I checked in online and reached there before time and followed the ETA that I got from their system. Despite being there at the right time i ended up waiting at the shop for 40 minutes only to eventually leave in frustration and not getting the haircut. I am frustrated because of the total time i wasted in registering online, going and waiting there following their instructions exactly only to realize that I’m just wasting my time. I understand that shops can get busy but I hope the time they ask you to be there is accurate so customers can plan their evening/day correctly.

Im not much of a sports fan, bit I love this place. It always has a fun atmosphere, high energy and the staff joke and laugh with each other, so genuinely seem to like working together. The stylists are all wonderful, particularly Amanda and Collinda, who are my go to ladies. They both have superb skills and can make even my mug look good. The price is reasonable for the service, I highly recommend the VIP, but just a basic cut and style is available. They also have a good selection of quality hair care products to suit just about any need.

Stylist couldnt cut straight at all. Didnt blend it together whatsoever. Not exaggerating when i say this is probably the sloppiest haircut ive ever had.

I like this place. Close to home, and they keep the way I like my hair in the CPU, so I dont really need the same person every time. Ive always enjoyed the way haircuts feel, so adding a massaging shampoo and a warm towel face massage on the end is basically magical. I can buy my favorite tea tree hair products on the way out, and they have sports on the telly the entire time. Ive heard people have experienced some longer wait times, so I dont recommend it if youre in a hurry, especially on a weekend. I always seem to get in and out pretty quick, and Ill keep going!

Checked in on the website for my 2 year old son. Arrive, but he is not on the board. I say I checked in and we arent on the board. Employee walks up and says Oh, it was the guy in my chair. He must not have checked in all the way (Exact quote, or very close) So, she took my sons name off the check-in list and let a person get a cut without even checking in. I get if no one was in-store, BUT WHY TAKE DAVID OFF THE BOARD IF MIKE COMES TO THE COUNTER. (Example names to show they do NOT rhyme and it isnt even remotely close)How do you even remove a name if someone walks up for a cut and says the WRONG NAME. As I said above, they werent even CLOSE to rhyming, so it was NO verbal miscommunication.So, lets make it even worse!Different employee checks my son in and says Sorry, it will be about 10 minutes. Instead of rectifying their mistake and getting my son in the very next chair, FOUR people (the people in front of my son because they added him AFTER incorrectly removing his name) get called up before him. So, after 20+ minutes, I walk out.Definitely will not be using this location again. If I would have gotten a receipt with the corporate number on it I would have called. That is how salty they made me.The end.

They haven’t been able to keep a consistent staff and are constantly understaffed. Wait times listed online don’t reflect accurate wait times in store. Expect 30 minute delay compared to what’s listed online. Take your business to other adequately staffed salons.

I have been a customer since day one. Most of the time I get a great haircut and a great MVP experience. Like everything else, the price has gone up. I’m glad the turnover of stylists has greatly reduced.

This place used to be awesome. However there turnover is ridiculous. The customer service has also gone down the drain. All the people saying that they have changed to be more like great clips are right. I’ve been coming to these locations for over a year now (I get a haircut every three weeks). Today was the last straw. I waited 40 minutes at the north peoria location with my status as On Deck. Not a peep letting me know why the long wait. I get that you are understaffed and stressed. I work for customer service myself and I would never let a customer sit for 40 minutes with out even a hello.Horrible, horrible.Great place for children or guys that want simple cuts. If you care about your time or your hair. Stay away, seriously.

The price is a higer than wat Im used to paying for his cuts but its worth every penny...It was a great first time visit for my son nd he loved it... I loved it too because i was able to get the neck nd shoulder massage for myself after he was finished... They are also very friendly and i loved the atmosphere and the whole theme of the shop... Definitely goin back and its rite by my house no far traveling at all.

Got a haircut here, worst hair cut I ever received. When I got home I realized my hair was cut unevenly. It’s been bothering me for days. I also got my haircut by the manager of this location by the name of Amanda. If the manager can’t do a great job, I don’t expect the others to be any better. Never going here again, waste of money and time.

My hair and my wallet got clipped. Im sorry but a bunch of televisions doesnt make the cost worth it, I have a phone to keep me entertained. Go to Great Clips and thank me later.

Pretty sure the girl that cut my hair JUST got out of beauty school. I got the worst haircut ever yesterday. Im a 28 year old guy with normal guy hair. Easy, right? I walked in with a free coupon and when I got home my wife and 7 year old daughter just dropped their jaws! My head looked like a pinball. She shaved the sides and left the top long. I went back to Great Cuts and they said there were holes all over the place and a runway around my ears. They werent really able to fix it without shaving my head. That sports on tv ended up being pretty expensive.

Keep in mind you can only rate from 1-5 stars, not below one, so one is actually 0. No one here will acknowledge that you exist when you walk in or within 5 mins of you standing in front of their desk, but it will take the lady sweeping around her chair 3 mins to actually finish sweeping a 5x5 area and when you ask her how long until you can be seen because you checked in an hour ago and were told to come back in an hour she will seem like youre making her life far more difficult that it should be. Sorry for the inconvenience lady, just wanting to get my haircut at any point in the last hour after following your instructions. Terrible place, nothing pleasant and no redeaming qualities. The employees seem to hate their lives and thus their customers. If I wanted to deliberately make myself as miserable as this place tries to make you I wouldve just gone and hung out at the DMV.

Dont let thuy cut your hair and in a minute and a half and throw you out with hair all over you. Terrible. I will be avoiding her and most likely this location.

I went to get a haircut then came out with a bad hair day really bad service I will not ever go there again in my life the lady that cut my hair probably didn’t take more than a minute she was rushing through my hair.

Will never go back here again showed them a haircut I wanted and didn’t even have me the one I showed them and I will have to wait to grow out my hair for months again don’t suggest to go to here.
