Laura was very helpful and efficient processing my name transfer for my vehicle, very satisfied with the overall experience the fee definitely beats waiting in line at the dmv, all the employees at this location are very nice and helpful definitely will be going here from now one to take care of my dmv needs.

I paid for my tags thru the kiosk but I needed to get a smog done for my truck and was not able to get my tags that day. I got the smog done and I went to placas and for a $58 dollar fee I was able to get my registration and tags the same day like clock work yamilet and her two associates were very friendly and helpful. The extra fee definitely worth it. Instead of having to wait in the big line or for an appointment at the dmv.
