Nice staff, clean place. Owner is a nice gentleman and you hope that he is the one cutting your hair! Quality of haircut is not the same from other employees. Had a younger gentleman cut my hair in half the time the people next to me did, not a good thing half effort from him. Haircut was uneven and parts were drastically longer than others. Hate to leave a poor review but gotta have an all around solid staff to get 5 stars.

Her attention to detail was impeccable and she fixed the bowl haircut his grandmother started to give him. He’s going to look great for his birthday tomorrow! I’m so happy with his new big boy look!

My wife cut my hair for 35 years until my son in law recommended this shop about 4 years ago. Ive been coming here ever since! The owner always is friendly, provides a great haircut, a hot towel, and a nice neck massage. The price is reasonable and the place is clean. I highly recommend it!

Ive wanted a great cut and shaved since I moved out here 7 years ago. A few months ago I decided Id stop in. Man. Bianey, the owner, is excellent! Not a detail missed! I may not be a good looker but my haircut and beard are on point when she gets done!

This is a barbershop I used to bring my son to often and I really dont think hell be coming back. The rest of the haircut was fine except for this hard line. If your barbers arent experienced enough to do a straight line let them know not to do it or pass the customer off to somebody who can.

Ive been going to Masters Barber Shop since they opened. I wont go anywhere else for a haircut because I know no matter who cuts my hair, it will be great! The hot towel and shoulder massage is a nice bonus. Great prices, great haircuts, clean and friendly environment. What more can you ask for?

Went there for a haircut. Had an appointment and arrived a few minutes early. The stylist was good. He cut my hair mostly the way I wanted it. Like other barber shops, they use a straight razor to shave your neck. But my stylist didnt (others there did). I asked for the top to be pretty short. It was longer than I liked. They also give you a shoulder massage.Location is easy to get to. Nice interior that isnt falling apart like some other barber shops. Stylists are nice. Price is reasonable. They charge a fee for using a credit card - so best to bring cash.

Best place in town for a hair cut hands down

Youll notice a lot of the bad reviews are due to bad service. I walked in, wasnt acknowledged at all and hardly noticed the sign in sheet, but found it. There was nobody in line and it took an hour to get to me but thats fine, sometimes these things take a while. When I get called up the barber immediately comes off as annoyed and condescending. He asks what I want, I say I want a crew cut, but he doesnt know what that is. I explain I want a 2 and the sides and some off the top, showing him with my fingers how much I want off. He says okay, do you want the line between the sides and top, I say no I just want it faded in. He responds thats weird. Alright. At the end the sides look good but he butchered the top length. From start to finish the guy felt the need to throw unnecessary jabs about my choices with a condescending tone to make himself feel better I guess. I was looking for a place closer to home to frequent, looks like Ill be sticking to Floyds instead.

I have been getting my haircut and my sons for the last 6yrs, almost since the shop opened. I can confirm that you can always find a barber that will do a great job with your cut. The place is clean and the atmosphere all around is pretty relax. Lets just say i wont changing shops anytime soon.

I decided to try a new barber shop in the area because I was getting tired of my old one. I came in right when they opened on a weekday and there were two people getting their haircuts already. This should give you an idea of how busy they can get? This place has a more quiet atmosphere with the news on their tvs so it was nice to get updated on the local news. I was seated right away since there were three barbers at the time. Juan was my barber and this guy takes his time and effort into making sure you have a good haircut! You know you have a good haircut when the barber spends almost an hour cutting your hair! He really focuses on the details and angles of your hair to make sure it is a good clean cut! I asked for a fade with a comb over and part, it was spot on! Not only that, you get a warm moist towel around your head and a shoulder and upper back massage with this hand device they have. The experience was pleasant from the beginning to the end, I almost fell asleep from the comfort! I will definitely be coming back! Keep it up!

Been going here for the last few months when I needed a hair cut. I went in there yesterday before going to get my engagement photos taken as usually do a great job. The person whom cut my hair could not do a beard trim as I wanted it done with out clippers as just needed it cleaned up. As well while doing the clean up shave on the back of my neck she actually cut me. It was extremely red and irritated when I left. Wasn’t happy. This morning when I awoke I now have scab lines on my neck where she did in fact cut me all the way across it. I am very upset with this as I work in a professional environment as well I had to deal with the this durring one of the most important days for my future wife. When I brought the giant red area up to them they said it must be me and not them. And slapped some baby powder or something on it and just shrugged it off. The shop itself looked great! I was the first one in the door and while getting my haircut and beard trimmed two other people came in to get a hair cut. Tvs on all walls to entertain those waiting and nice chairs. Now to the haircut and beard trim. Armando gave me the best haircut and trim I have gotten in awhile. Recently moved to AZ and wasnt able to find a barber to go to on a regular basis. The search is over! Thanks again Armando and I will be back.

I have been coming here every 2 weeks for about the past 5 years. They all do a really great job and are all very friendly. I suggest asking for Biani but if you get some one else you will still be in good hands. Not to mention how inexpensive it is for what they do!

Waited here for over 2hrs came 15 Minutes after the place opened and was not helped. People that came an hr after we’re told it was a 30 min wait and left. While I’ve been waiting for over an hr and waited another Hour after they said that. There was only 3 barbers but somehow 7 people were scheduled for 9am. No one once told me I should make and appointment online or anything.

Went there for the first time. Got a excellent cut from David. Got home and decided to let him trim my goatee. Went back and he hooked me up but the lady that works at the station behind the register decided to charge me $9 which is a beard trim price (with attitude). I would have been a repeat customer if I hadnt went back to get my goatee trimmed. Sorry David good job though.

This place use to be good. Not sure what happened. Had an appointment there today for noon with Julio, got there ten minutes prior and the guy I had my appointment with took two people after I got there until I just left at 1pm. Gave them a chance for an hour, an hour too long.

Im very picky about my haircuts and so its always a risk trying a new barber, I must say, the risk was well worth it. Payed attention to detail, and although its a long process, I loved the finished cut. Definitely earned a loyal customer out of me!

Terrible service! The owner was a very nasty lady and she did what I asked her not to do!!! She put a razor to my 13 year old son and she hurt him after I asked her to please not use a razor!!! She had a nasty attitude and did a terrible job. If I was able to give a half star or a negative, I would! Will never go back!!!

Still upset my son couldnt get haircut for communion, took my son here few days ago, wasnt acknowledged as a customers, 1st chair barber woman made slight eye contact and continued to look straight ahead, wait was close to 30 min so we left after we realized we were intended to sign in on tab. And i wasnt aware that appointments were taken, so i was stumped when customers who walkd in after, were serviced before my son..shop looked nice but wouldnt be back to this establishment, mediocre customer service, would like to give 0 stars but unable to rate in that manner.
