Great Service. It’s nice that the free air check station is located within the shop so that you’re vehicle is not sitting in the sun. It’s also located just next to a Circle K which offers a car wash.Isaac was very helpful and went out of his way to give great customer service.Highly recommended.

Took care of me quite welland got one tire fixed the spare tire that they saw he asked the year of car 2003 and the spare was original which means the tire was 16 years old not good for driving o as I bought new tire for spare. I got a piece of metal in my tire and assumed it was done for. Took it here and they patched it up free of charge and warrantied it, as well as the 3 other tires. What awesome service! Everyone here is very helpful and they went out of their way to provide excellent service. I won’t be going anywhere else for my tires.

I brought in 4 off road camper wheels and tires and they wanted to charge me 22 dollars a tire to balance and 10 dollars a tire to install TPMS sensors that I was providing. When I asked about the process for installing TPMS (which is usually pop 1 bead) the salesman told me they have to dismount the tire, install the sensor and then remount the tire). The only thing I dislike more than their ridiculous prices for such a simple task is a salesman that lies about what needs to be done. Will never use this location ever again. Would be less than 1 star if google would allow it.

Absolutely terrific... Manager was very helpful. Jason took care of my tire issue and Kasch aired up my tires. One of my first visits out since getting vaccinated. These people made my day. Cant say enough about them.

I usually post comments when I really happy or really disappointed.Im really happy.Very nice guys in customer service and in the shop. Fast with getting me an appointment. Guys in shop kept my tires aired through the week until my appointment. Day of my new tires got a credit card zero interest for 6 months and I dont have great credit. They were fast at getting all tires on. Very satisfied. One of the fastest auto services Ive had. Go early I think that helped too.

They always take so long even if you have an appointment. Also this time I tried to avoid the wait since I was going to have my 1 year old with me. I call to see if they have my tire in case they cannot fix my flat. They tell me no and that is a very popular tire. They tell me theyll order it. I tell them Ill come in when it gets there. Then they tell me, if they end up fixing the flat Ill have to buy the tire because they ordered it. I couldnt believe it. If its so popular why cant you just keep it until you sell it? You obviously need it for the next person. Just didnt make sense.

Here right now for a tire check no appointment but the waiting time is too much lots of staff great service I didnt pay anything cause I had bought the tires with them so they said it had a nail in it Zef Garcia helped me check in location is easy to see on Thunderbird and 83rd Ave next to shell there was a lot of customers so I couldnt take as many pictures as I wanted too I didnt want to upset people for being in them but store looks clean all of their staff was nice and they offer complementary water while you wait.

The best place for Tires. You just pull up and get air in your tires checked. Friendly personnel. Ive had my tires 2 years with no issues and i got 4 new tires for less than $500 on a special. I wont go anywhere else!

Ran over something in Lowes parking lot, luckily made to this DT before it went flat (.2 mi) CHRIS immediately assessed my issue and because I was pulling a trailer- these guys had a replacement put on and I was hooked back on to my trailer in less than ONE HOUR! Never Blinked an eye- fantastic experience. My shirt was still sweaty and they were done lol and they do have great A/C in the lobby btw....

Another tire place across the street couldn’t repair my tire. But Discount tire on 83rd Ave and Thunderbird road, repaired my tire and replaced the valve stem. All for FREE. When it’s time to replace my tires, I’ll be coming back to Discount tires. Thanks “Jason”. The customer service is great.

I had two tires that were going flat. One very rapidly and the other was a mystery. Alexander was very gracious and accommodating when checking in and keeping me informed. I recommend if you need tire service to come here. I will be back myself. My TPS was going out and they informed me but put no pressure on me to buy. Even when I had questions, would stop and answer them in detail.

Ive gone to discount tire for years. Very respectful, and they give you accurate estimates on the wait time (which can be awhile). Some of the warranties seem high, but in my experience they dont overpressure you to purchase them.

