Went through HR about unethical conditions and ended up be fired. When asked for an exit interview I was refused. I asked why I was being let go and was told she (HR) was not under any obligation to discuss the reason. She also tried aggressively to have me sign a document that was an agreement to not sue them in exchange for an insulting severance fee. Very disappointed in the company and the way I was treated for whistle-blowing unsavory practices coming down from our leadership. 1/5 Stars only because the good employees that give so much to the company and its clients.

The parent, global company and management treat their employees with so much disdain at Kwikee it should be considered unethical and a concern for the well-being of their employees and former employees.
