We’ve been with State Farm for quite some time now and have always had the best service. We’ve always dealt with Jasmine. She is very professional and responsive. We started out with just auto insurance, but we bought our first home a few years ago and Jasmine made adding the house to our policy easy. I would recommend this office anytime. As a matter of fact, Jasmine handles a quite a few of our family members. You want great service? Look no further. You will not be disappointed.

Its so crazy Ive been with state farm for years now and never had problems until now that I had to make a calm and my van was stolen it seems like no one in Pete Peterson s office wants to be helpful they all have attitudes and no manners and there customer service sucks I wish I could change offices because I got more help from another office more then the one I got my policy from when something happens to your vehicle THATS WHEN YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY IS SUPPOSED TO MAKE YOU FEEL SAFE WITH NO WORRIES WELL NOT STATE FARM

My issue is with the actual State Farm company, although from the sound of it the people in this office are not very competent either. My husband and I were rear ended by a lady yesterday. It was 100% her fault. She told State Farm she takes complete responsibility. The thing is, she only has liability I guess. Which is fine, and truth be told that amount should more than cover the damages to our car. California state minimum is $5,000. My problem is that State Farm is trying to make it seem like this is such a hassle for them and that we should have our insurance company cover the damage. This is YOUR customers fault, and therefore YOUR responsibility. The people we all spoke to were SO rude and made us feel like we were such a inconvenience to them. Im sorry,but how do you think we feel?! State Farm is full of rude incompetent people, and they keep trying to weasel their way out of paying. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM.

By far the worst road side assistance. I had AAA before and thought it was a good choice to change . Was I mistaken. I called at 10:30 and it’s been 3 hours and three different tow trucks that say they can’t help me because State Farm sent the the wrong location or it’s not safe to load my truck ??? Honestly don’t wait until you need them to experience this, change before they’re your only help in an emergency!!
