I wanna say I been living here for a year now and probably the best thing I could say is that maintenance people around here are the best. Keeping it cleanly around the apartments for my animals and Lil ones as well. Also a shout out to Jerry the groundskeeper being so helpful and friendly to me and my roommates π€πΌπ€πΌ
Terrible apartment complex. Letβs start with the tenants. My girlfriend and I signed a six month lease there and within that six months our cars were broken in two twice and keyed multiple times. We contacted management and they ensured us security would be more present within our area. We rarely saw security, day or night. Onto the unitsβ¦ walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, including neighborβs conversations. Parking is terrible. My girlfriend and I had to park at the clubhouse (we lived near the back of the complex, so imagine that walk AT NIGHT) and there are a lot of unnecessary compact parking, so if you have a truck, itβs best to pay extra for a reserved spot. Finally, letβs discuss moving out. My girlfriend and I cleaned and gutted out the apartment as best as we could, staying up a little past midnight to get it done. We did this only to get an invoice stating βthe apartment was dirty throughout.β When I called management, they informed me that the ceiling fans were dirty and there was some dirt around the corners of the room. We were charged $130 for this!! Morale of the story, this place and the company that owns them (Lantower) will find anything to charge you for. Good luck if you live here or are thinking about living here. Horrible experience. Glad we no longer live here.
My experience at the beginning wasnβt exactly what I was anticipating but properly manager Brandon saw that everything that needed to be addressed was and then some. On-site property management reflects the inner core of the ownership of. Iβm very pleased to have him and his team in our leasing office. But As youβll see other reviews with some dissatisfied ones. Reality is that you canβt make everyone on godβs green earth happy and one canβt control the forces of nature or the negative actions of others doing. Crime is anywhere and everywhere AND this city is over populated. So think about it.Personal Example: I leased and lived at The Cliffs at Barton Creek in Westlake hills and there were break ins almost twice a week. Seriously. So it doesnβt matter where you live, itβs all about how your protect your property and the execution of prevention measures. Also trash onsite is a reflection on residents not staff. So stop blaming leasing. If you see your neighbor(s) trashing the common areasβ¦ Politely ask or tell them to pick up after themselves. I mean if youβre going to attempt throw leasing under buss because your neighbor is trashing the pool area on a Google review then you should have enough πππ to call your neighbor out too. Plus our maintenance crew arenβt βdaily pick up trashβ staff. They are busy fixing the βbigger fishβ they have on their skillets. Possibly like water leaks, AC issues, door locks, electric issues etc.But Iβll say that most properties would only be so lucky to have such an understanding, positive and empathic leader with teammates who strive to follow in the same steps. I can only hope and cross my fingers that the plates donβt shift in the office and staff remains as is. Thank you ππΌ

Ambrosio has switched management multiple times since I moved in 2019. My opinion, they do whatβs necessary to get you into the apartments and nothing to assist after that. You are charged βconvenience feesβ but you donβt receive the services you pay those fees for. This is my last month here.
Unfortunately, no longer interested. As we went to Attempt a tour of a 2 bedroom, the office was closed so we toured the property ourselves a bit until it opened back up and while riding through I saw there was broken glass throughout the property next to a few broken in cars and it was 11am! Not sure if this is regular occurrence but definitely not a site to see. The property definitely wasnt as I imagined per the pictures so we ended up leaving.

Would give this Property a 0 if I could. From the New manager Brandon/ staff to the Property its self, over all horrible place to live! They have switched management/ staff 6 different times in the last 2 years! The office never answers, responds or addresses concerns via phone or email. The property is always dirty with loose trash/ furniture lying around. The walls/ structure is poorly made as you can hear neighbors or cars while in the house over your tv.. We no longer seem to have security anymore which now has caused an increased of foot traffic and break ins. Avoid if you want a Clean, Safe, Responsive and Reliable community!

Tired of this place and its staff. Lost money order, lost packages, lazy staff that take forever to call back, dont do data entry as they should. Like how can you forget which garage i have after a year? How many copies of my insurance do you need before you put it on my account? Drafted 2 rent payments out of my bank, that cause or to go negative, but dont want to call back with a solution?!?! Yet if I leave a broom on my patio they will fine me $50 per item! Sucks cause the apartment is rather nice.
Wish I could put zero stars but cant. Dont waste your time with this apartments. Fill out all their information for them and got approved. Paid the security deposit, sign the lease and some other paper work. I got my background ran, something I got 9 years ago popped, yes will say alot has changed since then. Got reasked to send my bill statements a 2ND TIME, for them to tell me I dont make enough money. I got asked if I had a cosigner that makes 5 times the monthly rent. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME and lessening my time to find a apartment now. This place this think its luxurious because it price gouges.

