as easy as 1 2 3. The approval was fast, at least for me. She stayed in contact with me throughout the process, even had me a cool bag of goodies for me the day I got my keys. The property is very nice, well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask for Tarryn, she is very helpful!!

Cant wait to be done with my lease. I cant deal with the thin walls, terrible parking, & fluctuating rent anymore. I literally use the same amount of water monthly but every month I seem to be paying $10-15 more than the previous month and my rent is $989.00 and Im paying around $1085 monthly. Valet is pointless and the fact that this is the first apartment where i wasnt given the option to pay valet is absurd considering I DONT EVEN USE THE VALET because the trash cans arent far at all. Ready to move on to the next.

THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR WHILE YOURE OUT OF TOWN!Even if its parked in a proper parking spot, is registered and in working condition. They will not provide you with a written notice nor send an email and then will falsely claim that it was our fault. Do not rent here - this management is incapable of handling things appropriately and properly and then will make false claims to justify their actions.Im not sure if the management changed recently but we never had any issues with the management team until now. Chris and his team are absolutely unfair, unwilling to work with you and do not care about their community members.Please do yourself and your wallet a favor and find someplace else.

We love it here! Have been here since last Summer, the pools and amenities make it feel like a resort! We feel safe, the property is clean, the staff is AWESOME! They have community events a great gym, business center and clubhouse area for resident use. my kiddos love getting hot chocolate or coffee every day when they come home from school.

Found these apartments through a friend and immediately came for a tour that day. Tarryn gave us a walk through of exactly what we were looking for and was very thorough and honest about the complex. Needless to say, we fell in love and signed up later that day! Got approved and moved in by that weekend. Tarryn helped us every step of the way, even when we were having trouble with the electricity company. She’s a true angel. Highly recommend these apartments and highly highly recommend asking for Tarryn if you’re interested in moving here. Also - maintenance people are awesome. Quick and get the job done. We had an issue with our water heater and they fixed it promptly.

I just moved into The Emerson and had the best experience all thanks to Tarryn. She took care of me every step of the way and is always very sweet and approachable. She even followed up with me after I moved in to see how I was liking my new place. I see other negative reviews about her and the staff and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. The apartments are beautiful and affordable, I’d definitely recommend living here.

I lived in The Emerson Apartments for 1 year. Tarryn helped me from the begining and in the end and she is amazing. I love the apartment style and design. The reason im giving one star is, some seasons you get too much ants in your apartments, and walls are so thin or sound isolation is too low or none. You can hear your neighbors every moment very loudly. When your neighbor close their door you can feel it when glasses shake on your counter. Its not so acceptable after all this new stuck home life style. After moving out, i also billed approx 700 dollars before discounting my deposit. The reason is cleaning.

We have lived at the Emerson for two years and thankfully our lease is up in February. These apartments are built so poorly. We have NEVER EVER had bug problems but this year our apartment has become infested with ants. They are in our shower coming out from the caulking that is separating from the wall, they are all over our kitchen coming out of the grout that is separating from the wall, and the outlets. And now they are all over our dryer and infesting our clothes. We are by no means dirty people, we have cleaners that come and clean our place on a routine basis. We have even had maintenance come out and fill the grout but it was done so poorly it’s all separating again.We previously brought this to the managers attention since we are due to have a baby and do not feel comfortable bringing a new born baby into this environment. We were told to just have pest control come out.. (we have had them come out multiple times and they told us we are most likely on top of a massive ant pile underneath the foundation).. and that we aren’t the only ones with this problem. We told him we wanted out of our lease and we were still expected to pay the full 60 day notice plus rent.We have had to throw away multiple household items that have gotten infested but now they are coming in through our dryer and getting into our clothes. We are terrified of bringing a new born baby into this environment.Super irritated because the ants are getting worse and we feel like we can’t go to the office because they won’t do anything. We have purchased our own ant traps and can’t wait to move out. Good luck with the ants to whom ever rents our apartment next.

I love living at The Emerson! The community is beautiful and always well kept. The pool is always sparkling and the people in the office are top notch! I love my two bedroom apartment. The coloring of the cabinets, floors, and walls are gorgeous. Also, most communities do not include the stainless steel appliances. Here, you get them and the fridge is huge! I am so glad my husband and I moved here. Location, great! Homes, great! Staff is impeccable! keep up the good work, Emerson staff!

I would have given 4.5 but guess i cant do that, have been here for about 2 months now, property is very clean all the time, i bet you cant find any apartment like this for the price you pay. Leasing staff are always helpful especially Davis helped me with move in and every time i step in to the office for any questions.Pros: Unbeatable price, Cleanliness, Large SQ FT apartments, Leasing office staffCons: Parking (could be planned better), Patio (no apartments have one) i never thought patio would be so important for me but realized after moving here, Maintenance request are really slow. Gym could have been better.

I have been here with my family for 2 months now. The staff is great and very nice. Sinclair helped us from the beginning and is so knowledgeable at his job. Any and everytime we go in the office they say hi and my teen son loves to go and greet them every evening. They always ask him how was school everyday. I have no complaints. Theres lots to do here. The only one thing I wish was that that had a little park for the little ones. Other than that beautiful apartments. Thanks Emerson for making our stay easy for our transition.

