We love our landlords. They showed us the perfect place and are always helpful!! We will recommend them to all of our friends!

Renting from them was the absolute worst renting experience I’ve ever had. The houses themselves are cheaply redone, infested with mice, and other rodents and rent was way too steep for what you’re the quality of anything they have to offer. They like to include a bunch of hidden fees that no other landlord would ever expect to make the tenants responsible for. The security deposits statement literally says “tenants did quite a bit of cleaning” then includes a $300 deduction because basically they like to take advantage of college students that don’t have a lot of other options.

Unresponsive and hostile landlords. The houses are poorly insulated resulting in exorbitant utility prices during the winter. Utility bills also are delivered seemingly randomly whenever they decide to do some actual work. While this couple seems nice when you first meet them you will experience totally different people when renting from them.

Spent two years in an UP house, and I would happily spend two more. While the house could use some love, I lived comfortably in our 6 bed/3 bath property. Our landlord responded to our concerns and helped with every issue we had. They take care of a lot of houses, so there were times we were worried about not having our problems fixed, but UP came through every time! Id recommend renting UP.

The company is fantastic—husband and wife-owned, extremely responsive to concerns, and have nice properties.

They do a great job providing housing in the Bradley Area

Houses poorly maintained, mold in the homes, not updated. Most problems are patch fixes and not completed fixed.

Do not rent from UP. Horrible customer service. When you call them with a concern, they tell you everything is ok. Then you get billed from them and when you call back, they say you never called and there are no notes on the account. LIARS