My tire blew out last night on the freeway, nothing is open at night, called first thing in the morning to set up an appointment so I could bring in my wheel to get the tire swapped out. Made an appointment with Kyle for 9am, he told me to try to show up about 10 min early so I told him to set it for 9:15 just in case. No problem.......until I got there and waited for over an hour to get my tire changed because he didn’t even write it down, set the appointment or even acknowledge that he had spoken with me. Will never be using this location again.

Vibration down the highway made us stop to inquire even without an appointment. Yes, they were full so we made arrangements to come back the next day. But, wait, after he saw our right rear tire was showing the cords. He said they didnt want is driving home on it. Time had gotten away from us but today they put us ahead of their scheduled and we drove home safely a couple hours later. We are so grateful!

I have always come to discount tire because they are the best value and always have great service. Today I had a tire blow out an hour before they opened and I had my car parked in front. A line formed and when the door was opened a gentleman named Eric asked who owned the explorer because he had seen me pull up. He quickly got me in and had the tire changed out under my warranty. As always another quick and painless tire experience at Discount Tire.

The first time I came here to get tires on my wifes car the guy put almost 80 psi in the right rear tire. I have no clue how that happened since the air compressor has a shutoff. We noticed it after we went to put air in a month or so later and he said how high it was. It damaged the tire and almost completely separated the tread. Very dangerous and I wasnt happy about it. So third time back I had to get a new tire which didnt even match but guy was nice at least and tire was an upgrade.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this discount tire location, especially with my latest purchase! The experience was amazing from beginning to end. Corey was super helpful with the process. The wheels I had initially wanted weren’t available due to COVID. Corey kindly presented me with a few different options and he nailed it with one of the options! He was even able to get me them at a price that couldn’t be matched elsewhere! The wheels showed up the soonest date that he said they would and he got me right in for installation! Ordered tires a week and a half ago. They said the tires would be in that day or the next. Still haven’t heard from them. Guess I’ll use the location on Bell that’s always provided me good service. Sucks because I live right by this location now.

I went into discount tire to have my tires aired up to find that my rear tire had a screw in it and thats why it kept leaking air they fixed it right away without a problem or without a long wait time Discount Tire saved the day again

I have always had great service at this discount. They are transparent and honest and treat you with respect. Today Eric helped me and there were so many small ways he went above and beyond with his providing customer service: From providing an explanation on tire care, exploring all the options of tires and sizes, and reviewing all of the benefits of warranties while hearing and respecting what I wanted. He even made sure all of my tools that I used to put on my spare were put back in their location correctly. Erik provided excellent customer service on the phone and I called multiple times asking multiple questions he never wavered or got frustrated. Had to order my tire with only a $25 deposit and it was there within a few days faster then anticipated. Awsten checked me in super friendly but when he hit me with the price it was $200 more than quoted on the phone. I instantly was upset and not nice, he went to discuss with Erik and Troy I believe a manager walked by saw and heard the situation walked to the back and came up amd completely took care of me and Im leaving a very happy customer. So satisfied I feel bad for being frustrated in the first place. Will most definitely be back in the future

The service here is great! They really dont try to over sell you like other places. I looked at their tires online first before going so I knew what tires I wanted already and they happen to be the cheapest tires they sold. I walked in told the guy which tires I wanted and he asked me how many I wanted. I told him I need two but was debating on buying four. He walked outside inspected my tires and measured the tread depth. He told me you definitely need two lol but the rear tires have some miles left if I wanted to wear they down some more before replacing them. I really appreciate honesty and I ended up buying all 4 tires just because its my wifes van and she had a long road trip planned. All in all I received great customer service and a great deal on tires. This is where I will be coming to buy my tires for my car. Highly recommend this place!

Wonky customer service. Although it is the store in the area with the most stock, which means they are busy often. Definitely try to set an appointment, as a walk-in you are pushed to back of the line.