I love the various social events offered by the community, and the basic (not-so-basic) amenities, which are awesome. All staff members are typically quite friendly and maintenance is usually very quick/efficient. Parking can be a real hassle if you work late and dont have a garage. And, it can be quite annoying to hear everything going on in the units around. Im fortunate to have gotten an end unit. Overall, I am very pleased with the space and look/feel of the unit.

My experience with The Emerson Pflugerville began yesterday (8/29/19) Upon arrival, I was greeted by Tarryn with a warm and welcoming personality. We toured the amenities and model unit and I was literally blown away! Everything about this complex is so refreshing and inviting. Knowing that this property is ONLY 2 years old, I was put at ease that there won’t be any major issues with maintenance. I loved it so much, I instantly applied and got approved within hours! I CANT WAIT TO MOVE INTO MY NEW HOME 🥰

Ive lived at The Emerson Apartments for 6 months now, and I can say its the nicest complex Ive ever lived in. All of our neighbors are extremely kind and management is always quick to respond to any concerns we have or maintenance that we need.The clubhouse often throws little parties during the week. Essential oils and wine night, Movie night, pizza parties, ect.The Emerson Apartments are more than an apartment complex, it feels like a community.

I wish I could say my experience was as good as the others, but it was not. I was very excited after speaking to the assistant manager on the phone. She was friendly and very informative. However, that all changed after we arrived. The representative Day, wasnt very welcoming or friendly. Our tour was very casual and she didnt want to explain anything. Anytime my husband and I asked a question, she just responded and said, Itll be on the paper. Even after the tour, she proceeded to give us the paper and still didnt go over anything on the paper; we just sat in awkward silence as she proceeded to just be on the computer. We had been on previous tours all day and she was the worst and the tour was the worst. As far as the apartments, they are really nice in the inside and out, but cant really say much about the amenities because as I stated before the tour was very casual and didnt get much explanation.

The residents parking on New Meister is an eyesore and a traffic hazard. There is no need to park on a busy street when there is a parking lot within the complex. It brings down the value of the homes and brings a depreciated feel to the surrounding area. Can the gates be welded shut or the curb made a no parking area? I have seen these cars hit multiple times already. Seems very lazy to risk such a hazard. Is there crime in the complex to where the residents would rather park outside?

So far my experience at the Emerson has been great! Tarryn in the leasing office is a huge help. The apartment complex itself is built in 2017 and is in great condition.

Ive been here for six months now and am very pleased with the time spent here. Friendly staff and the maintenance crew is quick to respond to requests.

I absolutely love my apartment.The kitchen is beautiful and extremely spacious, theres lots of countertop space and the cabinets are huge.The best part about this place is the gorgeous pool! The community is still under construction so I can only imagine how great everything is going to be when its finished!

Emerson apartments is a beautiful place to live.They have everything you need.Management is absolutely amazing, nice people.

The staff does a great job and solves issues quickly. I have had 2-3 maintenance issues and all were handled promptly. I have alrwady renewed once, I enjoyed living jn this community. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to Tarryn, she always seems to go above and beyond, it doesnt matter what the question is.

Tarin the leasing was the most unprofessional leasing person I’ve ever seen. I went with my roommate to gather prices and she was so rude, had this look on her face the whole time as if we were a bother. When walking a model because she swore she didn’t have a two bedroom she just stood there instead of talking about the place. She wasn’t even dressed professional!! I would definitely not live here just based on that because I could only imagine if we were Residents needing help!

The staff has been helpful, welcoming, and follow up well!When I arrived I was so glad to live here as I still am. I have had more than a few ants come before ever bringing food and was told looking for water, sprayed and not any issues really after. The walls are on the thinner side but I dont mind, its a apartment! However the only reason i gave 3 stars is because of parking. I am a domestic abuse survivor and I have a toddler. I live by the back gate and all of the garages in front of me are full and none of them are near. When I come home I have to park really far which has began to worry me as a single mom walking at night just to my apt. Everyone will know which apt is mine by the end of the year as I have saw men watch me walking to my apt and then wait in their car to go out of the gate. I have repeatedly had to stop and act as if im looking for the apt because i see them waiting at the gate as they exit meanwhile the gate is wide open. It is just sad that I am in this predicament and have to feel worried. I am sure the builders had no thought of the dangers of not having enough parking but there are many. Anyways I like the place otherwise.

Pros: Decent place to stay, friendly staff (Caitlyn), work orders addressed quickly.Cons: rent is high, dog poo everywhere, grounds keeper is inconsistent, you have to park 5 buildings away and walk your groceries the same distance, window seals leak, exposed wires, broken windows. etc

My family in the recent past has stayed in these apartments and theyre definitely not what they seem. At first, everything seemed normal but once you actually start paying attention to the complex you see exactly what all the other comments have stated. The drug deals are legit. Youll hear and see people in and out of certain apartments all day and night. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the neighbors doing literally EVERYTHING. The neighborhood itself is sketchy at night i wouldnt recommend walking alone at night. The complex is pet friendly and unfortunately, theres poop everywhere! The volleyball court barely has any sand so when you play, youre jumping off flat ground with bare feet so id wear shoes or something to protect from hurting yourself. Yes, the complex and apartments look very appealing but theres way more issues that what youd expect. I wouldnt recommend living here.
