I was lucky enough to have salesman Brandon Wood answer my initial inquiry. He was very responsive and straight forward with my questions and request. Service writer Mark took good care of. Got us a Lyft ride to and from home. Amenities suck. Coffee is terrible and no donuts or snacks while waiting. They charge enough for service. All in all car was repaired and that is the important thing.

I ended at Peoria Kia because service advisor left previous dealership she used to work at and had to track her down. She is very professional, honest and accurate. In addition, she will not try to sell you something the vehicle does not need. Something I like about Peoria Kia is they do not miss lower engine cover screws as Rodeo Kia used to when doing oilchanges. The first time I took my car to Peoria Kia, immediately drove home and checked everything they said did on the scheduled services. All was as asked but 1 detail, called Heather and they took care of it. I recommend this dealership but always check the work done. That is how I put trust on anything or do not ever return. =) Cheers!
This place is the best! They were booked out for 3 weeks when my tire light came on… I had picked up a nail in one of my tires and kept loosing air. I pulled in and was immediately met by Mark who said he would take care of me! They squeezed me in, got me a new tire and put it on! I was so grateful!

My husband and I just bought a car here from Victor. 100% recommend, we have no reservations. 95% of the recommendation comes from our experience with Victor. He helped us trade in 2 cars and got us an incredible value for both, got us the best price for our brand new 2021 car despite the shortage, talked straight with us about financing and getting the best value, and has been there every time weve needed him since. Im sure there are many salesman who could learn from him and the ones who currently work with him are blessed with the best. The other 5% comes from the financing guys - no complaints there either! Super friendly and straightforward guys. Also, they didnt try to oversell us, which is a big deal. If youre getting a KIA, you have to come here.
Worst company to deal with ever. I started purchasing a car in August, the car wouldnt get into the state until September 2nd. I was finalizing all the paperwork and was ghosted by my sale guys. Following week I started the process over sent them more paperwork and once again was ghosted by them. No professionalism or honesty with these guys

It was devastating hearing that after an accident our 2020 Kia Soul was totaled. Being totally satisfied with this Kia Soul and the previous Kia Soul, we returned to the dealer to find out what will be needed to get another Kia Soul. For the third time...it was painless... very expertly handled by our salesman Victor,and all of those who prepare the financing then the finalizing with the accounting office. Excellent customer service in the Service Department, at least from the three servicemen and women that assist me. At this last particular visit, I was assisted by Justen, Brian and Heather in service accounts. These three assisted me and my car, and I am very pleased. I raved about them to the people in the lobby and outside of the service area today. Usually, Justen is my main point of contact and my assigned Serviceman, and he is always on top of the care needed for my vehicle. He keeps me updated and informed throughout the service experience, informs me about recommendations for servicing my car and always appear to be reasonable. When it comes to servicing your vehicle, you want to go to a place that handles your car with care, completely maintenance your vehicle on time, but most importantly, you want to feel like you’re not being taken advantage of or over charged. Some prices are uncontrollable, but overall, I don’t feel taken advantage of, and the prices are reasonable or as expected. I would totally recommend servicing your car at Peoria Kia Service Department, based on my many interactions from these great people!
I chose Peoria Kia because they actually had service availability this week compared to the one in Goodyear. But they were surprisingly quick and super friendly. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. I will definitely give this location my future automotive business and recommend them to my friends and co-workers.
I take my kia here for maintenance and everytime its pretty quick. I thought my tire sensors were bad and they said its because the air was lower than the sensors wanted. I felt stupid but they made sure it was fine and treated me well.

Walker was outstanding to work with. For being on the job just a week or so, he knew quite a bit about KIA vehicles. It is worth mentioning that some older, more savvy salespeople could learn a bit from Walker and his sales techniques. In our car shopping efforts, we ran into mostly cocky and pompous sales staff.....not Walker though. Pretty grounded individual.

Their customer service Brian is very good with this customers but overall the dealership is not even close to what Im used to at the Kia Puyallup Washington dealership. Here in the Arizona the steelership has so many other car dealerships I really dont think he cares for his customers he just cares about the money.

I just bought a used 2020 Kia Optima. I love this car! I saw it online & James Arroyo who took care of internet sales, was just awesome!! I HATE THE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! It has never been pleasant, the haggling, the pressure, the B.S. the vultures at other places that keep picking at you with different prices.It was not like that with James. He gave me a non-sales pressure approach, answered all questions I had, AND even continued to help me when he was off and away from work! He was attentive and informational. Made sure we were well taken care of during the process. Explained everything when we were doing it and made sure all of our questions were answered. Horrible experience. We purchased a brand new Kia Sorrento a little over a week ago. My wife really wanted to have homelink on her new vehicle and our salesperson Bob Hart promised it would be installed before we picked up the vehicle. When we went to pick up the vehicle the homelink had not been installed. We live about an hour from the dealership and we’re told by our salesperson Bob that we would get a free tank of gas for coming back to get it installed. Service advisor Heather reached out to schedule our appointment. I explained that I had an hour drive and would appreciate if the guy who installs these be there at 8am. She said she would make sure he is there. I showed up at 7:55 am and sat around till 10:20 before I was told the guy was not their yet. I went to complain to Chuck Weesner and how unprofessional can you get. I cannot believe they have this guy running the place. Trust me when I say they don’t appreciate your time or money. Shop elsewhere!!!!!!