Avoid at all cost if you want a Safe, Friendly, Responsive property to live at. Office staff would rather abuse their authority than address resident concerns! The office staff are rude, not helpful and do not care about your concerns, (you are lucky if you get a response)! The cleanliness of the property has went downhill as well as the landscaping is horrible.. Too many car/ home break ins, over all not a safe property. We used to have lots of security roam at nights which has stopped for some reason which shows they do not care. You can read the reviews at their sister property nextdoor at Edgewater (which have the same rotating staff as here) to verify the similar issues!Update- I definitely am a resident that does not need to expose my Real Name on the internet. Brandon has actually been the worst manager we have had here. All of my concerns have been very well expressed to him as well as office personel and nothing changes. I have NOT seen one of the two officers that you have, in the last 3-4 months! I used to see them EVERY night in the past walking/driving up and down all night. Its also nice to see that power washing will be happening but per the email it is not a property wide power wash only for walk way/ breezeway areas which does nothing for the remainder of the outside property urgently needing attention (which I hope changes).
Staff are very welcoming and friendly. From going through the COVID-19 Pandemic to the Snow storm that shocked Texans, Ambrosio staff made sure my family were taken care of. If you are looking for down to earth genuine folks, with a twist of beauty and creativity when it comes to Apartment homes, this is the place for you .

As much as I love the amenities and the overall style of the buildings and my unit, it was been quite stressful of a moving in process. My unit was not clean and ready on my move in date and it took over a week until most of the items that needed to be fixed were and to this day some items still have not been fixed. I also have seen many negative comments on our virtual community board regarding packages being stolen, so now I dont even feel comfortable receiving packages here. The lead manager has been very helpful when it comes to communicating with me and assisting in getting things done but I feel like if I have an issue I shouldnt have to escalate to her every time to get a resolution. I have only been with the community now for about 2 weeks, so Im hoping that my initial experiences will not be a foreshadowing of the rest of my experience living here.

However, I must say that the new Property Manager, Dina and her crew has made some major changes in the short period that theyβve been here and things seem to have gotten a whole lot better. Thanks Dina and Team being friendly, caring, professionals and making this a better living experience than it has been in the past.

I visited this property two weeks ago and I was very impressed with the amenities on the property, the pool and fire pit were a nice touch for me. The one bedroom floor plan was perfect size. The leasing agent who helped me was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this property if you are new to the area.
2 years ago when I moved in it was awesome know they are just letting anyone moved in both of my cars got the muffler stolen loud music at night and just not a luxurious living no more this is the reason why Iβm moving

I was very pleased with the way they treated us and it made me happy to call Ambrosio my home. So far everything is been great I definitely recommend living here so worth the price ^...^
As soon as I walked in, I was treated as if I was the client they dreamed of. Alicia was sincerely professional and explained everything and gave me a tour as if she built the complex with her bare hands, she was just that informed. The lobby smelled so good, I felt as if I could sleep right in lobby area. I love this place..!!

I just moved into a townhome here from Chicago and I love it. Having the private garage is amazing also is super private since I barely have any neighbors. Also, having a hot tub during the winter too has been a treat!

Its been almost 15 months since Ive heard from anyone in regard to my invoice. After countless emails and phone calls - I give up.The apartment itself is great. Pricing isnt bad. The front desk for the most part is helpful. However, I cant say the same for upper management. If theyre treating Vendors like this, I can only imagine how theyre treating residents.Prospects - Think twice before moving.Realtors - Locators - Take your clients elsewhere

I would have gave you Five star. But I already left Ambrosio but please do take care action the room before 12109, not for me but for the current tenant and future tenant of Ambrosio. Something is happening in that room seeing different guys going inside that apartment and with a tenant lady staying in there.
Okay honestly I used to love it here but the new staff NEVER answers the phone, I need maintenance emergency I left a voicemail nobody responded. It way too expensive here you can rent a house with the their insane prices they call luxurious. Dog poop everywhere you walk around this complex, cops show up almost every day I donβt feel safe.