UPDATE: Recently purchased a set of four tires. Did some checking online via Sams and other offerings before hand. Decided to go middle of the pack. (price, quality, warranty, etc) and chose Discount Tire.They did not disappoint! No hassles. Installed the tires without problem and provided very friendly service.OLDER POST: Havent yet purchased tires here (I do need them soon). What they did do is, free of charge, fill a leaky tire in unbelievable time with very friendly service. Quality outlet. Old school friendly....like back in the day when someone would provide service after you drove into the gas station. They are that good!!!

I made an appointment online for front wheel balancing. I was experiencing a lot of road noise from my rear wheels. I rotated them to the front and guess what? Now the front wheels are noisy. I figured it was a wheel balance issue and that was beyond my capabilities.The check in process was very convenient and I was able to stay in my vehicle up until I drove it into the 4th bay. There was simple questions like year, make and model. My wheel set up was purchased through discount tire direct, mounted and balanced. Theyve seen about 30k miles or soo in the last 3 years with regular rotation. Just recently the fronts began to wear rather quickly. Ive been checking off each potential problem hence the wheel balancing.I pulled the vehicle into the bay and exited the vehicle to the lobby area. I waited there until the one of the mechanics came and got me.One of the wheels was 5 ounces off. This alone could cause the vibration.I am also running floating wheel spacers on the front or my vehicle so my wheels clear the caliper mount. I I have hub centric spacers but they are 2mm off and my rims will run against the caliper mount. As we were walking out I asked him Please do not to over tourqe my lugs past 80 ft lbs. he said Of course not, we follow torque spec to each vehicle . Assured by his response, the mechanic tightened my lugs with a torque wrench. I entered my vehicle and I was on my way at no charge.Leaving the shop I still noticed road noise. I figured, this is due to me rotating the tires now because the wheels are balanced. I got on the 101 and when I got up to 65 mph my steering wheel began to shake and vibrate. I assumed it was the wheels settling in from the recent rotation and balance.Friday after work I went to swap out my floating pacers for hubcentric spacer and I notice my front lugs are over torqued. And I mean twice the amount of the vehicle spec. My 2006 crv torque spec is 80 ft lbs. When trying to lossen them I noticed it took a large amount of force to losen them. I checked the toque tightness and it still clicked at 140 ft lbs. This was very concerning to me because I specifically asked them to torque it to spec. My only request is that the mechanic(s) be properly trained on proper toque specs per vehicle.Everything besides this mistake was great. Customer service was fantastic and the work was completed very fast.I still plan on doing business with discount tire. I will however over see the final turque of the wheel lugs or bring my own torque wrench to verify.I hope this helps the company and anyone considering their next appointment.Thank you,

Weve gone to this Discount for many years. Every time we go, we are treated well. When you get to the front of the line, the person who helps you gives you their 100% undivided attention. They measure your tires, tell you what is wrong, and then go through the possible options to repair or replace. They are always knowledgeable and helpful in what they explain. Whatever issue they found, they are happy to resolve and will do that in a timely manner. I appreciate the ability to make an appointment, which makes work a bit faster. Overall it is a great location and the people are super nice.

These people have no ethics. Not only will I never be returning to this location, I may never return to discount tire at all. I was forced to come to this location after the 67th Ave and Peoria location was closed DUE TO A CONFIRMED COVID CASE(which they later lied about). Additionally, I ordered my tire on Saturday and when I came to pick up Tuesday, I was informed that my tire was never ordered and that I would lose an additional day waiting for it to ship. I was informed that I would get a call that Wednesday when the tire was finished. When it came to be 2pm and I still had not received a call, I attempted to contact the store, only to find out they had closed the shop temporarily with absolutely no notice to their customers, and while they still were in possession of my wheel. Needless to say, I lost another 2 days of mobility due to further delays in retrieving my rim from the store which had been closed and sealed in order to properly sanitize the store because the previous day when I was there, there had been a confirmed Covid case in the store. The maintenance man who had to retrieve my wheel from the store confirmed that the reason the store was closed so they could sanitize because they had been exposed. When I asked at what point they plan on informing those who were also potentially exposed, as they performed a full days work, helping dozens of customers, I was informed they would in fact be covering up the exposure and wouldn’t be informing any of the customers.