We brought our car in for an overdue oil change, to have the tires rotated and balanced and a few other minor checks. Our service rep Sherrie was excellent. Since the mileage was so close to the 75,000 mile service, she recommended that, laid out specifically what was included, and the cost. Additionally we were able to request certain items not be done and the charge removed. Overall the experience was excellent, the service members were helpful and pleasant, and Sherrie made the process run smoothly. Definitely would recommend.

The advertising price of the vehicle on the internet and the posted mileage was 11k less than the actual number. A $16.8 k price became $20,300, the sales manager, Zachariah was awful and rude to work with. The sales person, Shane was trying his best to help. Would not recommend any one to buy a vehicle here.

First of all I have to say that I dislike the whole vehicle buying process but this was very different. We went in yesterday for a purchase of a Kia Soul. The service was great. We dealt with a Sales Consultant named Brandon Wood. He was great and very honest. His sales manager Nate was great as well. We were in and out in about 2 1/2 hours, and it would have been even faster if we have the insurance company dealt with and had added the vehicle to the policy faster. Please ask for Brandon when you go there. I have purchased 6 cars in my life, my next vehicle will be purchased there. If I could give more stars I would. The experience was that great.
Keeping this short? Not gonna happen. Great experience with this dealership, specifically Mr. Cory Coronado. Cant say enough good things about him and the job he does. Never any pressure, just a helpful, personable attitude. But mine was a VERY unique situation, more on that in a minute. In 2018 I discovered these Buick wagons and started on a savings plan to get one. Fast forward to 2020 and Buick announces they will not make them anymore. Yikes! Time to get going! The local inventory was unbelievably small, and what was available was NOT what I wanted. Off to the internet! One day I came across a listing at Peoria Kia and it seemed like one of those too good to be true situations. Called them up and immediately started talking with Mr. Coronado. Heres the kicker though, the car is in Arizona and Im in Virginia!! I am definitely an old-school guy when it comes to car buying. I kick the tires, drive it, etc. For me to buy a car sight unseen was such a huge move outside my comfort zone. So now this whole deal centers on just how much TRUST you can have in a car dealer. Car dealers often get a bad rap (some deservedly so), but in this case I felt my trust was well placed. Mr. Coronado answered ALL of my questions and addressed ALL of my concerns. We went back and forth on the phone and via email soooo much, and he never got tired of helping me. His dedication and positive attitude really made things work. All paperwork was done via UPS minimum 2-day. There was the issue of shipping the car cross-country, and we got that done. There was also some confusion on how Arizona handles out-of-state titles (STILL working through that! I am tired of going to DMV!), but it will eventually be resolved. I attached two pics (which one is me and which one is Cory?), and I tried hard to reproduce his original picture. All in all it took longer than expected (about 30 days), but that was due mostly to issues at my end not theirs. If you live near Peoria, and need a car, I recommend this dealer. I specifically recommend Mr. Coronado. Thanks again for all the help.
No showroom floor, 110° out and asked if we can start a car we were interested in to be able to sit in it due to heat and the salesperson said he didnt have keys????

Chuck Weesner is the definition of Customer Service and Derek Holmes, Service Manager backs it up with genuine sincerity, attention to detail and results. The dealership is an hour and a half drive one way and well worth the trip!

Looking for electric vehicle. Wife, Carri, test drove Niro EV premium model. Salesman Griffin gets AAA+ for being one of 2 of the BEST salesman & my wife & I have dealt with about 20 in our search. He was very courteous, helpful & knowledgeable & he looked up on line tech questions as my wife drove. He deserves 5*. Peoria Kia deserves 3*. They did not give accurate facts for the Niro EV. This isnt its 1st yr debut. It came out in 2018. It was Popular Mechanics car of the Year in 2019. The deal breaker for them was that they said there are no rebates, special financing or discounts because its the 1st year. Online, Carri found this wasnt accurate. So I guess its on to the next dealer. Started looking yr ago for van, moved on to a Nissan Leaf EV, 5* cars, & considering going from Leaf to Niro EV for more roominess. Niro EV premium is a 4* electric. Without discounts & 0% financing, its a 3*.
I just purchased a 2021 Telluride here and could not be happier with the experience. I contacted 8 Kia dealerships looking for a very specific configuration/color combo that was proving to be impossible to find. Cory was the first to reach out to me and immediately offered to let me order the exact car I wanted! (For the record, the other 7 dealerships said they could not get the car for me). He quoted me 8-10 weeks and surprised me when it came in in about 7! The whole buying process was so easy. There was no haggling and we got about twice as much for our trade in as we expected. Cory kept me updated on my car, always responded to all my calls and emails and made sure I knew how to use all the features of my car before I drove off. Michael in the finance department was also great to work with. I have my DREAM car now and it was all thanks to Cory!
Peoria Kia has EXCELLENT customer service. I live by the Prescott Valley Kia but I will drive an hour and a half to Peoria Kia because they have the BEST customer service.