This is a beautiful property and the staff here are very cool. At first, I was hesitating to renew my lease but then the new manager showed up and made a lot of the wrongs here right. Every day I come in for coffee and sometimes i grab a cookie. Liz and Valerie are the best and any problems that i have had, i just talk to them about it and its not a problem anymore. They are the best!
Iβve lived here for almost 1 year and Iβm sad to be leaving, the management and staff have made huge strides and improvements to the property and their care for the residents. They listen to you, they take into account whatβs going on in your life and they work with you when needed. No place is perfect but I honestly have zero complaints living here. You get more than your moneys worth living here and I would recommend living here to anyone looking to move the North Austin/Pflugerville area. The amenities are great and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciate all that they have done to accommodate my needs during my time here and will be sad to go.

And the view of the beautiful pond behind. DO NOT LIVE HERE...youve been warned.Absolute worst living experience of my life. I have had numerous issues with this complex, and I would give Ambrosio zero stars if possible.First off, the apartments themselves are a joke. You can hear EVERYTHING. I was sitting in my bedroom one night watching T.V. and all of a sudden I heard a sneeze. My next door neighbor, who was in his room... in his own apartment... sneezed and it sounded as if he was sitting right next to me. I probably could have said bless you and Im sure he would have heard me. If people walk down the breezeways you can hear their entire conversation. If you do choose these apartments you better live on the third floor. I live on the second floor and the person above me woke up at 4am everyday for work. Guess who also got to wake up at 4am everyday? Literally every single day until he moved out I woke up at 4am because the walls are so paper thin you can hear everything. Just him walking around would wake me up. I can hear when the person above me drops a pan and know that they have dropped a pan, I can hear it as if its in my own apartment.I have had a lot of trouble with ants in my apartment. If I leave anything out for more than half a day I will find ants in my food. I have had pest control come numerous times and nothing seems to help. On top of all of this the flooring in my apartment has become loose. Not just one or two slats, I would say about 60% of the flooring in my apartment has become loose. It is almost as if the slats werent glued together, I constantly find myself finding new flooring that has become loose.In my 9 months here I have seen numerous management changes. It seems that every time I go in to talk to someone I am talking to a different leasing agent, person of management, etc. I understand that businesses go through change, but it is starting to get old speaking to a new person about the same problems. I have spoke to management about the same problems (like the guy above me who woke me up at 4 am everyday) and nothing gets done. Just today I got a fine sent to me for an issue with trash...and it wasnt even my apartment! I had to let them know that they were fining the wrong person and that I dont live in that apartment. I have lived here 9 months and they dont even know what apartment I live in.I am counting down the days until I move out. I promise you if you move here you will regret it. It is definitely not worth the price. This apartment promotes luxury living and nothing about this complex is luxurious. The only good thing about this apartment is the pool. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.UPDATE 5/13I called a week ago to get my concerns addressed... no one ever called me back. This place does not care at all about its tenants. Do not live here.

I moved into this property about a year ago, just moved out this week. When I entered into my contract with leasing agent Valerie I was told I had been approved with and additional one months rent that I would get back after my lease was completed. When I called to follow up on this the current assistant office manager told me βnone of the old staff is still hereβ itβs listed as a risk fee and is non-refundable. Who the heck would just hand over $1600 as an additional fee?! Thatβs a whole months rent!! My apartment locator was with me through the whole process during my lease signing and also recalls it being the additional month and totally refundable. Now they are refusing to do anything about their error and are threatening with sending me to collections immediately for my balance. I feel like they just stole my money from me. The community is no longer what it might have been at one time. The pool is always full with people that do not live there with large parties. Definitely NOT family friendly itβs very ghetto, fighting and drugs. Lots of cops, cigarette buds everywhere, loud music, and dog poop EVERYWHERE. Also the walls are paper thin (that was a nightmare) good luck sleeping if you work nights. Oh and lots of spiders and ants. Just donβt do it!!!Almost forgot packages are always missing and get stolen!**update**The additional months rent I paid at move in has been applied to my account balance. Although they are hitting me hard with all kinds of other fees. Only one bedroom had carpet and nothing but foot traffic was wrong with it, they are charging me over $400 to replace it. Also the walls are all painted with white FLAT paint, impossible to clean. Those fees of a professional paint job over $200 are being added to my balance. While living here I myself would get a bucket of paint from maintenance just to be able to touch up any imperfections on the walls but yet they pass these fees to their residents!? Never have I experienced such dishonesty at a rental property:(
So far Ive had a good experience living here! Liz and the Manager were excellent with getting me all situated; I needed a place rather quickly and they were able to accommodate. The location is perfect for me, close to work and not far from Downtown Austin. The only thing Ive had issues with is maintenance; theyve been really slow.

Moved in today and I absolutely LOVE my apartment. Lucas is awesome.. I showed up Wednesday afternoon needing an apartment asap and fell in love with Ambrosio. Lucas was able to get me moved in less than 48 hours later on Friday morning. (By the way, I have a background in new home sales- and he is great at what he does).The apartments are beautiful and my view of the gorgeous pool area is amazing. The one negative review about this complex was actually a great sign to me that they are selective with who they let live here and dont accept criminals. I am so happy with my decision to move in here!

Jamie Hackock - assistant manager and Alicia Davis - leasing sales associate both treated me like I havenβt been a punctual resident for the past year. Humiliated me by laughing when I asked what the move out notice entails. If I thought about resigning here, both Jamie and Alicia made sure I do not. I will never recommend this apartment complex and I advice you do not sign here. No matter how good of a resident you are, these two leasing agents will make sure your experience is not pleasant.
I wish I can read reviews this apartment before moving in. Place it not safe.my car scratched 2 time. Dog poop everywhere. Cigarette .and else I just moving out 3day ago..final statement they charge me 175.for clean up.150 for repaint. And before I moving in I have 150 security deposit. Now they said not.. I m NOT Recommended for this apartment they try to take money when you leave..they do business but they dont care for tenants. They dont care social media..I left 1 shower curtains. 1 broom they charged 150 to clean. ...
The apartments are nice and spacious with a new feel.The language used in emails to residents is some what threatening if you proof read. Some of the ladies in leading office need to improve customer experience.
Living at Ambrosio is such a a pleasure. The leasing staff is amazing. Liz is very prompt and nothing is too much trouble for her, always very polite.I know for a fact, Ambrosio is the perfect place to call home.
Avoid this place! It looks nice, but thats where nice ends. The staff is comedically incompetent and the simplest requests for service will be blown off repeatedly.The claim of luxury living is laughable. Security gates are broken for weeks at a time and community standards are not upheld. The pool is overrun by huge parties or closed due to negligence of the guests and non residents who use the place because there is no security. I have had an insect problem in my apartment for months and they cant get it handled.Im too embarrassed to bring friends to my house because of the insect problems. I cant store food in my house unless its refrigerated.All they care about here is getting new residents. If you live here already, they could care less about your needs. Its beyond frustrating to live here. Your home should be your retreat, a place to relax. I have to leave my home if I want to relax.Update 8/10Your response to this post is that you are shocked. Who are you? To be shocked would mean you have not heard any of my MANY complaints about the problems here. So Im curious what your role is here because hearing that youre surprised means this is all new to you. The degree of ineptitude that I have experienced across the board here is shocking. Every time I have to go out of my way to tell your staff how they have failed, they tell me it will be handled and it never gets done or done right. Numerous requests to have the new manager contact me have also been ignored.
Such a beautiful property, it was so easy to set up an appointment to take a tour with Alicia that was extremely professional. Alicia did an awesome job that she just showed me what im looking for she also went over some options that will work for me depending on what I explained to her. Also im not going to forget to mention Taylor, he was so fast to answer all my question about the area as far as retail restaurants and gyms. he told me exactly what to expect since im new to the area.im really looking forward to be a part of the community.thank you for making this the easiest move ever.
One of the first few tenants in Bldg XII in 1st floor. I worked 2nd shift in one of the hospital in Austin and really accessible to I-35. At first everything is fine but observed that one of the room in that Bldg. I saw different men going inside in of one of the apartment. One time I was doing walking inside the building and since its raining, I did my rounds in the bldg. In a span of 1 hour, saw 3 men going to the same room different time. I thought maybe a coincidence but when my fiancΓ© came home for holiday and we decided to do some cleaning, we saw at least 6 men going to that room that day. Thats where me and my fiancΓ© decided to move out during the early month of 2019. Good management and staff.

This has to be the worst complex Ive ever seen. Broken beer bottles in parking and over crowded parking with people who dont live here. Walls are so thin I hear all my neighbor conversations. Safe always have an attitude when I can actually find one. Apartments are horribly built. It reminds of the hood and I genuinely hate this place.
Ive been here for almost a year now and although staff changes have been pretty frequent since Ive been here...their core values still hold the same weight. Any issues Ive had they have always been able to take care of them with no problem. They are not perfect as any other human on this Earth isnt, but I would definitely recommend moving here. The amenities have held up well and I have probably made 2 maintenance request throughout my time here. Ive had issues with rent that have been out of my control and they have always used their discretion very well. I just figure as long as you communicate with them, they will do their best to look out for you without bending over too far to effect their business. Going on my 2nd lease here and if nothing else comes up within the next year I will continue to be here. Great staff from property managers down to the leasing agents.
Showed up for an appointment, peak of corona, and the guy is super surprised to see me and greets me without a mask. After standing outside for 10 minutes, he walks me over to the open unit. The door unlocks, opens and three roaches scurry out, the blinds are falling off the slider, and the floors are filthy. βIβll pass, thanks.β
I love the community. The newer tenants need to be more clean and aware of cleanliness but I love it. Its quiet and pretty.
No star if i could. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The absolute worst management I have ever had to deal with. They will nickle and dime you for everything possible. Do NOT expect a return on any deposit, in fact expect to pay them. When I moved out everything was in the same condition as when I moved in, no holes in walls nothing broken or missing yet I owed a balance for damages. The trash pick up is a joke and scam. If youre lucky your trash will be picked up otherwise you will see a fine for leaving trash out on your next billing. Dont fall for the outside appearance there much are better places, keep looking!

Ive been here for about 3 months and I love it. There was a recent change in management. Greystar is out and I have to say Im going to miss Lucas and Mikkael very much. They were always very professional, friendly, quick to respond, and super likeable! Whatever property gets them is lucky because as you may know by now, staff can make or break a place FAST.My interactions with the new management have all been positive. They have been very communicative and supportive of me whenever Ive needed it.This apartment is awesome. The way its going, Ill be renewing my lease and recommending it to people I know.

I do not recommend this apartments at all!!!!!!!!!!! I dont even rate it a star!!! I leaved here a whole full year, wanting too leave since my 3rd month there!!! I had so many problems with the staff/apt/ect!! When i first moved in, it was a good experience with the first staff after a month everything went out of hand. The staff right now are very rude! You will see trash everywhere now! They do not keep it clean. They will STEAL money from you! They will tell you a whole story of anything just too get money from you, with out really having a reason or proof!!!!!!! Me leaving in this apartment complex i will totally not RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! For so many reasons!They will loose your money orders KEEP RECEIPTS! They will take more and more money from you!!!! They do not care at all of your situations! Staff is RUDE! They could care less if theres trash everywhere! (Beer bottles,Cigarettes, ect) & More!!Very BAD EXPERIENCE HERE!!! Not RECOMMENDED AT ALL FROM ME, as i said I sadly leaved here for a whole year!!!! Anxiously waiting for my contract too END!
I fell in love with the property ammenities and the pond view from my soon to be new home. I felt welcomed by Jaen and Valerie instantly! Both were warm and friendly and eager to answer my thousands of questions. The leasing process was so easy and fast! Valerie even took time out to show my Dad my new apt when we popped by. I am so excited to have found this little slice of heaven!
Nice apartments took a tour,nice area,like the walking area by the water,,nice friendly staff.
Not even one star. Sorry. I do have a criminal background, and I mentioned that BEFORE we filled out the application. He told us he was able to help that they were an equal opportunity housing. We got denied and he didnt help whatsoever like he said. Its been almost two months and I have not even received the half of my application fee refund after I had called twice already.These apartments have the great looks, dont get me wrong. But the management can definitely improve and not just dig in peoples pockets.

Experience was BAD! At first when we moved in, it wasnβt too bad but after a few months, chaos begun. Here is a list of pros and con:Cons:1.The pool is crowded by people who donβt live in the complex and thatβs when itβs even open(closes a lot).2.You are lucky if you get to park by your building (i have to park outside of the complex by the office at night because there is no open parking.)3. Itβs actually really expensive for what you get.(ex. 1 room 1 bath around 550sqft = $1095)4. Our apartment pretty much fell apart right away( The floor panels came off because they werenβt glued in correctly, our ac started to leak down from the ceiling, faulty fuses in the fuse box so had to get new ones. Air extractor in the bathroom never worked since we moved in ect)5.Valet trash stopped after a few months (One trash container and one recycle container for the entire complex)6.Its 50/50 with the office staff you can either have a rly good interaction or a really bad and heated one, usually the latter.7.Security can be improved. (Cameras donβt work according to office staff,) and there is stuff happening all the time. (Ex. Plenty of slashed tires.8.Since itβs by the highway, there is a lot of traffic noice and a lot of traffic when you try to leave out the front.9.its surrounded by two cemeteries, one on each side of the complex but if you saw it in person you already know this.Pros:1:Nice aesthetic.( for the most part I actually really like how it all looks but thatβs up to taste.2.Big L shaped pool that is fun when itβs not full or closed.3.βPrivate Parkβ in the back is nice to walk around and just a generally nice addition (βprivateβ because everyone can go to it itβs not closed to the public.)4.Its really close to Shopping areas.(not walking distance but only minutes away if you drive.Over all it was just not a positive experience and the bad outweighs the good and for that. My complain about this apartment is every other week there is a different manager or assistant manager there nothing is never consistent the rent amount changes every month and Im not stating that the water bill or any of that it changes tremendously each month renewing the lease if your lease is up in March they prorate your rent portion in December doesnt make sense but my lease is not up they are doing some shady stuff there so I would advise whoever live there to move out soon because you going to have the same complaints everyone needs a petition and go to chop to their new stations and complaint residents need to complaint to the news stations there and have them to fix this problem they are jipping residence
DO NOT LIVE HERE !The management here is horrible not to state that they have changed management a few time in a year.First off the complex did not have my apartment ready by the date we agreed, which was a great inconvenience as I was relocating to the Austin area from out of town. I had to wait another day to move in when I had all my belonging in a uhaul truck.Second I was giving the apartment in a horrible dirty condition. They told me they would have it cleaned before end of day which they didnβt. I had to clean it myself. They then tried to charge me a fee for trash as I cleaning the apartment from their lack of commitment.I recently just moved out and had a cleaning company go in to make sure I wasnβt charged any feeβs, when I got the final statement they charged 175.00 for the clean up. Not only was the apartment spotless, but they also gave me a dirty apartment. I should have never cleaned it in the first place.They have treated my guest unprofessionally at the pool, because I went to my apartment to grab something. They were interrogated about why they were there without me. I maybe took 5 mins.I could go on and on about the incompetent staff here but all I can do is advise NOT to live her.
Iβve been living here a week and everything has been horrible they gave me a horrible unit cigarette buds all over the balcony dirty carpet and now baby cockroaches have been flooding the apartment pest control came didnβt resolve the issue now the new manager is saying I need to pay 35$ for special treatment then my AC broke took like 3 days to get it fixed. I can tell this is going to be a nightmare for me and I just began my lease.
I could go on about the good and bad experiences I have had here as a resident, but when we moved in, April of 2018 the apartment complex was only 8 months old. So naturally, not everything was in order yet. As of 2-3 months ago EVERYTHING changed, i didnt notice right away cause i had given up. But the current office manager and regional manager are making changes. They see and agree what we are saying and are making change right away. Liz has always been so helpful, even when ive called her with my attitude, she still managed to help with what power she had. I do blame the trash on the maintenance crew for not doing their jobs and being so lazy. Which will be changed soon as well. I say give this place a chance, go over every little detail. The front staff are patient and will answer questions and relieve concerns. What caught our eye right away about this property is that it looked like home, Florida beaches. We fell inlove with this place, the pool is amazing and lots of room, we had so many memorable and fun times with family and friends. We have a yard that we would have family functions in and just enjoyed family together. the kitchen is my dream kitchen. Master closet is huge with plenty of space for all my clothes and his. Garden tubs and arm rests for a relaxing evening. Rent is a bit high, but its for luxury living and convenience. I live 7 mins from work and 3 minutes from HEB. Give this place a chance! Again, Positive Changes Are Happening Everyday!!
